We recently purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Pacific Sales. Our sales associate was Xylina and she was very knowledgeable. Xylina was very helpful especially given the current appliance shortage in helping us find a dishwasher that was available and met our needs. Recently bought my Whirlpool refrigerator only thing that I can say negative is that particular model was not a model to be delivered to my house, they told me it was a Covid related issue because of lack of delivery drivers. I guess the more expensive refrigerators qualified underneath the free delivery Major disappointment.

I ordered my kitchen appliances last July, I got them installed in mid November and then I decided I wanted stainless steel panels for my refrigerator, I ordered them, paid for them and there has been a series of gross mistakes by Sergio Peña ever since. He ordered the wrong panels, then the panels arrived damaged, then reordered, arrived damaged again, then ordered the wrong item, then the panels did not arrive for Friday installation, or Saturday installation and Sergio is extremely dismissive and condescending about my frustration and tells me maybe next tuesday. I demanded a refund for the defective panels on my fridge and he laughed at me and kept blaming his inefficiency on the pandemic. And tells me he is the person in charge of Pacific Sales and I can not speak to anyone else about this. He refuses to remedy the situation andand accuses me of being ridiculous for being frustrated.Worst experience for here (I have bought many appliances from Pacific Sales) This employee is costing the company loyal customers.

My washer finally died and i was forced to shop for a new one. David Lucero at Pacific Sales made it easy. He showed me a number of options and helped me narrow down my choices. I appreciate that he didnt try to sell me the most expensive one...he helped me choose exactly the right one for my needs. It was so much less painful than it could have been and I am very happy with my choice. Hr arranged delivery, installation and the removal of my old washer and the crew that did the work was excellent. I have done several loads and am very happy with my new machine. When the dryer dies i will go back to David to pick out its replacement.

Nice to visit a showroom where employees actually know about the product they sell. Their prices were even better than many online retailers. Bought a 3-appliance package and sink and faucet. Had it delivered in 5 business days and used their installer referral to have them put in place. Everything came out great! No problems, no headaches. I definitely recommend this place.

I called Pacific Sales and was lucky enough to get connected to David. He helped me weigh through my options based on my needs. He also made me measure the refrigerator area myself instead of simply relying on the measurement of my old refrigerator. I am so thankful he had me do this step because I was actually able to get the refrigerator I really wanted (LG - 23.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Craft Ice - PrintProof Stainless Steel Model:LRFXC2416S SKU:6395328).There were some challenges with my hookup because my water valve was too old to connect the new refrigerator and therefore, I needed a plumber. David made sure that the installers were able to return to my house promptly after I had the plumber fix the valve. My family and I love our new refrigerator. David truly helped me from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend contacting David if you are in need of new appliances!

I love the service, the showroom floor with examples of everything! I love the assortment of appliances all under one roof. I DO NOT LIKE their warranty plan. The refrigerator went out after 3 years. The warranty is in effect. We have been without a refrigerator for 3 WEEKS. (7/21/19) While they are fusting around Through their bureaucratic process. Terrible. We ordered bathroom fixtures two months ago. PS initially confirmed all pieces would be delivered in 2 weeks. Instead, they have sent broken parts, used parts, wrong parts. They even forgot to include a toilet seat. So many problems I cant keep track. PS is now telling us it will be another 8-10 weeks for our shower fixture. Why? They hand forging it in Italy?

Great showroom, lots of products and knowledgeable salespeople who will match lowest prices from competitors. Unlike most stores you can buy early and they will hold appliances until you are ready for installation. Very pleasant and accommodating when needing to reschedule delivery date due to remodeling delays.

My dishwasher came in with out power cord. First the customer service personal tried to pursuade me that they seiit. Then, they told me that I decided not to buy some power kit. I would normally mind if they told me upfront.

We recently purchased bathroom fixtures. The infinity drain kept getting pushed back and not on the truck. Dan went ABOVE & BEYOND by driving from San Diego to Ontario to get it. Our contractor was able to keep on schedule. Its customer service that turns a bad situation around. Also, we bought kitchen appliances 3 years ago, we found pricing as low as we could find and the customer service was awesome then too.

Our company purchases anywhere from $50,000 upwards to $100,000 per year in appliances from Pacific Sales. What a huge disappointment they have become! I am taking our business elsewhere. I was just told by David Lucero that our company is treated like any other customer who shops with them once every five years. My response was that the average customer who comes in once every five years should be treated better than this also! They have continually delivered damaged appliances over the last 6 months. One property had 4 damaged washing machines delivered... FOUR! This has cost our company time and money and has caused our tenants and owners grief, time and money as well. We will no longer do business here!

The worst customer service I have ever received. They failed to offer me the extended warranty and I was sold a lemon refrigerator. The refrigerator leaks water all over my floor and is a liability, but they offer no help.

Horrible, horrible customer service. We bought a nice microwave and dishwasher, all good. We were given 18 mos. no interest; ok fine. 12 months in the secondary loan through a third party, the loan was sold. Now they are charging 29.9% interest. My husband has called this store and so far, he has been tossed to 17 different people, 1.5 hours later; still this problem is not straightened out. We own apartments, and houses. No chance that we will purchase from this company EVER again.

I’m writing this review as a caring gesture warning those who hope to be able to trust the people at “Pacific Sales” for good advice and good sales practices. I was there 2 weeks ago and spoke at length with an employee named Sergio. I told him I only wanted to replace a broken dryer at home, showed him the dryer I wanted, and told him I wanted to wait to replace my washer. He proceeded to give me a wealth of misinformation, which sent me in several completely wrong directions thereafter…(1) He said if I wanted to buy a steam dryer, I would need to purchase a washer and dryer pair, since no steam dryer could be hooked up with my existing washer. (2) He also said that since my dryer vent hook ups were on the wrong side of the washer, the door would open up the wrong way, and my only option would be to purchase an Electrolux, if I wanted the door to open the right way. (3) When I mentioned I read that Electrolux has a low reliability score, he claimed that reliability statistics of all washer and dryer models is really not important – that what is most important is that I like the appliances for their features.Well… after researching on the internet and going to other stores I found out all of his recommendations were wrong. (1) No, I did not need to buy a washer-dryer pair -- all steam dryers could be purchased alone, because they come with an easy adapter to connect them to the cold water faucet in the laundry room. This saved me about $800 that I didn’t want to currently spend on a washer. (2) I also found that other dryers did allow their doors to be mounted to open in reverse, so I did not have to buy an Electorlux if I wanted that feature -- it actually came on the one I first asked him about purchasing. (3) Lastly, I found that reliability ratings for various brands vary so much that certain brands can have more than 3x the likelihood of needing a repair vs. the most reliable brands. (See Yale Appliances reliability guides and Consumer Reports.)Pacific Sales in its early, independent days, used to be a good outfit, and I purchased several appliances from them in the past, about 15 years ago. I am sorely disappointed about the way the store is poorly staffed at present, especially after they were bought out by Best Buy and have no integral identity of their own.

Use third party delivery company who is so difficult to deal with. I have purchased appliances from there 6 times, have since switched to another store solely because of the delivery process.

No one bothered to contact us while in the store but a sales rep there made contact to others near by. We left and went to the one off Mira Mar rd and made our purchases there.
