We went on a weekend not realizing they were having an Event and not expecting them to be slammed but we only waited a short while to be helped and I still got to oogle all the beautiful things and try on while we waited! This was an amazing experience. Yaniv was very helpful in completing the process from online. On the day of pickup Rick was great in explaining the wonderful benefits of purchasing from Diamonds Direct. One thing that might be more convenient to the client would be a folder with pockets to place all the documents and GIA report rather than an envelope that doesnt. Having everything in one place seems to be a better alternative to having things that are separate.
