We came across Fahrenheit 32 SA after a late night game of put put. We arrived 45 minutes before close and originally went for rolled ice cream. We still got the rolled ice cream but we ate it so quick we didnt get a chance to take a picture of it. The rolled ice cream was amazing and decorated beautifully. The agua fresca was refreshing. The bulgogi & cheese had the perfect amount of spicy and the sauce it was paired with was so good. The spring rolls were great and again paired with the perfect sauce. The service was shockingly great especially for the time we arrived. We will definitely be back!

The place looked nothing like the pictures. Their rolled ice cream was not good at all. It was too thick and too sweet. The fruit was dry. The person behind the counter was also not wearing their mask properly, constantly touching it and readjusting with their gloved hands! Would definitely not recommend.

The ice cream was good but the experience left a lot to be desired. This is a rolled ice cream place like Rolling Reys. I was a little worried when I first saw the menu, there were too many gross, healthy type options like matcha and mango. I was able to get the Espress-Yo Self, a coffee flavored option. My wife tried to get the You Obviously Love Oreo but they were out of the base. Unfortunately they were also out of her next three choices: chocolate, vanilla, and mint chocolate chip. It was really down to mango, matcha or coffee. After my wife reluctantly got coffee, our ice cream took upwards of 20 mins to make. The ice cream itself was good and they have unlimited toppings. I was disappointed their whipped cream was from a can vs making it though. I feel like that should be a standard for ice cream places.

Can’t give it less . The Roll up ice cream is literally Pre Made and not even in rolls 😑 Nothing like the picture on the menu you don’t get what you are paying for. NO rolls Everything comes out PRE MADE LITERALLY IN the little Deep freezer

Understaffed, kind of rude too. Filled all but one of our orders and didnt make the last one until all the rest were already eaten. She stepped away and didnt communicate anything, and I waited patiently while the rest of my party of 4 finished their entire bowls before she began making mine.The other location had just ice cream, this one has a menu offering various Mexican and Asian foods...and they seem to only have 2 people bouncing between two areas.The ice cream was okay, but the overall demeanor of the lady working was tasteless.

My new favorite spot off Vance Jackson. Reggie our server was excellent and very funny. The hibiscus tea was by far the tastiest drink I’ve had in a long time! Very affordable. Can’t wait to try everything else out on the menu!!!!

We came for the rolled ice cream and it was already pre made. I ordered a smoothie, they brought out a melted drink. Taste wasn’t great. Won’t be coming back. Menu said $7 but they charged me $8. Def not worth it.

The ice cream was okay but they dont really make it fresh in front of you as I was hoping. They pre make things and put them in a freezer till you order them. Then they are also in a very sketchy location in a rundown building and run down part of town. I probably will not return again and hopefully find another rolled ice cream place to try thats closer and seems safer to travel too. Price was eh at like 7$ per cup but you do get quite a bit for your money. Would also like to add that the lady helping us was not very good at listening as we tried too make our own ice cream but they seemed kinda adamant on us picking a pre made mix instead which was further encouraged by their not having any of their toppings listed in full anywhere as far as I saw.

Amazing! This is the best rolled ice cream I’ve ever tried. It has a very smooth consistency and the flavors are on point! You won’t be disappointed! Be prepared though - the owner makes the ice cream by hand and she was working the counter by herself.

Best ice cream Ive had since I was a child. The options are whatever you can imagine. The flavors taste like a true fruit, candy, cereal, etc. The design of the ice cream is also unique. I recommend you go with time, this restaurant is busy. Of course you could eat one of there protein bowl, sandwiches, fruit cup, etc. Definitely worth the wait.

Yummy ice cream, friendly staff, and a cool experience! We brought our 5 year old here to spend some one on one time with him. He loved it. He got a build your own as did my husband. I got the mangoneada which was perfection! The music was amazing too. Ace of Base and goodies like that.

A 1 star rating is generous considering this “restaurant.” First of all, my family and I have already been to their old location and loved it. Sadly, their new location is completely different. As we walked in it was stinky and trashy. It only had one person working. She was very rude. On the menu it lets you customize your order, but she clearly didn’t understand. You could only order stuff that was already made…also the ice cream wasn’t fresh. Some of it wasn’t even being refrigerated and it was just sitting on the filthy counter. We canceled our orders and left. DO NOT EAT HERE. I hope their old location will open back up.

This place was terrible it was so expensive so I was hoping for something amazing… we waited in line for 10 minutes and there was no one even in front of us. After ordering the lady clocked out and made a burger then left… we sat there for another 20 minutes and no one even helped us whatsoever. Finally someone came and she was practically rolling the ice cream with her hands… after waiting for so long we finally got our ice cream and it wasn’t even what we asked for. But I was so tired of all of this that we just left. Overall it was a bad experience.

