I needed a replacement fan for my wine fridge that I bought from the Beverage Factory. When I called customer service and talked to Hannah, she had all my info from my order of years earlier. She talked to the parts guy and told me exactly what was needed. Hannah provided great customer service. She was professional, thorough, pleasant and quick to provide info. Ordered a Marvel keg refrigerator and a beverage refrigerator for under counter application. Had a small issue with the tower, they sent another right away. Also, had a problem with spec sheets not being correct for cabinets. They got me the newest models and the hinges had been updated. They went above and beyond to resolve that as well. Definitely glad I went local.

My husband has been researching his heart out for his own kegerator system for our home. I finally splurged for Father’s Day and was pleased with the pricing and the details to help me purchase. Everything shipped promptly as well. When my package arrived it was missing parts and when I called customer service they sent me the correct pieces no questions asked, overnight 1 day air shipping. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. This company has my business for life and I will refer anyone in the market to them.

I purchased Item 3 weeks ago, they changed it because of the original item wasnt in stock, since then Im waiting for replacement and never got it. When I asked to cancel the order, they wanted to charge me for a shipping. You even cant contact them, probably they blocked the number.

Do not buy Kegco kegerators. Extremely disappointed/frustrated/angry with Beverage Factory and their Kegco line. We bought our first Kegco Dual Tap undercounter kegerator right at 4 years ago. Within the first 2 years the compressor stopped working and it stopped cooling, contacted customer service, they couldnt figure out how to get it to work. They then suggested we call a local appliance repair. FYI no one local will touch these or repair them because of how they are built. So we bought the extended warranty and got another Kegco kegerator shipped over. We installed the new one used it for a year, it stopped cooling again!!! We defrosted it and left it off for 6 months hoping that by some miracle this 2nd unit would work. Turned it back on, still not cooling. Contacted customer service they stated that its past the 1 year limited warranty, these are supposed to work for at least 5 years. These units do not last and are not worth the $$$$, dont waste your money time.

I purchased a kegerator and the first one only worked for 2 years. They allowed me to purchase a new one at a reduced price and that one only lasted 14 months (2 months longer than the warranty). Stay away from Kegco!!

UPDATE AS OF 3/1. Still no phone call. Still no item.Response from owner below says we will call you and still nothing. Freight company who allegedly has it won’t even call back. This is shocking.I placed an order on 2/8 for a wine refrigerator, it was confirmed item was on back order which was no problem. Item then arrived in stock and was shipping out and this is where the problem began. Item shipped out on 2/17. It’s now 2/26 and item still has not arrived. I have called and emailed over and over again to track this item and I get the same response “we’ll email the carrier and call you back” however no one at beverage factory EVER CALLS BACK. I have called the freight carrier and they confirmed they don’t have it and it transferred to another carrier. I just called customer service again at beverage factory about an update and asked where is the order, all I got was a lady with a very bad attitude and she said “well this is customer service and what do you want me to do”. I replied “I want my order”. How is this acceptable ? How is it ok to treat people this way after they just spent $2500

I got ahold of an older kegerator that needed new lines, co2, faucets etc. Dakota that works the showroom was incredible to work with and answer all my questions. Fantastic customer service. I purchased a double tap kegerator through HomeDepot. After using it for a couple of weeks I was unable to get the pressure adjusted correctly and suspected the regulator valve might be at fault. I emailed customer service in within 48 hours I had a new regulator in the mail for me - no questions asked. Service is king.

Worst customer service I have received in a long time. Bought brew pot with fittings and it has leaked since I received it. Everyone is pleasant on the telephone but they admit that they are short staffed. Six weeks latter my pot still leaks I am still waiting for parts.Avoid and use a different source if possible.

Initial phone call was great and the Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Ordered product and it is over 2 weeks later and still hasnt arrived. The problem is they use a Shipping company that is not a well know company. I have called them many times and keep getting the run around as far as where the shipment is and when it will be delivered. They blame the storms, but the initial delivery date was several days prior to any of the recent storms. I was hoping I would be able to review the product 2+ weeks after ordering it, but unfortunately is hasnt arrived yet and am still not sure when it will.

Wonderful! I got everything I needed to carbonate my wine at an affordable price. I had a lot of questions and Dakota was very helpful and informative. I could not expect better service. I don’t know all of the terminology for the parts I had questions about but Dakota made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. They responded to my emails very quickly and helped me work out any issues that came up during my first time with my carbonation setup. I will return as a customer and would recommend Beverage Factory to a friend.

