I have used this shop for many years. This is a family business, and they operate it as one. They value their customers, but they also treat their employees well, and are master craftsmen. You can be sure that every detail is perfect. They repair your car perfectly, but also work with the insurance companies, rent car companies, etc. Josh showed me around the shop today and explained how they use systems and materials that are safer for the environment - he really cares. They go above and beyond. I wont let anyone else touch my cars.

Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer at Fix Auto Folsom. Fortunately this Lofrano family owned business has come through every time with exemplary work in repairing my car accident damage. They are thorough, have A1 customer service, fast turn around repair times, are connected with my insurance company(USAA) is a bonus!, have convenient locations in SF and best of all my car looks great. They even washed it! :-)IMO, Best Auto repair shop in SF!!

Service techs were super friendly and professional. They really helped me out because my back window is on back order from Germany so they were able to find a used one to give me something secure to use until the new one arrives. I appreciated their help! Having a plastic bag over your window for months is not a good solution during the rains and for safety.

They were extremely helpful and instramental in not having my car totaled in the wreck. I almost lost my brand new car in an accident that wasnt my fault. They made my car absolutly perfect again I was so pleased. They were able to return my vehicle that I had rented for me it was awesome. It was extremely easy to deal with and handle and I was very stressed out and they handled me with care and professionalism and went the extra mile to tell me things I didnt know about my vehicle it was very educational and very much appreciated. My car was recently hit by another driver and I was able to get a thorough quote from Fix Auto Folsom the next day and had my car back a week later. They handled everything with the insurance company and kept me updated at every step of the way. They are also very conscientious about COVID without it impacting service. They were so friendly and so professional and my car looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Level of the repairs was amazing. All the paint matched. The body lines looked like factory. The only complaint that I had was that there was grease marks on the interior of the car on the doors and part of the dash from what looked like handprints. Would definitely use fix auto again!!

I brought my vehicle in for a dent on my rear bumper on a Monday and they completed the work the next day. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle which was so appreciated. Very satisfied with prompt service I received from Fix Auto Folsom. My car, when they finshed, looked like a brand new car.

Used this body repair shop for an insurance claim, both nationwide and USAA recommended this place. Cant speak to the work because my car was totalled but they were friendly and professional and quick to give the estimate for repairs once they had the car. One star off for difficulty coordinating with them, phone would be busy, ring with no answer and/or the mailbox would be full, which delayed everything at least a week.

Dealing with some personal issues, and scheduling, I was able to have a friend come grab my car for me since I was out of town. Asked my friend if he had any issues picking up my vehicle - friend said nope - it was super easy and Jessie was already expecting him. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my 4runner. Life has been a bit of a nightmare lately, but happy that Jessie and Fix Auto Folsom helped alleviate some of the stress.

Fix Auto was great. I was in an accident and they did a great job repairing my car. My car looks just as it did before the accident and I would never know it was in one. I would definitely use them again!

I went there for fixing the broken tail light and small dent at the rear bumper. I was so surprised by the estimate for $3,000 and then added another $300 when fished the job. But the most devastation is I came in with 6 diagnosis error codes but came out with 8, and a broken oil sensor. And they refused to take responsibility on the broken sensor which I have to go to somewhere else to fix. Pricy and nonprofessional!

My car was involved in a hit and run while parked at an Airbnb near St. Mary Center while interning. I was devastated. A neighbor suggested another company but I called my Insurance Company and they immediately suggested Fix Auto. They were friendly and almost prompt. They could have communicated a little better while my car was there because it wasnt ready when it was supposed to be. I would call with no answer. BUT then the shop manager called when it was ready and explained that the dealership kept sending them the wrong parts and why it took longer than expected. Im a communicator and I just needed to hear that when I called. All was well and I was satisfied. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. EXCELLENT WORK.

Fix Auto was able to get my car in and get the work completed quickly and at a reasonable price. The damaged areas look brand new now. Their staff called every few days to provide updates and worked directly with my insurance company. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I originally called the Divisadero St location, but they were booked so they scheduled an appointment at the Folsom St one. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had Hertz pick up my kids and I. They gave me plenty of updates and kept me in the loop the entire time. Drop off was a breeze, I brought the rental car directly to them. 2 gentlemen helped me unload my 3 kids and all our stuff, 🙌🏼. Fix Auto was a full service auto body shop, going above and beyond. I would highly recommend them! 😊

I would not take my cars anywhere else. The crew at Fix Auto Folsom have always had my best interest at the forefront. I just had a part replacement done on my mustang and shortly afterward heard a rattle coming from the trunk lid where the repair was done. They immediately took action to track it down and removed a small piece of plastic that had broken off the old piece and gotten into the space between two metal parts. Best repair shop around for my money.

Great shop! The guys here are so easy to work with and super detail-oriented. My new Mazda 3 required patching up a damaged rear bumper. It came back perfect - like new. Not that I ever want to have to go back, but if I did need body work again, this would be my go to choice.

Great place to get your car fixed very good and professional

I cant believe what a good job these guys did repairing the front end of my 98 4 runner. After an unfortunate encounter with the rear end of a suburban full of undercover federal LEOs ( those things are built like tanks), my front end was pretty well crushed. They helped me navigate the process and make reasonable decisions and in the end the vehicle looked better than when i bought it in 2005. Most likely will be visiting them again, statistically speaking.

Got a hit and run and brought my car in the shop to fix; after 1 month of struggle they told me to pick up the car and nothing was fixed. Took me a total of two and a half month to get my car back. Staff always say they will reach out back to you with phone or email, but they never do until you call yourself. Avoid if you can.
