Had a dishwasher part in stock I needed and they were very knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service. One of their workers does not know how to act professional, is very rude and swears a lot in front of customers. Makes the environment feel very hostile. She needs to work on her customer service skills and try to be pleasant while she’s on the clock. Instead she gives off a vibe like she hates her life and job. She kept removing her mask while attending to customers, making us costumers feel uncomfortable. The other worker that was there that day, was very kind and attentive.

Helpful always, always crowded but its because they have everything, and these guys(mostly girls though :) doing great job, so thank you from just pm and 5 star review!

In all honesty the only reason i marked them in the middle is because for 31 years i worked with a competitive company doing the same work. Commercial food equipment service&repair also commercial refrigeration and as far as my skill level i held the ranking of master technician Plus one by the governing ) of CFESA. But Ive been involved with this industry until a nerve condition sideled me in 2015 so its just my ego kicking in 😎. What i am pleased with is the fact that theyre still in business you know like corporate take overs an all. So from my retirement i tip my hat to Coast Appliance. But i worked for the bestGAS CONSUMERS SERVICEINC. Later to be morphed into something calledEco-lab equipment care ?dont see the trucks on the road anymoreSick

Make sure you buy the right part. It is doubtful that anything can ever be returned if you simply open the package. I believe it is good to support these mom and pop businesses, but as far as “business” is concerned, there are cheaper, more flexible alternatives for replacement parts. Maybe it is time for this business to step up their game.

The employees are Coast Appliance were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I visited the store with pictures of a wall heater and a description of the problem. The employees quickly understood the problem, provided me directions on how to install the part and I was out of the store in 10 minutes. The great news is the heater was working within 30 minutes with a cost of $50. Coast Appliance saved me hundreds of dollars by avoiding the expense of a repair person. Great Job Coast Appliance. I would recommend Coast Appliance for your repair needs.

We got what we needed quickly and the staff are as friendly as they are knowledgable.

I had a latch on a Maytag dryer go bad and thought it would be an easy fix. I take the old part in to Coast and show it to the lady helping me. She asks for a part number, I say I dont have one. How would I get one? She throws a business card at me. Not sure why!? Then starts pecking away at the keyboard and asks is this it? I lean over the counter and look at a poor image of what looks an awful lot like what I was looking for. So I get the part and it doesnt fit. My frustration is that I brought the old part in and had it to show them. She made no effort to even determine the make or model of my dryer. I gave them a 2 star because they didnt question me when I took the part back and got a cash refund. I ordered the correct part from an online store. The part just arrived and I have installed it.

Coast is the best. There are times when they get real busy but you just have to go with the flow. Give the employees the time they need to see to your needs. If the place is busy then that should tell you they are doing something right. If they dont stock it they will get it for you pretty quick. People just need to relax and when it is your turn treat them the way you would like to be treated and you will have an enjoyable experience.

My part ordered arrived quickly. They know their products or how to find an answer. Im doing a repair on my own. They cautioned but never deterred me.

I went in with an old 1940 overhead exhaust fan for the kitchen. They looked at it and found the perfect replacement. So I replaced it. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It was great. Thanks!
