Customer service, the worrst experience I ever had. I bought a wig and the second week it look like very old one and I pay 100 dollar for it.I didnt recommend this place!!!!!

I drive down from Arizona every few months to get hair for my installs. My hair always lasts and they are always friendly. Matter of fact.. Ill be down in a couple days and will buy more.

My first visit to this store was awesome, and their customer service was excellent. They have a nice selection on wigs and stuff also.

So, my daughter purchased a $300 wig from this place. 15 minutes later she returned requesting a refund. She was told by the store rep that she didnt know how to process a credit card return and to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager. He refuses to let us return the product. We are here RIGHT NOW having a discussion with the manager which is resulting in both he and I calling the police. He refused to call the rep who told us to come back and he is also refusing to give us the name if the owner to contact them to let them know what is happening. But we will be contact our lawyer and instead of the $300 We will be getting $1000.

Went this Friday for the first time and they have amazing Selections on Wigs, customer service is great and owner so helpful! They know there products so well, for sure coming back soon to get me another wig!
