I’ve made 2 payments,but still haven’t received bedroom set by Ashley The Aldair and T.V stand, Me & my wife have made several calls to the store and spoke with store manager Johnny I also talked to other employees at Balboa Store in Clairemont,I was told in August 8 that furniture will be and delivered to my home address, it would arrive between 5-7 pm. They called at 6:01 to cancel delivery. Do too wrong size shipped from warehouse. Now almost the 26th with another payment due on August 31st. STILL NI FURNITURE. This time I was told by the assistant manager Sam that he showes no record of last merchandise shipment AT ALL !!!!!!!!! Call again tomorrow to speak to Johnny “ maybe he has logged your work order in another file” OMG servicet is the worst so many different reasons/excuses on why I’m a dissatisfied customer. I understand that COVID 19 has screwed up pretty much everything from TP to Coins lol & I’m a very patient man but still without bedroom furniture and NO tentative delivery date. COME ON to add insult to injury I have never once received a courtesy call . What happened to the good o days of the customer is always right.I’m going file a complaint with corporate manager as well as informing BBB if this matter. Still keeping. Optimistic attitude. Fast and friendly service. Plus if you get bed they deliver and put together for no extra charges.

I love the customer service at this location. ai have found my sofa, my table, my tv, my enterment center here. not only do they deliver but also assemble for you.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Sales representatives all have nasty attitudes. The Managers are all the same as well so no help from anyone. I submitted them to the BBB for there terrible service.Attention to all Military, spouses, defendants DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will give you hassles during deployments and overpriced for quality of products! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A completely AWFUL experience. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to write one for the extremely incompetent staff at this facility. I was lied to, put off, manager could care less and showed absolutely ZERO customer service. Just awful.

The same worker from the Euclid store was there they had a sell for 5 dollars starts your order they wanted me to pay $350.00 for first month Arrons is way better
