I just had my dishwasher repaired and received excellent service from Alex. I highly recommend Nutter Appliance.

They showed up on time and fixed my dishwasher quickly, just like they said they would! The technician was very competent and paid attention to details. Analyzed the problems and fixed them all!

Horrible service. Technician was inexperienced and made every excuse not to fix my Thermador dishwasher. He did not know how to remove the 1 screw from the baseboard (custom cabinets) and he did not properly install it back the way it was. He said he cant leave it pulled out - when he pulled it out but then he said he couldnt put it back. I wanted to support small businesses but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Plus they charge by the minute and you have to uninstall the cabinetry while they sit & watch you do it. Plus they leave a total mess on my wood floors, emptied under my sink which you cannot access the dishwasher that way and then finally reinstalled it improperly. DO NOT USE THIS COMANY! Its a rip off.

Nutter Appliance has amazing service. From my call to them, to the final moment, they were without a doubt one of the most professional companies I have experienced in San Diego. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Highly satisfied. Ive been in the customer service business 38 years and I think I am a pretty judge of quality service. I cannot speak for every brand they service, but the repair on our Dacor range was excellent. And I suspect if it is not their niche, they will direct you elsewhere, as they did regarding our KitchenAid fridge. Great on the phone, great scheduling, and great at the service visit. Give them a ring!Many thanks to the Nutter team!