I ordered from the Beverage Factory in August. When I ordered, their website said that the item would be shipped in a few days. When the item didn’t arrive timely, I contacted them. They told me that the item was on back order and would be shipped in November. It is now in December and they still can’t tell me when it will be shipped. Throughout this process, they have never initiated any contact updating the status. Only when I contact them do they respond. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Ordered a kegerator on 11/30, still dont have it. Ive called Beverage Factory multiple times and was told I would be receiving a call to schedule my delivery but never have. Tracking shows its been in transit to me for 10 days! I live about 5-6 hrs away!! All their customer service can say is they are sorry. Beverage Factory seems to only care about the sale, not the delivery. I can not recommend doing business with this company. Buy local!

Purchased a 2 zone wine cooler in 2016. In 2020 it stopped cooling. Found that the refrigeration unit leaked all the coolant out. I have over 250 refrigerators in service at my apartments and never have I had a unit leak out its coolant. All last well over 15 years. There only offer was a new unit at a discounted cost of $800. $200 a year to keep my wine cool.

Ordered a 10lb CO2 tank and received an email stating they were all out and the tank was backordered. I sent a reply asking why tank was still listed on website if it was on backorder, and why product listing mentioned no such backorder. Never received a reply. More than a week later the product is still listed on the site as available to purchase and no mention of backorder at all. Super misleading and horrible customer service.

I purchase a lot of my home brewing supplies here. I just recently got a grain mill and can purchase full bags of grain. This saves lots of money and most home brew stores want $80 for a 50lb bag. Well not here. Huge benefit of living in town of a big online retailer, no shipping costs, go pick up at will call.They have a very big show room and lots of kegerators and brewing supplies to look at.

The Beverage Factory has proven to be a top-notch company to do business with. I can highly recommend them! I bought an Allavino wine refrigerator from them and its a wonderful unit. In the past, Ive owned commercial quality Uline wine coolers, and they are good, no doubt. But this time, I wanted something a little different so after a ton of research I settled on the Allavino, and ordered it from Beverage factory. Great service all around with regard to the order and receipt of the product. I ran into a cooling issue with the unit after several months of operation. Contacted Beverage Factorys customer service and they did a phenomenal job of resolving the issue. Lots of companies could/would have blown me off. Not these folks! I was lucky enough to work with Anna and a couple of other really wonderful people at Beverage Factory as we worked through the issue and they really took care of me. Everyone selling product will have issues from time to time; Its how they deal with the issues that sets some companies apart from others. Beverage Factory really earned my respect!

I purchased this dual tap Kegerator in 2012. It has sat safely inside next to the bar its entire life. After 8 years the unit quit and will not cool. As it is 8 years old, the only option I was given was a 600.00 (plus shipping!) replacement. I have a standard refrigerator in the garage where it routinely gets to 115 degrees in the Houston summer. That machine is 17 years old, and still going strong. So I guess I expected better........My keg days are done.

I ordered a double tap kegerator. It arrived but was making a noise. I sent a video to customer service and they determined it was a compressor issue. I worked with Kaylyn who gave great customer service. They shipped a replacement immediately and I sent the defective unit back. Spent quite a bit of time researching after my unit of 5 years failed and that company was out of business. I read the reviews on the Allavino 99 bottle capacity wine refrigerator which were helpful in my selecting it.Jen at the Beverage Factory was very knowledge and helpful in placing the order. She matched a competitive price with no hesitation.After some inventory issues my unit shipped a week after the order was placed. The transit time from San Diego to New Jersey took only a week. Unfortunately the carton in places was in pretty bad shape so I carefully inspected, determined that the unit in those areas was not damaged and signed for it. Upon removing the rest of the carton in a place not showing any visible damage was the inner glass panel completely shattered.I reached out to Shane at customer service suppling the details and pictures. Even before that he assured me that he would have a replacement unit sent out by the end of the day. That day I received confirmation that my replacement unit was shipped out.The new one was received a week later in perfect shape. I have waited several weeks to comment on the performance. Looks great and glad it has a lock which most do not. The temperature is pretty accurate as measured to my two independent thermometers. Having a lot of champaign maximum capacity was not achieved. I was aware from reviews that capacity will vary depending on the bottle size.A great company, employees and product.

