The cracked windshield in my car had too much old adhesive and fought him the entire way. He succeeded in removal and the installation went well. The new windshield and trim pieces look great.

Rafa from Best Service Auto Glass did a fantastic job on the window replace of my 2005 Xterra that sadly was broken into late yesterday afternoon. Scheduling an appointment was super easy.The only issue I see is with the communication throughout their website. Really broken english, bad UX patterns and kind of hard to see if they are a real company or not. I had to confirm what car I even had because the website didnt even ask... then I went to their listed location thinking it was an actual shop, but they make house calls, which also is not very clear. I still gave them 5 stars because the service was great. Not exactly on time (late by 90min, but they at least let me know ahead of time)

Called at 7:30a, window was fixed by 9:15a. They came out to the car, vacuumed up the glass, and replaced the window, all at a fair price.One note is if you go to the website first, the price listed is the lowest possible and itll likely go up because the website doesnt account for labor or type of car. But I called around and this was on the lower end. Id recommend.

I have a 4runner that was broken into and they responded quickly, made the appointment right away and Im amazed how fast the guy replaced the back window. He was done in like an hour or so and cleaned/vacuumed out the glass. My back window rolls up and down fine, defrost works. The price was also not as bad as I originally thought it would be. Im impressed, especially with how customer service seems to be declining in most places. Great job!

Best Service Auto Glass came to my swift rescue after my car window was smashed in a break in (Such a bummer! That had never happened to me before.). They came to my house within about an hour of when I called and the technician had my window fixed in under an hour. All in all it was an amazing service for a reasonable price. The technician was courteous and very helpful. Obviously I prefer that this never happens to my car again, but if it did, I would definitely call them. I recommend you use them too if you find yourself in such a situation.

Literally the only place that could fix my car the day of, after having both passenger windows smashed (in sf... shocking). The blond receptionist was so nice and out going to the point where I light weight wanted to be her new best friend. It was quick and well priced. God forbid I have to go there again due to a window being broken into but i definitely would choose this establishment and reccomend it to anyone who would need the same service. These guys were recommended by a neighbor who works on cars a lot. I was looking for flexible timing and below market rate, with mobile service. I was able to book something for the next morning, and although it took about 2 hrs (maybe this is the normal pace) they did a great job, cleaned up all the old broken glass, put everything back together as it should have been, were very communicative and friendly. I confer with my neighbor, theyre worth the recommendation.

I called Belter up after having a friend recommend me to them. They had them install a windshield into his race car and I figured Id let them touch my beloved BMW daily driver. Having a 1995 325is e36 BMW I am picky about who touches my car, but these guys are very knowledge able about windshields and were even able to identify why my windshield cracked. (Previous owner replaced it and who ever did the job put way too much glue, which was allowing moisture in). Very Professional and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing automotive glass work.

I had my windshield replacement today. I called around 8am and the guy politely spoke to me. On the phone he is able to made a quotation on my expenses according to the details of my car. He scheduled me an appointment verbally at 12-1pm but on the text messages, i got 8:30am and another amendment text message with 1-2pm schedule time. The guy on the phone is very professional and nice. But the only problem is the delays on the services beyond appointment time. 2:16pm i called again to ask but he told me the guy is 25 mins away from me and accidentally did someone ahead of me. Since ive neen waiting since morning. I told him I will just wait. Past 3pm the latino guy who will fix my windshield arrived and got my window fix for an hour. I was watching him doing the job along the street in San bruno.Apparently, they got 2 kinds of brands. The cheap from china and the more expensive made in Mexico. The guy on the phone huddled with me and got me ordering the more expensive one.But Rafael showed me a made in chine glass, so i had hime called the boss to verify my glass. Therefore beware of the kind of glass thats gonna be use on the job. If you order more expensive one. Watch for the sticker attached to it because you dont want to get the made in china glass thats the boss wasnt recommending and youre not paying it anyway.Be ready with your spanish because rafael dont speak english very well. This review is long over due. However, I was so impressed with the level of service and their eagerness to go the extra mile that I could not go any longer without writing this. Ill shed some light on my experience...My car was broken into (both the passenger back and front window... why two??) a night before New Years Eve. Fortunately, nothing of real value was stolen but I had been planning on leaving town New Years Eve to spend the New Year with family. After calling some big names in vehicle window repair and getting the same answer: we cant do anything for you until a week from now I was sure seeing my family for the New Year was out of the question. Then, right before closing the browser I noticed Best Service Auto Glass had a five star rating. I decided to give them a call. It was 3pm on New Years Eve.A friendly voice answered the line and we began going through the usual questions make, model, year etc. I told them my situation and how important it was to go see my family that same day (I needed to leave SF by 6:30). The man on the line responded, well make sure that your windows arent an issue by this evening. It took 30 minutes for one of their guys to come out to my vehicle in a mobile unit. I forgot his name but he took up a conversation with me the whole time he was cleaning broken glass and preparing the vehicle for the new windows.A couple minutes before he finished preparing the vehicle, another one of their guys showed up with both windows and they both installed them within 45 minutes. My 325i was ready to go slightly before 530pm! Before leaving they made sure all broken glass was removed from my car and that my windows were nice and clean. All of this for about 20% less than what I was quoted from the big names in glass repair.Cant thank these guys enough for staying out late on New Years Eve to make sure I could make it to see family. I would vouch for these guys with full confidence any day. Wish them the best and hope people find this review helpful.

I had my front passengers window broken. I called best service for glass replacement. Betler came over in 15 minutes and replaced it clear clean. Vacuumed the pieces and cleaned everything. My scion xb tinted, heated, back window was broken out. I called these guys and they were really busy so we scheduled for the next morning. But they called me shortly after and said they had a cancellation. Belter came to my house and installed my window within an hour. And cleaned all the glass out of my very messy car and door panel. It was $150 less than I was quoted other places. I am so thankful he went out of his way to accommodate me. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

It was a great experience where the guys came to my car and installed the new window and cleaned the broken glass in 30 mins and also my car battery was not working, surprisingly they had a recharging cable and brought my car back to life, I highly recommend calling them as their prices are very very competitive too.
