I have been trying to call them all day. They were supposed to deliver my entire kitchen today and when they arrived they only had one item. When I call, no one answers and I cant get any answers. I have a confirmation all my items were here today. I hired someone to install them and lost hundreds of dollars because of their failure. I will NEVER use this company, or recommend them to anyone. How am I supposed to get in contact with you if you dont answer your phone?!?

Very disappointing we purchased a stove from Best Buy pacific sales was coming out to do the installation scheduled for December 3rd from 10 to 1p no one showed up. Our realty company contacted them and we have now been told December 8th Between 12 to 8p. Our New stove has been sitting in our kitchen since Black Friday. I was told the installation fee would be refunded to realty company since it had been paid when the stove was purchased. Our family is yet to see an installer show up at our front door. Denny’s here we come again. Update on our Installation: We had a George show up yesterday only to inform my husband and I that he is not qualified to do the type of installation Hat is needed. Our family is suffering because of this Company.
Terrible customer service. I bought an over-the-range microwave from a girl called Kristy. They told me it would be delivered the next Wednesday (after checking their inventory). They took my $450 and they told me they would call a day before the delivery date to confirm. A couple days later they called me and told that all the Microwaves they had available were spoken for but that they should receive more on October 1st. I called today to confirm that I would get my microwave shipped on October 1st and the guy who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. He told me that they would receive 3 microwaves like the one I bought, but that other people might be first in the list. I asked him to check the list and he told me he could not do that. I asked him to talk to a manager, and after leaving me 15 minutes on hold he came back and said that all the managers were in a meeting. Are you serious? I called their customer service number and the lady there told me thatI had actually been bumped down in the list to October 15th. What? What is this list? I feel like Im trying to get into a popular club or something. I said that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, and she transferred me to the local store. Same guy answered the phone and he had most terrible attitude as he was asking for my credit card info to issue me a refund. I would never recommend this place. Im still waiting for the email confirmation and the refund.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere (anywhere) else for your appliance purchases.Last year I bought a new refrigerator from Pacific Sales and bought their AMAZING 5-year extended warranty with it. According to the sale people, these extended warranties are life savers.Well, 14 months into my ownership, my refrigerator stopped cooling. I reported it and then the frustration started.Today is 6 weeks since I first reported the refrigerator not cooling and, despite two repairmen coming to the house, its still not working and nobody is being responsive.Seriously, get your appliances anywhere else. Unless you like having your money stolen from you.
Terrible delivery service. They promise to deliver within a specific time window and then completely disregard it. I have had two purchases now in which the deliveries did not arrive on time. The first time I had to wait 45 minutes extra. The second time my tenants waited 1/2 hour extra and had to leave.
Hmmmm. My experience was different than many of the reviewers here. I walked in and walked around - there was no pressure to buy. We had a few questions answered in depth and honestly comparing machines we were interested in. We ended up getting the correct machines for us, with delivery three days later. It all went down by the numbers. Afterwards, I needed help with the rebate from SDGE, and was helped instantly over the phone (an email sent as I hung up). We bought a microwave as well. Had I followed all the reviews here I might not have visited this best buy. Weird, but based on my actual experience Im likely to be back for my next purchase. If I had received next day delivery, they would have 5 stars.EDIT: The delivery occurred as scheduled - it was a Wednesday delivery from a Saturday purchase.
Terrible cusromer service. The delivery service is a mess. Delivery did not show up on three appointments!!! And these people dont have any answer... seriously?!?!If any other stores match their price, dont even think about pacific sales, unless you have the patience.
1 star just for the customer service guy hanging up on me, claiming that he couldnt hear me after I just asked what his name was and he replied. You dont hang up on customers, unless you want to piss them off and have them leave you a review online.