My Kegerator came damaged and scratched. tank Co2 was not delivered with the order (I was not informed about it at any time during the purchase) and I had to wait for shipping for a week, they replaced my broken kegerator with a new one after a week (I am 200 miles from the warehouse), now Im five days trying to return the old one because the carrier did not collect it, as they did not authorize the pickup (i was informed by email that this would happen on the same day of delivery of the new one). The telephone service is HORRIBLE, they say that they will return the calls in a few minutes and this does not happen in two days.Do not buy here, you will experience anger and stress.

Help me avoid buying things individually which would have cost me more from them and sold me a package that saved me money. And then and the main reason for writing this the nitrogen regulator was not working properly so they just sent me a new one. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

If you want a company that stands behind there products, THIS IS THE ONE!I had a problem with my three and a half year old wine cooler here in Utah and didnt know who to call. To make a long story short I called the wrong service company. After 4 months of a run a round I called Beverage Company who I bought the cooler. SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!There help was far beyond what I Expected. They put me in touch with a local company ((Mr. Appliance) and they came out and gave the correct diagnosis in about ten minutes! Then when it became apparent that the cooler part was on back order and would take about three months to get they fixed me up with a NEW wine cooler.I well tell everyone I know about your company. Bought a new double tap kegerator in May 2020.. this was .y second kegerator from Beverage factory. Still have the first one after 8 years. I had a problem woth my regulator. Of course on during the Super Bowl. I contacted them and they replaced the part. No cost to me. Great company with some very nice service. If your thinking of which kegerator to go with. Horrible. Purchased a wine fridge for $1,800.00. Immediately after the 2-year warranty expired, so did the wine fridge. Cost to repair (leak in coolant system) would be almost as much as original purchase price. Bev. Factorys proposed solution was for me to pay another $750.00 for a replacement fridge. So they want me to be purchase another low grade product and be into the company for 2,550?! Not happening. BTW the wine fridge is positioned near a regular kitchen refrigerator that has been operating perfectly for 26 years.

Looking at home draft system reviews, the only complaints typically come from the accessories that come with the unit; taps sticking after a week, regulators leaking after a few months. Companies have to get to a price point, so I understand. In retail, weve become so used to the response of thats what it comes with we start spending more money in a few months for Perlick taps, commercial grade regulators, etc.The great thing about Beverage Factory is that they allow you to pick and choose the components that come with your draft system and get a credit for the parts you are not taking. Now from day one, its set up with the quality and longevity you want without replacing components.It had to be shipped all the way across the country by truck. Much to my surprise, it came properly strapped onto a pallet with extra reinforcement and shrink wrap everywhere to protect it. Even the trucking company made a comment on how well it was protected.Of all the parts and pieces that came, one was incorrect. One phone call had a replacement on the way and a UPS tracking number. These guys have their act together, how refreshing after dealing with most retailers today.

Would be 5 star based solely on product quality and effectiveness, but I took a star away because every time I order something, it seems I get an auto-response back order notification that turns out to not be true. Beverage Factory fulfilled an Amazon order for a wine refrigerator last May. After less than a year, the fridge wasnt cooling any longer, and asked about warranty service/replacement. I was dealing with Kaylyn in their customer service department, and it was a clear, quick and very satisfactory path to provide them with information to verify the units non-functioning status, after which they very quickly just replaced my unit with a new one. Great customer service is becoming more and more difficult to find, so it leaves a bigger impression when you do get it. I ordered a kegerator and when it arrived it was frequently making a loud sputtering noise. Contacted customer service and spoke to Anna, who immediately and with out any pushback said shed send a replacement. New kegerator arrived promptly and the shipper exchanged it with the broken one - hassle free. Although it was disappointing that the first one was defective, it was fantastic that they made it right so quickly. Anna was very friendly and helpful from my first call to get information (pre-purchase) through the entire exchange process. Very happy with the experience.

Worst product experience ever in my life. Bought $800 wine cooler that ran for less than a year, and only the compressor is covered, not the evaporator. Now I have to spend $600 more in extended warranty or about the same for a repair. Worthless, less than worthless products.UPDATE 7/12/20: the customer service team responded to my situation and resolved it to my satisfaction. So far, new unit is working properly. I will review again later this year if all continues to go well. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would have preferred it had been addressed more quickly, but nevertheless, it was handled.

