I was in San Diego for a conference and always pick up something fun and unique for the kids. This place definitely fit the bill. Great products that change colors in the sun - how neat, right?The real character of the store comes by how they treat their customers. I was in when the store was very busy, and the store manager, Erin, did a phenomenal job helping me and juggling questions from a dozen other people.Fast forward a few days when I get home and realize that I had been charged for a couple items that never made it in my bag. Seeing as how Erin was helping me and many others, adding and deleting items, it was an honest mistake.I made a phone call to ask if there was anything that could be done, and she was more than helpful to get me a refund - absolutely no questions or issues.The entire experience has been fantastic. If I ever make it back to San Diego, Ill be stopping back for sure!

Ive been to several Cariloha locations including Cozumel and in Plano, Texas, by far this was the best location with the best selection and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

What a cute store! Loved the feel of the clothes, they were all so soft. I was recommended to come here by one of the hotel staff workers at the Marriott Marquis and I loved the little shopping area it was in. The cashier was a younger girl that was so sweet and helped me find what I needed. It was so hot the weekend we were in San Diego and the associate helped me find just what I needed to stay cool. I suggest stopping by this tiny store and looking at the clothing.

Awesome clothes for the kids! Color changing shirts and rings! Kids loved everything from there. Bought a ring and it broke in about an hour went back and they replaced it without any hesitation. Great customer service.

Large playground, kept pretty clean, security patrols to keep it friendly. There are 14 water fountains and the water is about 1 inch deep for kids to play in. Separately, there is a playground with awkward shaped, futuristic equipment. There is underground parking available. Lots of events happen every weekend in the grass. Barbeque grills available for cooking out.

No wonder why Panda loves bamboo, best sheets and pillowcases ever. Forget about the Egyptian cotton.

My family and I were in sea port village October 10th. I had a coupon for 40% off and I had Inquire about it as I didn’t any signs up about the coupon. The store clerk didn’t know anything about the coupon and couldn’t get hold of the store owner. She had made the statement several times that she didn’t want to get in trouble for doing anything the owner didn’t want her to do, this went on for about 15 minutes. As I waited I check what my kids were looking at and told them that we would come back. As we left led the store the sales clerk followed me out and asked if my daughter had put the nail polish back? Really what would have gave her the idea that we stolen anything? I was upset at this point that we were treated this way I looked up Delsol website to fill a complaint, and the very same coupon was on their site, also I had three more in my email. As many times as we have been there over the year this was the worst experience ever!
