Tabitha is/ was the best. Professional and knows what she is doing and how to make a person feel comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable situation. Waxing is a personal thing with a stranger performing the service. Tabitha hit a home run in all aspects of her job!Tabitha is A ++++

Arrifa was fantastic, thorough, and easy to hang out with for my 15 minutes of waxing. I speak for this location only - because another one lied to me about my passes - when I say they were awesome. Fit me in last minute, honest about my remaining passes, and no wait at all. I’ll be a repeat customer here for sure.

I got a Brazilian was done here and had a great experience with it! Tanya did my wax and she did a fantastic job; it was the best wax I’ve ever received actually. She was very careful and thorough, and also such a sweetie that it made the process as painless as it can be.The location is great too. I walked in to check on availability and I was even able to get an appointment almost immediately! It is a little pricey to get a wax done here, but definitely worth it; I’ve had bad experiences at a place that was cheaper. The workers at European Wax are well trained so I always get a good wax.At the European Wax Centers they use an ingrown hair serum called Soothe Me that works wonders! I bought a bottle for myself because it is seriously life changing. It has tea tree in it, so I use it on my acne as well! I would highly recommend getting some if you are prone to ingrown hairs at all.

I love going to the Carmel Mountain location because I live in Poway and its very convenient. I have seen a number of wax specialists there over the years and I have been pleased with the work of every one. Tremaine works efficiently and always makes you laugh. Kimberly is very go lucky and you can tell she loves her job. I feel bad that I dont remember both of the receptionists names but I want everyone who reads this to know that they are some of the most patient, understanding and kind people I have ever met. Everyone there is always willing to help no matter what you need or how silly your question is. Their wax is very good quality and it doesnt seem to hurt as much as other places I have been to. I have been to other locations in the past, but this one so far has given me the best experiences. Thank you, ladies! Would highly recommend!

Tonya was amazing! Her brow consultation was perfect for my facial structure and did above and beyond what I had anticipated! She was super conversational and just made the experience extremely easy.

Everytime I go I feel welcomed and the waxers are great but Alexa does a great job at making sure you dont feel the pain. Shell talk you through and make sure youre comfortable, its not an easy job but she does great. Waxing is pretty pricey but this place is clean and hard wax feels so much better than soft wax. Its worth the money. Theyll try and sell you in serums thats the only part thats typical sales stuff but honestly I love their serum!

Bought Browfection. not manufactured correctly. Didn’t have with me just purchased was inquiring but said since no box. No return. Didn’t say hey bring it in let me look. The manager said no. I am a former manager of a EWC in Chicago. The side I use is a 1/4 and 3/4 the other one I don’t use. Not in the middle. They could of let me switch out and use that box. Just purchased January 30th and had not used yet. Not cool

Great service at this location, happy each time I have gone. I am picky but Tonya does the best job. I would rather wait for her to be available than to have someone else. She truly takes her time recommends products that work and isnt pushy.

Last Sunday afternoon I went to EWC in, Carmel Mountain, to have eyebrows and half Leg waxed. Anna, took the time to teach me about the right shape for my eyebrows. Love what she did & to show me how to the eyebrow make up everyday . Then she waxed my legs. I not had my legs waxed or shaved for six weeks. I’ve been going here for two years, Sadly this locations best waxers Olga and Anna are no longer working here! The girl who I got stuck with getting my Brazilian clearly had no idea what she was doing. She wasn’t friendly and she was ripping the wax off way before it was ready to be pulled off! The wax wasn’t set and she kept ripping it off in all different directions! I was in so much pain! I had wax stuck to my thighs and the hairs weren’t coming out all the way. Finally when I thought my miserable visit was over I took a look at myself and there was still patches of hair and melted on wax stuck to me. She told me they were loose hairs and they will come off (as if it’s my job to take off the leftover wax and hairs after I leave) I started to wipe myself off and they were not loose hairs! I made her wax the area again, then she started to pluck the rest of the single hairs that she couldn’t get off with the extremely watery wax that was not set yet! she kept catching my skin in the tweezers. This was seriously the worst experience I have ever had! I will not be returning to this location. She said she’s been waxing for four months but clearly they need to train her again. I forgot to mention I have welts on my area! Because of this poorly done job and she also told me I don’t have much hair so I could just come in for basic waxes... I paid for what I wanted and I expect to get what I paid for. Not for someone to tell me because I don’t have much hair there is really no point in waxing that area.

I’ve been going to EWC for years now and have found a waxer I like at each location. I’ve moved around a lot but I’ve alway stuck with EWC. The waxers I’ve had put in effort to get to know me and make me feel comfortable every time I come in. They always make sure I’m happy with the wax after it’s done and fix it if I don’t like it. I’ll continue to go here for many more years.

They were able to work me in with only a short wait. I know it doesnt always happen, but I appreciate them working with me to get my service done.
