Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, until you place your order then it becomes impossible to reach them. The sales team is only interested in the initial sale and then you are no longer of use to them. Recommend figuring out what you want by asking them and then buying from anywhere elseTo update, shortly after writing this review the manager reached out and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Good prices, a little slow on delivery and installation but they made it up to me. Highly recommended.

I wanted to say how awesome Juan and his partner were on Friday delivering my appliances. We have about 15 stairs just to get to our home and delivering a 400 lb. stove was no easy task but the guys did it with respect and understanding and I applaud their efforts. They are a great example of employees going the extra mile to be a positive reflection of a company. Great work delivery crew!!

I love the place. Great warehouse of all appliances. What I did not like is the customer service around the warranty. Slow, unresponsive. Cashed us out At below market value. You have no recourse, just roll over and accept it.

I come here for all of our appliance needs. They always help me get the best deal and are super helpful. They carry scratch and dent merchandise and sometimes thats the best option for us.

We needed a counter depth fridge white. . .Had guests coming. Joe took the order, found a counter depth white KitchenAid and organized the installation, and removal of the old one within three hours of our guests arrival! WHEW! Boy! Do these people deliver!!

I just called and was transferred three different times to a supervisor. I didnt get any help from the guy and he seemed annoyed I was even asking a simple question. Bad customer service

If I could give NO stars I would. Received a Refrigerator from Aztec Appliance through the SDG&E Energy Program. They took my perfectly good running fridge of 17 years and replaced it with a lemon! I have had to have a repair person out 4 times in under a year and now it has died completely. Was told that last years refrigerators only had a one year warranty (this years have a 3 year) so I am 2 months past my warranty and they wont fix or replace it even though it has been a problem from day one!!!! One week before Christmas and I will lose all the food in my fridge and can not afford a new one! Thank you so much for your rotten customer service Aztec!!!

I cant say enough how much I appreciate the team at Aztec Appliance. When first entering the store my wife and I were confused as to what type of laundry pair to purchase. Our Salesperson was very patient with us and took the time to explain what our options were. Not only did we find the laundry pair we wanted, we purchased it for a great price! Im not sure why theyve gotten bad reviews. Ive dealt with them on two different occasions, and both times I got a good price and the appliances were delivered and installed on time. I will use them again in the future.

Better prices than Home Depot, same or even better quality appliances. They have a huge selection from wine coolers, deep freezers, fridges, washer dryers, ertc... They have it and you will save some coin.
