Enter the shopping center off of Fenton Parkway to avoid the Costco traffic.Plenty of signs to encourage wearing a mask, but not absolutely necessary.Restaurant is upstairs as soon as you walk in and has a really neat vibe to it—and always good pricing. Stock levels seemed good for most products and checkout was actually one of the best I’ve seen with individual lines for each register and a lot of self-checkout options!Treats and sweets shop at the end of checkout even has a self checkout that automatically gives you a number in line for cinnamon buns and ice cream (although the ice cream was all gone when we went on a busy Saturday afternoon).

This IKEA is well organized but the helpfulness of the staff leaves a little bit to be desired because they are hard to find. It’s bad enough you have to walk through a maze but there should be more employees walking around trying to help people. Self-service checkout is wonderful the snacks and food are great. The products are wonderful because they package everything so smart and easy to assemble

I just love IKEA! The food is absolutely fabulous and the prices are so reasonable. You can come here and just pig out and get stuffed. Today I brought my 3 kids. We got 3 kids meatballs, 1 chicken strips and one meatball tray with extra meat balls. Then I got 3 pieces of cake, a side salad and a lox salad. Total of 35$ with my Ikea Family Card.Then I went into the store and Picked up a kids toy bin. A 2 shelf high case, a 20 inch cutting board and a few snacks for 40$. The store is in a super busy shopping center but its so easy to get into.

Typical IKEA! Clean with, well organized, with their trademark layout. It was a busy and the weekend when I went up this location but parking was easy to find and it did not feel crowded. Each register had its own line unlike during the quarantine when there was one line for all registers. The shopping centers has multiple shops including a Lowe’s and a Costco. So I was able to park once and go to all three. Would go to this location again.

Super great shopping place and extremely organized. The staff was awesome. I got a beautiful furniture set for my bedroom. It was surprisingly easy to assemble and is strong. Extremely great prices but they were a little crowded.

Huge selection, clean store, helpful staff and good location. We always walk out with more than what we came in for. Havent eaten at the Cafe much, however, we are fans of the cinnamon buns.

Not crowded, saw several employees if I needed assistance, enjoyed strolling and browsing and found some good buys!Two items I was very interested in were marked as unavailable and saw some shelves empty and very bare ones, also. The back up in shipping due to port availability, all a result of the pandemic has affected many businesses and especially this one. Was a pleasant shopping day, though.

Ive always liked IKEA furniture. The quality varies depending on how much you are willing to spend. A $25 table will last a couple years, where a $200 table will last a lifetime.

Its Ikea. Its crowded, lines are way too long, some of its good and some is cheap. If youre creative and patient you can find some great stuff or combine things DIY.

My attempt to get help from IKEA San Diego Customer Service store today. I called store for item availability this morning, due to showing only two in stock on your website and app. Eventually disconnected the call after 32 mins of waiting, because a customer service representative from that store never responded. Also tried virtual customer service help on the app and still no response. Then attempted tobuy the item online/app and was not able, even though it showed 2 in stock at that store. I decided to take my chances and drive to the store from Temecula (about an hour +). When arriving at the store, once again I checked the app for availability of the item and the location aisle (app still showed two available). Once arriving to the aisle the product was not available for purchase. IKEA two suggestions, PLEASE pick up your customer’s phone/virtual calls and update your technology. Doing this will save time ⏰, frustration 😤, and money 💵 (driving to your stores) to your customers. I thank you for hearing my suggestions.

RestaurantDefinitely delicious. Theres a wide variety of healthy courses and salads, and everything tastes great.Their desserts are also delicious!Their customer service here is really good. The two ladies that are serving the food were very patient and nice, and quickly noticed when someone was not too familiar with the way things work at this restaurant, just to make things easier for clients.Definitely great to come here!

I have not been there in a few years,great stuff still cheap prices. Store is redone no couches!! The only thing I can say is ikea is still great,you guys need more people pay a higher wage and you will get better employees!!!!!

