This store was is always well organized and the staff is extremely helpful . There is only a few people allowed in the store at one time so it never gets crowded and the line moves fast.

I haven been to this location several times but today I was surprised! The protocol for COVID-19 started at the entrance door. All the staff very kind and doing everything possible to help and the clients very well taken care off. Excellent service and variety of products. I highly recommend it.

I admit. I have an addiction to Bath and Body Works. I came to Fashion Valley because I had accumulated a free item and my free gift expired that same day.As I went through the varied scents I was told about the seasonal Winter Candy Apple, and had to add it to my collection.Not only does this smell amazing but my kid left her violin. The staff held it in the back for us which was so nice.Im definitely coming back here as well.Great job Bath and Body Works!Here are my current addictions.Rose Water and Ivy.Pretty as a Peach.Sugared Cranberry Cider.And Winter Candy Apple (seasonal)Plus.. White Citrus.

Love the products and the sales, but they have discontinued two of my favorite lines. You cant even get it online. Its disappointing when you find something you love and the next time you go to buy it, its gone... 😢😥😫

They dont allow you to use coupons with email sales even though the email sales arent posted in the store (secret sale) and the coupon sales nothing about applying to other sales.

You guys really need more cashiers, we stayed on our feet like one hour to buy a few lotions and cream. Isn’t embarrassing? Never seen a shop like this, they have so much buyers but they don’t care to add more employees to save people time!!!

The best service! Nina & Lucas helped me find my FAVORITE SCENT You are the one. It reminds of a high end perfume, and the scent carries very well throughout the day. Getting it in the spray, lotion and shower gel.

The line for the register went quickly. Overall, I have a great shopping experience when I come to this location and am willing to make the 20 minute drive to get here.Keep in mind, itll take longer if the store is busier and to be patient. this will be true for any business these days to keep everyone safe. So go esrly and plan accordingly if you want to make a quick trip!

I absolutely love the bath and body works at fashion valley and the one in mission valley, because all the staffs are super kind and respectful, they all make me feel welcomed and I’m always happy to be their, I always go to bath and Body works it’s an addiction😂but I never feel like I’m being judged and more so as if I’m being thanked, I also live how every time I come in the cashier or if one of the worked happen to be by the door they always greet me with kindness ❤️

Service always amazing, always has sales. Their candles are my favorite, their liquid foaming hand soaps last for months!

Absolutely love that the workers let me know even before I stepped in all the sales they had for the day and helped choose which candles to get based on what type of scents I like.

Pleasant to shop for soaps and candles. Courteous staff and well-stocked shelves. Store very clean with social distancing and staff constantly cleaning the front counters and frequently handled items.

There was a long line that went around the corner just to get in. At the front of the line they provided hand sanitizer and bags to shop with. The staff were all very friendly and offered to help me look for items I needed.

Great place, good variety and nice staff. Make sure if the cashier is new, they ring your order up correctly. They may not be familiar with longtime B&BW deals, such as 5 hand sanitizers for $6. Recommended when in Fashion Valley.

I like the products, but the service leaves much to be desired. The people are very friendly, but it takes hours to get out of the store. Especially at the register, you shouldnt be in line for 20 min with 2 cashiers and only 5 customers in front of you. They should know how to manage customers, be efficient, and move the lines.

We spend like $80 per month here. It’s insane. And a problem. Oh well, the wife loves the whole house smelling like boardwalk, it’s incredible.

Well organized and no strangers to the holiday sale crowds. Found some new scents that were nice but not over powering.

The signs were misleading. Sale signs but they charge full price. This is cheating. I asked them and they try to convince me rather than accepting their mistake. after a long wait they said the signs are misplaced and offered to sell me at a price higher that the advertised price....Bath & Body Works should instruct its employee to do their job right.

They staff is really persistant on selling you something. I personally dont like most of their products and only go there for hand sanitizer. I dont want to feel guilty for only buying what I came in to buy. Their hand sanitizer holders are very cheap. I got mine a month ago and its already falling apart. Feel like i wasted a bunch of money on products i cant properly use