I ordered a wine refrigerator from Amazon almost a year ago. It started to make a loud noise every 15 minutes or so. I called them directly and they took the time to make things right. I was still under warranty but with the Covid-19 and lack of service techs, we couldnt find a anyone to figure what was wrong with the unit. They replaced it for me and sent me an upgraded model. The compressor broke after 3.5 years. I called many times (average call wait times 25 minutes) and finally on 6/10/20 they said the compressor was back ordered (would be sent by boat from China) and would take 12 weeks to arrive. It was finally shipped (ground) on 8/12/20. I write this on 8/30/20 and still have a broken wine fridge because NO ONE will install the compressor. I have called over 10 appliance repair companies and they will not install Allavino/ Beverage Factory parts. Most places only install their own parts or from a company such as Whirlpool or GE. They have never heard of Allavino/Beverage Factory and will not install their parts. The compressor is under Allavino/Beverage Factory warranty so we did not have to pay for the part. What good is a warranty if no one will install the part? Allavino/Beverage Factory is fully aware of companies not installing their parts and will do nothing to help. One quote for replacing a compressor is $550-$750 but we are out of their service area and they will not let us drop it off for repairs. We paid $799.99 for this unit 3.5 years ago.

My wife and I purchased a wine refrigerator from Allavino (Beverage Factory). We also purchased the extended warranty as a precaution however our unit had some challenges just after the warranty expired. Some may think this is just like a company, but what has to be taken into consideration is what the company does when something like this occurs. While the claim company would not honor the extended warranty, Allavino did. It did not take dozens of phone calls. I can honestly say Allavino (Beverage Factory) has been OUTSTANDING in this process and has been 100% pleasant to work with over the phone. Special shout out to Anna who really helped with the follow through including a couple calls to me informing me of the process steps and status. Awesome Anna. Also worked with Shane who again was very pleasant trying to do the right thing.Allavino (Beverage Factory) is standing behind their product and replacing ours. This along with employees like Anna and Shane make working with and recommending the company that much better.Can’t say enough about the quality of their customer service. AWESOME!!! Thank You.

Been down for almost a week because of a broken part and have provided everything I could when asked to and still have yet to receive a confirmation part has been shipped. Received an email this morning asking me what part was needed?! I am baffled at what is going on?! How long does my keg system need to be down before my part is shipped? I just spoke to the 5th employee and sent my 5th email and have gotten nothing except attitudes and no progress being made. I will edit my review once or if this is handled. I have never been treated like this from a company that has some really nice equipment and all I need is a warranty part so I can get back in operation! (EDIT) I guess all it takes to get a response from the company is to give them a bad review because my part was magically shipped overnight. We received the part and put it into service and the kegerator is working perfectly. Still not happy with the lack of professionalism with all the attitudes of the previous customer service reps and was told that we will bring it to their attention which you know is code for nothing will happen to these rude individuals. Bumping it up to two stars because of overnight product.

I purchased several products from them in the past year or 2 and have been extremely pleased with the products and the company itself. A problem developed with one of the products months later and they went out of there way to replace it no questions asked. This place has really good products and is super clean. My used keg was very bent up but it holds pressure and it was pretty cheap so well see how it goes. The seals look good and it is very clean at first glance. Ill definitely be going back when I need more kegging stuff.

I purchased a built in kegerator and kegs from Beverage Factory. Everything was shipped quickly and packed very well. My first kegerator and cornelius kegs so I wasnt sure of how my experience would turn out. Boy am I glad I purchased those items. I will probably never bottle again.It was so easy kegging my beer. I cant express how good I feel everytime I pull on that tap lever. A few seconds later I have a frosty cold beer in my hand, reaping the rewards of experimenting with brews you cant buy at the store. You can google just about anything your not sure of so give it a try.My advice to anyone new to this is to give Beverage Factory a call. Their products are at the best prices I have found, and product quality is top notch. Their customer servce is without a doubt the very best that I have ever experinced. Jerry D.

Horrible company. Ordered a 55 gallon boiler pot 2 day shipping. They did not submit the order to blichmann engineering for 2 days because its drop shipped apparently. Then the wrong item showed up.. 10 days in still nothing and had to call 20 times just to get any answers.Spent $1300 on an electrician, production line for SANITIZER PRODUCTS has been down for a week, and they dont seem to have a care in the world. I regret attempting to buy it from them and not one of the many other companys I could have.Having my employees going to lowes to pick up 10 propane burners now - total waste of money and time... thanks for nothing but costing me tens of thousands!Guess we will see what tragedies there refund process consists of.