Crowded parking as always. Good quality breakfast and lunch on the second floor. You can purchase for to go if you dont have enough seating. Good long walk and see all new items are arrived but some popular items are still out of stock.

I really like going to this place. Couldnt find my family card and the search kiosk was useless. Other than that I got a few things, didnt take too long, in out and on the way.

I came here by myself and bought several large pieces of furniture. I was clearly struggling to carry it all and the employees were so nice offering to help me lift things. One girl even offered to help me while on her break in the parking lot! Thanks ikea people for being understanding of my lack of physical strength :)

I hate this store...it gives me panic attacks. But I have to admit they have a lot of great organization products. I LOVE all their caddies, drawer organizers, baskets, etc. I dont think Id buy any of their furniture- most of it looks like it wont last long. Also, everything is micro-size. Nothing seems like its made of solid wood either. Wood is all veneer and leather is all bonded. Yuck.

So I used to love going there. But this last trip was disappointing. Saw something we liked, looked around near it ( thinking it would be below it or to the side of it), couldnt find it. Saw some curtains ( on display) we liked and it wasnt labeled. Looked on the bags of curtains ( to purchase it) that were near by and couldnt seem to find a match( no label on curtain and for what we could see through the plastic nothing seemed to match) Walked around to look for an Ikea worker and couldnt find anyone.

Excellent furniture offerings. Cool home improvement stuff. Kids furniture stands out from other shops. Must visit.

Really, REALLY small IKEA with limited stock and options. Walked through the entire thing in maybe ten or fifteen minutes? Must be an express location. Did not find anything of what I was looking for. But it will be convenient to have one nearby!

Great store, but I got lost for a few days in the endless maze circling around and around and around infinitely. I eventually got out but somehow it was nighttime while it was morning when I went in. The 7 foot tall faceless employees that kept repeating The store is closed, please make your way to the exits. and chasing me around trying to kill me didnt help much either. I finally found refuge with a few fellow shoppers that were also stuck. The only food we had to eat were frozen Swedish meatballs. I eventually made my way out after waking miles in one direction and finally finding an exit. But otherwise, amazing store!!

I had a horrible experience trying to return an item. The item has terrible reviews online because it is impossible to install. I decided I wanted to return the item and was told there is nothing they can do. I requested to speak to a manager and nothing was resolved. I would recommend not shopping here because If the as is item doesnt work out then your money is in Ikeas pocket and they dont care about you. Other big retail businesses do not do this. It is a scam for them to sell an item that obviously was returned and when I attempted to bring up concerns about the product that someone else previously had an issue with nothing happens. Bottom line they have your money and dont care. Terrible policy. Shop elsewhere.

Soooo crowded on weekends, but its a large eoace. Cleaning practices are in place. Show rooms give great ideas. Of course, you can find anything for your home here. Desk and chairs particularly had a wide selection of products and ideas. Staff could be trained better in regards to product details.

Today, Ikea looked kinda empty, lot of open space. Still I stop at the cafe to have veggie balls a mashed potatoes and steam broccoli. Cost $3.99. Not bad.

Such a wide variety of furniture and products to make a house a home. Affordable prices. Child care available. In-store cafeteria upstairs. They serve their signature Swedish meatballs.The downside? Its always crowded. Its hard to wander in the store when its even more crowded. Its hard to find seating in their dining area. The restaurant is not allergy friendly.

Dont bother with this store. Im a disabled woman and literally came for one item. I planned to have some assistance to pick it up, checked the website to make sure it was in stock and found every last item gone. I even checked the website minutes before entering the store so I didnt get out of my vehicle unnecessarily. I have limited mobility and energy due to my medical condition and so this was a big deal to not have something in stock that was listed as such on the website. The associates were unhelpful and didnt offer anything to help remedy the situation that the website caused. If it was listed as out of stock in store, I wouldnt have even bothered with going in. Im now exhausted and have to start all over to find what Im looking for, not to mention the gas and the time that Im out for nothing. Ive been to this IKEA a lot since moving, and everytime the store has been a disaster, the employees unhelpful, and something is ALWAYS out of stock that isnt listed as such on the showroom floor or the website. If you can find your item elsewhere, Id reccomend it. Ill update this review if they reach out to remedy the situation, but until then, Id avoid this store.

