Went here for a flu shot and was told that they do not accept walk-ins, which is perfectly fine and so I made an appointment. When I came in for my appointment they were not prepared and it ended up having to wait 45 minutes to get the flu shot. That was the same story for everyone else that walked in for an appointment. Its a typical Walgreens but getting a shot here is trash. Would not recommend.

Was in town for graduation at the Marine Recruit graduation last week and stopped here for some essentials. Homeless people living in the parking lot and the smell of urine everywhere. Pretty sketchy area.

Listen everybody! If you want to have a horrible experience trying to get your prescriptions done, you should go to this horrible place. The pharmacy assistants that they have hired lately, are careless, rude and incompetent. They change the prescriptions the way they want and not how the doctors have ordered them, specifically the woman called SUE. Enough said about the long lines and the waste time that you have to go through. WHOLE BUNCH OF MEDIOCRES!!!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Scheduled a rapid test because I’m going on a plane and I get a confirmation. I show up and the “lab” hasn’t sent over “the paperwork” so I can’t do it. The best part is, its My fault somehow. Terrible experience.

The pharmacist or technician I spoke with was incredibly helpful and courteous. My prescription transfer was easy and they were very fast

This drug store has been suggested to us by our psychiatrist. We were willing to save money because they only sold inexpensive drugs. The medicines were handled quickly and arrived shortly after ordering. We are very grateful to you!

Always greeted upon entering, very kind cashiers, they are close to my home. The property is a homeless camp on most days, so I wont go anymore.

The beauty consultant Kristen went above and beyond by helping me find everything I needed in the cosmetics department for my girlfriend. She also helped me find everything else I was looking for in the rest of the store. Great customer service!👍

Horrible they dont even have an ATM inside the most cash back you can get is $20 if you use a debit card and the cashier that works nights as completely rude to you I asked her why there wasnt an ATM in the store and shes like I dont know I cant make it come alive and then said goodnight and like she took my food that I wanted to buy Jessica pass out and took it away and after like I wasnt even going to buy it I mean like I didnt even say if I was not going to buy it or not but the main reason was just to get cash back and I hate the way that she just jump to conclusions because I wasnt able to get $50 which was the initial amount I was looking to take out. She needs to have better customer service and that. Im used to be a cashier and I was never rude to people like that.

So I had called first to see if car key batteries were there. I even said key battery like twice. Then I said FOB battery. The first response from the clerk was, Were not a autoparts store. I know that. I would have called autozone or oreilys for that if I needed to. Then the second response I got was, We dont sell dealership keys. I didnt ask to get a key made. So then I replied, Nevermind.I had decided, maybe I need to go check it out, she probably doesnt know what it is. I had got to the store. Walked around, instead of asking around because I was certain nobody knew what it was if she didnt know. There were there around the counter. And I didnt know if it was the same store clerk who had answered the phone. I was ready to check out and I told her, I called earlier asking if these batteries were available. Immediately, she got all defensive for no reason and then spoke to me in a condescending manner. She had even said, Let me finish. I hadnt even stopped with my sentence. With that type of customer service, I didnt even want to buy what I needed from that store if she was going to be rude like this.I understand if someone doesnt understand what a FOB battery is. Thats why I had said car key battery. The questions she should have used were, What does it look like? Can you specify a little bit more?Rude customer service overnight. Never coming again.

If youd like to be treated and addressed as though youre one of the numerous homeless people in and around the area, do come here and shop this location!! I came in looking for certain items in mind, but without a specific list. I was approached by one of the workers, who lingered nearby. I felt like she thought Id steal from them, when in fact I was browsing thier merchandise before actually deciding on what to purchase.

Absolutely the rudest person I have EVER in my life dealt with at this pharmacy. The guy who was helping me simply started speaking over me while I was trying to explain a medication concern. Rude. Avoid this place!!! Horrible.

Paul is a wonderful manager! He has a very dedicated team and every time I go there Paul is very dedicated and ready to make our shopping experience a great one!I moved to a different area and despite the distance and having Rite Aid closer to me, I still come to this Wallgreens!Paul is amazing!

This is by far the worst Walgreens location Ive ever been to. They make their own rules for the test question for Western Union, and the very large guy Javier is very rude. He told me to sit down like a dog because I was upset that he wouldnt release my money. Go there if you want. The manager lady was nice.

We came in at 1 in the morning to buy Airbourne and some Day Quil because I started feeling like I was getting sick. The two men cleaning directed us to where we needed to go. The place looked spotless and when we got to the register the man scanning our items was the absolute sweetest, I wish i got his name! He noticed what we were buying and asked which one of us was feeling under the weather. He wished me a quick recovery and honestly had the best mood for an employee working at 1 am. This store is amazing (at least in the dead of night) .

This Store is a Convenient to the Green Line old town. for those that are from out of town & choose to Use Uber as well as Bus Transit that will be picking up their Meds, yo fill:?tge identical service as would recd in their home town. Not everyone chooses or needed to have a car, unless, one goes to the fair N Burbs or off the beaten Dessert Towns.As CVS is the obviously the copy cat typical Competitor. I get medication from the pharmacy at this Walgreens and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Even if I have to wait, they acknowledge that Im waiting.

I always stop by Walgreens a few days before Christmas to pick up a few bottles of mens brand name fragrances, as I have yet to find any store which I frequent, that can even come close to matching their prices : Two 75ml.bottles of JOOP! (HOMME), EAU DE TOILETTE - NATURAL SPRAY/ VAPORISASATEUR for $35!The only time that I can get the best mens fragrances/colognes for prices that would make ones head swim! At Fashion Valley, I cant even touch fragrances such as these, for less than $85 to $120 in most stores. In fact, I can usually purchase five different bottles for about $100 ; these usually cost - especially when the Christmas holiday season is over - about $250+, for the same amount!It also helps, when one is able to communicate with the store manager or associate supervisor, as sometimes I get the prices lowered for being a frequent shopper. Ahh, yes! THE UNITED STATES OF JOOP.Walgreens has all kinds of incredible deals and all one has to do is l👀k! They have a full service photo department and all kinds of deals.( A few years ago, they bought out Rite Aid for about $7.20 a share however, that has nothing to do with this review.Their associates work really hard ; last time I was there, I had two store managers offer to help me and THAT was I call good customer service...This particular store is really awesome ; watch the newspaper for some great after Christmas sales, as well as others throughout the year.

It was not too bad only things were the employees seemed to be all in their own world. Had to maneuver around carts and stocking equipment... Along with that i wasnt offered or asked gor my walgreen rewards card and paid regular priced

For some reason they don’t call your name on the intercom here when your prescription is ready; they’ll literally see you standing and waiting but you won’t get service unless you actually keep checking in and asking. Kind of bizarre

I gave the pharmacy hours to fill my prescription and it still wasnt ready when I got there. The front clerk didnt really care. It seemed like we were a bother to him.
