I went in and was helped by a man named Axel. Super friendly and patient with me, I brought in 2 rings to be resized. One of the rings was bent and 2 sizes too small and the other was a half size too big. It took 1 hour and when I returned both rings looked brand new and were restored beautifully. Both rings fit perfectly and I was extremely happy with them. Pricing was good and affordable too. Thanks again Axel!

Brought my ring in to be resized and it was finished in under an hour. It was polished and even more beautiful than when it was given to me years ago. I will definitely be going back with any future needs. The staff was great and friendly as well.

Was told on phone back in Aug. that cost of putting in a new battery for my watch was $12..it now costs $14 PLUS TAX. Plus, they scratch the face of the watch!

Great Prices Great Staff Fast Service i took my ring to get resized and the job was done fast and at a great price. My local jewelry store priced the job at around $200 and would have had to sent the ring out to get the job done.It was done at job was done for $95 plus tax and within an hour. Im Extremely happy with the result.

Make sure to agree on a price before you let them do the repair and inspect the jewelry together to confirm what state its in before you give it to them.I got an estimate to repair several items and had them repair a broken necklace chain only. They charged me for both repairs and when I pointed out the error, they promised a refund and then charged the correct amount, but said it would take a few days for the refund.When they returned the chain to me, the clasp was broken. I didnt see the broken clasp until I got home.I brought the chain back and explained the situation. They repaired the clasp, and then tried to charge me. I reminded the jeweler that they had broken the clasp, and the jeweler argued with me, denying that he had broken it. The manager said it was fine, no charge, but I never got the refund for initial estimate, so they charged me after all.The repairs were good, but the service was unreliable. I will not go back.

They were able to resize my ring within the hour like promised. Did a consultation over the phone giving them basic info about my ring and the price I was quoted was the final price I payed. Pacoy Jewelers has great quality rings believe it or not I walked in and out at this place for an engagement ring for my wife their service was amazing as well as fast reasonable prices. I strongly recommend you give these guys a look if youre in the market for an engagement ring.

Reviews were right. Theyre fast with resizing the rings. 2 hours for 3 of them. The rings looked gorgeous after theyre finished, polished and perfectly rounded.

I am so grateful that I went to Pacoy Jewelry today. I spoke with Dorian and showed him what I needed accomplished for my 50th Wedding Renewing of Vows. He was so courteous and friendly and did everything I asked and his price was very reasonable. I am planning on taking some other pieces to him to adjust in the near future. Amazing! These guys are very nice and will respect your jewelry. They polished up a heavy silver 15mm chain I had and got all the scratches and tarnish off, looks absolutely brand new, and gave me a great price to repair the clasp. I will go here for all my needs in the future.

Dorian did a great job resizing two bracelets and a ring for my mom. They look better than brand new and they did it in about 2 1/2 hours!