Upset with a small assortment. There are a lot of empty shelves. I have something to compare with. I have been to this store in other countries. The assortment is three times larger. Very disappointing.

The ikea is good and generally has everything you need. One thing to note is that is the dining area is very small compared to other Ikeas Ive been too. If youre going there for food just know that its small and crowded, really not great at all being around a jam packed area.

Made the 1.5 hour drive to get a specific piece their website said was available in store. Get there and of course they dont have it. Talked to customer service, she knew right away they were out and told me not back in stock for 5 days. If you know this make the adjustment in your inventory so the app is accurate! Asked about shipping since the website was wrong and she said it would be $50. Dont trust the website I guess, maybe I should have called too?

Its your standard Ikea. Mid-quality furniture for a fair price. It is really annoying how they make it so difficult to just go to the warehouse to grab something and avoid the showroom upstairs. You can cut through the registers & access it that way, but the entrance forces you upstairs. Keep your receipts because some of the items arent up to standards, but their return policies are pretty good

Great ideas, many items not in stock. Most people wore masks. Most of the items we wanted were not in stock. As IKEA does not not let you order in advance, we need to wait for a text, then order online ASAP

Shopping at Ikea is a painful process for me :-( but my college student daughter needed reasonably priced furniture. The process as usual is a nightmare but the people working there are very friendly. We did find a chest of drawers and the home delivery department fixed us up with someone who will come put the merchandise together for us. I think thats pretty awesome!

A standard IKEA. Ill enjoy going here more after the pandemic, and meanwhile they could use a better online ordering system. Its still mostly designed around in person shopping.

Every employee in there has the IQ of a desk chair. I had five different encounters in one visit where each employee gave me drastically false information. Then they gave the movers the wrong time to deliver my furniture. They arrived an hour hour a half early because the ikea employees cant read a simple paper. Yea early sounds good, but not when people have jobs. I love ikea, but this one needs to think about hiring people that can at least read. There was one single manager that was helpful and not a complete dish plate.

We had a great time finding stuff we really didnt know we needed, ended up with an entire SUV full of awesome items.

This was a terrible experience. Ordered a mirror to have delivered on a Monday. Delivery never showed up. No phone call or email or explanation why. Planned my entire day waiting for the order too. Tried calling customer service 3 days in a row. Was on hold for over an hour each day and couldnt get anyone on the line. Finally got through to reschedule my delivery for the following Saturday and guess what, it didnt show up again. Called to get a refund and was on the line for 2 hours. Do not but anything from this store.

Amazing staff, willing to help out, they offer free water for those waiting outside.Limited # inside, linear store progression, tons of helpers safe check out.For the most part fairly covid safe. They do still have product out for anyone to touch and thatz a concern and their bistro area is very confined with more than a few people Corraled and waiting for food thats pre made and packaged.New veggie dog is amazing by the way.Overall 5* for staff who even helped me by being in a picture so I can measure seating space with wife over the phone.Deli gets 2* as it was too many people in a small confined space and stale food besides the veggie dog.

The only IKEA is the best ikea by default! Everything seems extremely organized for how busy this location gets. Always stocked. Everything is clean. A worker, customer service associate at every corner. No complaints! Check out is fairly quick by volume. Parking is the only negative. If you drive a nice car. Go park at the Lowes parking lots. I work at a plumbing service store. These faucets are just looks. They have plastic and plated insides. Everything else seems great quality. Especially for the price!

How Great is IKEA

Good place to find decorations for mobile home to a rental. If you don’t mind the wait, prices are ok, specially when it ends with 79 cent “meat” or vegi dogs. The lines do move fast. The tree says that we had to go, the lines stretched all the way to Costco across the parking lot, but we were in bout 15 minutes.

