My girlfriend and I have been looking for a bed for a while since we moved to San Diego. She initially went into this Mattress Firm by herself and narrowed her decision down to 2 beds. The next day we went in together a little before closing, and we were helped by Scott, the manager, and he was amazing. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and knew when to give you space to discuss prices and try mattresses. We ended up leaving with an amazing mattress and bed frame that we will get amazing sleep on for years to come.

Anthony was really great! Super helpful and personable. He definitely took his time and expertise to make sure I was satisfied. Also I didn’t know the right vocabulary to describe the mattress but he knew exactly what I was talking about haha. I found a perfect mattress within 10 minutes and the process was super easy. I’ll recommend this mattress firm to other friends and family members. Everything in here is super clean too! The other workers also took their time to talk to us about our day and we had such a great conversation. Thank you!!

Joe was extremely helpful and very straightforward! I came in with my girlfriend strictly looking to browse for something, not expecting to walk out with a bed, but when he was through with his pitch, we were sold and decided on a bed that was not only affordable but comfortable and had the things we were looking for. I went in and bought a bed about a month ago. I realized it was not the bed for me after sleeping on it for a few weeks. I was nervous to go back in and exchange the bed as I imagined some terrible experience of paperwork and fees but it was quick and easy. No restocking and a great deal on an upgraded mattress with free next day delivery. Joe and Scott are great.

Joe is a really great sales men, honest and very helpful. Also helps to keep with in a good budget, and great comfort level. Will definitely come back again.

We had been to a couple different Mattress Firms before coming to the Fenton Parkway location. This location by far gave us the best experience, assistance, and customer service. Buying a mattress is an expensive purchase and definitely not one to take lightly. Scott provided us with the best service and educated us on the best mattress to fit both my husband and my sleep styles. Great customer service! I bought an amazing bed that I live! I was also sold the highest priced bundle set and that I am not happy with! The mattress cover doesn’t fit and slides off. And the sheets I’m not a fan! I do love the pillows. I paid a lot for the set and I honestly do not like it and will hopefully get some type of refund!

I did not come in to the store planning on purchasing a new mattress, I was only beginning the process. I was so impressed by the knowledge and professional manner of Joe that I spent more time in the store than planned. I left having purchased the most expensive mattress in the store and more accessories than I ever imagined. I don’t know about Mattress Firm as a chain, but Joe (who is at the Fenton Pkwy store) must be the best salesperson that they have to offer. We had bought 3 mattress from here and had great service from all the sales people . Do you a hudge favor and read reviews on the mattress . They differ so much and the last thing you want to to return it. But if you do have to they are real helpful and dont afraid to ask. Our last salesman was Joe and he did all the leg work on our exchange.

My husband and I just moved to the area and this was our first time buying a mattress.10/10 experience!We had gone to another mattress firm before moving and the sales man was a little pushy, trying to get us to buy something that day—which we weren’t ready for, we were just looking.We walked into this mattress firm, knowing exactly what we wanted, and we’re greeted by Joe. He is straight to the point, will find you a mattress that works for you, your body, and your budget. He’s also very human to talk to—unlike most salesmen these days. Because of my husband’s back issues and my circulation issues, he encouraged us to spend a little more for the adjustable base, and holy cow was it worth it!If we ever need another mattress while we live here, we’ll definitely be going back to see Joe.

My partner and I had a wonderful shopping experience with Scott at the Mattress Firm in Mission Valley East. I called the day before wondering if this store had a Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill in Plush on the floor to test. Scott answered the phone in a timely manner and let me know that they do have it on the floor. Come to find out that its one of their stores best selling mattress at this time (November 2020).The following day my partner and I stopped by the store to test out this mattress. We were greeted warmly at the door by Scott. He remembered our phone call from the day before and went straight to work showing us the exact bed we were looking for. The overall experience during the testing process was very pleasant because we never felt rushed to pick a mattress. Scott wanted to make sure we picked out the right mattress for our needs by showing us the same type in every brand they had to offer. He answered all our questions along the way with confidence and ease.I am happy to say that we looking forward to having our new mattress, adjustable base, and comfort set being delivered in the next few weeks, PLUS the continued excellent customer service!

I had a good experience at Mattress Firm in Mission Valley. My sales rep was Tommy. I went in looking to try a specific mattress, and he was able to additionally talk me into a base that vibrates me to sleep and changes positions (kind of like a hospital bed, haha). The best part is that he cut me a really great deal, something I was not able to find at any other furniture stores. Tommy came off as a little strong-willed and resolute at first, but he ultimately helped me save a lot on a mattress as well as improving my sleep quality.

Walked in needing to buy a mattress for college but needed the mattress 500 miles north. Was greeted by Joe who was very friendly and helpful. Turns out their labor day sale had already begun so I was able to get an amazing mattress for 50% off and Joe was able to place the order in person but have it delivered to me up north the day I would be getting there. I got a call the day before it was supposed to be delivered letting me know that the mattress I had ordered was out of stock up north but they were going to upgrade me so I did not have to go without a mattress. Delivery was quick and easy and they have a good tracking system to see how far away the truck is the day of. Over all amazing experience, would recommend this location and Joe.

We’ve been stressing about finding a new mattress for a few weeks now. Not wanting to waste money on cheap online brands that we can’t verify, we started checking out furniture stores and found that Mattress Firm has the best selection. Keith was incredibly helpful and did not pressure us at all. They have great options for pick up or shipping. The store itself was clean and there was sanitizer everywhere.We left knowing that we’ve made a good investment.

Seems to be a major disconnect between the vendors used for the beds/furniture and the stores at Mattress Firm. I was told 3-5 days for an order that I placed and after waiting a week, I had yet to receive a tracking number to even gauge when I would receive it. I contacted the store and after submitting 2 tickets, we still did not receive an answer. I am very patient with matters such as this but it seems as though we(myself and the store) were left in the dark about the delivery. There has to be a better system in place especially when utilizing third party vendors. Had the expedition of 3-5 days not been set it would be a different issue but the sales representive was persistent about 3-5 days. Beyond frustrating as I just moved to this area and the process and purchase in store was seamless but trying to receive my bed was a huge hassle.Update: I waited a week and was told the item I ordered is out of stock!

Keith helped us find the perfect mattress for my husband and I! He wasn’t pushy like most sales people are, he gave us space to discuss how we wanted to proceed. He did a wonderful job walking us through financing and purchasing. He made sure to break down the cost of everything and explain it, he also explained how the delivery would work. He took great care of us.
