I recently purchased a foundation that didn’t match, tried to get an even exchange (WITH RECEIPT from 3 days ago) for a good match(Had used a coupon and reward on previous one)but the girl said i had to pay the full amount for it. Said they accepted returns but no even exchanges. 👎🏼

I had a very unpleasant and kind of humiliating experience in this shop today- I bought a hair color after the recommendation of the sales clerk and instead of covering my darker roots and the gold blond rest of my hair with another blond dye, my hair is dark brown now. I went to the shop to see if I could get my money back, since I now also have to pay to fix this mistake. I would not have bought these products if not for the recommendation and assurance of the staff...upon returning, the staff made me feel very uncomfortable, rolled the eyes, and kept asking me „if I really expected to get money back for a used product.“. I thought Sally’s policy was to have a return policy that allows to get the money back when you’re not satisfied. Well, it was a very unpleasant experience and very different from the usually so nice sales talks.

The sales clerks are knowledgeable about the products and courteous with the customers. There is a wide variety of items to choose from in addition to reasonably priced items. I like going to Sallys for the discounts, the location, and the products.

Sallys is located in a new shopping center in Barrio Logan a little bit off the beaten path of downtown San Diego. That staff is super friendly an knowledgeable. I am a PRO member and they call me when there are deals and discounts in their store. I would highly recommend for beauty professionals and beauty addicts, the price point is excellent:-)

I love this location. The woman was very helpful and shouldve asked for her name. She took her time to help me locate another store that had the deep conditioner I was looking for. I will definitely come back when I visit again from NY. I wish they had a bigger store. Very helpful people there. Better than the sweet water road location. Smh