I visited IKEA to buy some all-white dinnerware and flatware. I wanted flatware that was heavy and not lightweight. I found some heavy flatware that was also very pleasing to the eye! I also bought a dinnerware set and a couple of extra deep bowls.They had a nice selection of white dinnerware and very reasonable prices. I wish they had a better selection of flatware but I was pleased with what I left with. I wish IKEA had a better selection of furniture pieces.We also tried the veggie dogs for the 1st time with all the vegan fixins and it was VERY good! I left with a 6 pack of fresh cinnamon rolls that we demolished (we bought them yesterday!) and I am going back tomorrow to get 2 more packs as they are moist and delicious and go amazing with coffee!

Oh my Ikea, the place I can literally close my eyes and find what I want. I come here at least once a week. Yep. And I always have new ideas to my clients or my own projects.This time I’m doing a makeover in my garage and I decided buying their white cube storage with black paper boxes. Will add some labels. Also another project I just finished was with Ikea’s bamboo drawers dividers. So clean and cool. Last week I also made a bookshelf and add some texture with their weathered wicker baskets. Looks so contemporary and unique. Ops I almost forgot, my laundry area has now all shelves sleek and clean with the IKEA pegboard system. Unlimited options in a store that their team is always there for you.

We remodeled our kitchen during Covid. Our 14 year old daughter assembled all of the cabinets like a champ! She wants to be an engineer. Hard to find things during Covid but understand all of the supply challenges. We love our new kitchen. Talking with a consultant was incredibly helpful when making the design for our kitchen. Return policy is amazing! Friendly and helpful employees.

Great place with amazing layouts for how you could decorate your home. My love and I had such a good time buying furniture for our home and we loved imagining what our other rooms could look like in the future. I would have given this a 5 star review but the employees we encountered, which were a good amount, were all in bad moods and didnt care much for out questions or want to help. Aside from that, we chose things we needed and furniture wise, we left satisfied.

Love and hate shopping at Ikea, you love getting what you want and then you find you hate what you have (at home) and want to re-do all that you have at home!! They need a bigger plant and pots area as they seem to be out of stock. I Like the self check out, its generally short lines, but I should get a discount for doing it since its like doing work and not getting paid.... keep what you buy Or hang on to receipts order numbers too for faster return process....

IKEA is a shoppers paradise and I cant think of anything that the dont have.Theres plenty of parking as, well some awesome hard to find goods that are designed in other countries, such as Japan and other far eastern countries.:

My mom bought a piece of their furniture. And she started working on it. Putting it together. Following the directions exactly. An hour after she started working I got bored, so I left for my friends house. When I went to tell her I was leaving she was still working on the cabinet. A couple hours later I got home and she was still working on it. Another hour later she told my the door doesn’t close. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened with IKEA. I suggest finding other furniture stores to shop at.

Friendly staff, ample parking, carts readily available, lots of cart stalls in the parking lot. Overall a great store. Only complaint is that alot of the bin numbers were incorrect and confusing. But I got most of what I needed.

Their supplies dont match their floor displays. They are constantly out of what I want. Left without the one thing I wanted. Customer service says another 4 weeks but thats what they have said since March.

I live 2.5 hours from Ikea and will sometimes get charged a $199 delivery fee to have items delivered. So I went to the San Diego location today to look for a plant stand I wanted. Online it said they had one in stock in store. When I got there, they only had 3 display models available. I asked if I could buy one of the displays but they told me no. I explained that I live far away and that I might get charged $199 to order online. The lady helping me spoke to a manager but they said I couldnt buy it. All for a $30 item. Horrible customer service!!! And this was after they messed up my returns and I was honest and told them that they gave me too much cash back.

First time here, I was amazed how big this store is, I really like the staging of everything, it inspires you to redo your whole home 🏡 the availability is vast, self serve is #1 here because there nearly one employee to help answer questions. I liked my experience but the ease to ask a question isn’t great and the wait line to pay is long it may had only been this time but my experience would’ve been 5 stars if I could be on my way promptly, so plan ahead a little more time if you’re heading over here.