This is a fairly new place in San Antonio, so Im sure theyre still in the experimenting phase.Food: The ice cream is good. It has a little bit of a doughy taste, something Ive not experienced from eating Thai-style ice cream, but it was bearable. I had cereal with milk base with captain crunch mixed in and strawberry topping. Two of my friends had the mangoneada. They said they liked it, but didnt see what the hype over it was. Another friend of mine had the thin mint combination. She like it but said the same thing as well.Service: The employees here are very friendly. They work quickly and efficiently when theres a line to make sure you get in and out in a timely manner. We waited for about 45 minutes. This isnt a place to come and go quickly, so be prepared to wait a bit as they have to wait for the ice cream to freeze, as well as roll it, etc.Environment: Cool, modern environment. 1 long bench that runs against the wall, and there are a few chairs in the back. It can get pretty packed when theres a crowd.Overall, I enjoyed what I got, but I guess I was expecting more since people hyped it up pretty heavily.

I can talk about the wide selection of delicious flavors, all of the toppings you get for free, how affordable it is but Id rather talk about how sweet the owner Ms. Kim is. Shes always welcoming, never in a bad mood, shes a very hard worker, takes care of her business and customers and it shows. This is without a doubt one of the most overlooked places in San Antonio. Give it a try!

Hungry for ice cream on Thanksgiving Eve and B&R and Marble Slab were both closed so we ended up here. The place was busy with lots of young people seemingly just hanging out.Didn’t know exactly what to expect, but the ice cream came out in tight rolls that were more frozen than typical ice cream. This made it a little difficult to eat, but it was tasty. Mix in selection was good and service was friendly.I tried the Boy Scout which included a toasted marshmallow (see pic). Nice touch.Fahrenheit is a nice break from the ordinary. I would try it again, but because of the complexity and price, I don’t see it becoming our usual “go to” place for ice cream.

Very friendly and hard-working employees turning out rolled ice creams by the dozens. There is always a wait here but the end result is almost always worth it. The Asian flavored like black sesame and taro are not as well flavored as we expected, but they were good with toppings that added to the flavors. This is a fun way to eat ice cream for sure!!The black sesame with extra sesame mixed in and toasted coconut on top is a perfect combination! Dont overdo the toppings!

I like to support small businesses so me and my girlfriend decided to give this place another try. The first time we went was at the bitters location but I see that it is now permanently closed. People come for the experience and that is what they lacked when we came in. All we ordered was the cereal milk and the berry good time. My girlfriend’s was made fresh but mine tasted like it had been in the freezer for a long time. It’s better to just make them made to order, no one wants freezer burnt ice cream. I love the concept, but unfortunately they missed the mark. Hopefully we can return and I’ll actually be served rolled ice cream and not a chunk of just old ice cream that was pulled from the freezer.

This was our first time trying Fahrenheit 32! Weve been on the hunt for a good Acai bowl and they definitely exceeded our expectations. We ordered via Uber Eats and received our order fast and in perfect condition.

Loved it! Hostess was amazing and kind! Was made to feel very welcomed. Very attentive. Food was very delicious, had the lemon chicken and had the Boy Scout ice cream and my gal had the Purple Haze! Both were delicious. Will definitely come back to the Vance Jackson location!

If I could have given them zero stars I would have. I wish I would have come here to see these reviews before I wasted my time. The rolls are premade which is completely pointless bc the rolls are frozen/hard instead of fresh and soft. the lady fought with my husband about them being made right then. He saw them pull them out of freezer! And from the start she asked if my daughter wanted bananas in hers and we asked her and she said yes very softly so my husband said yes she does and she said “yeah I heard her” super rude. I will never waste money there again and will never recommend this place to anyone!

First and last time coming here, my kids came here for the experience of fresh rolled ice cream instead we came into a rude staff member and pre-rolled ice cream, avoid this place if you value the experience of fresh rolled ice cream and good customer service.

This place does not have current photos that match the locations inside.There were mosquitos and flies all over the place. Smelt like dirty mop water. Not to mention the location is very difficult to find considering its in a restaurant as well?Not to mention that the entire place feels awkward and poorly put together.Ice cream was good though.

When you first walk its inviting. The employees are smiling and greet you. The ambiance is wary and inviting especially with the Christmas tree and and lights they have right now. The shop is small and shotgun house style which works for them. My friend and I both had the Honeydew you love me? We watch them make our ice cream which was kinda cool. I think children would really enjoy it. Next you tell them which toppings you want. Although, be sure to tell them to also include the toppings that are suppose to come with the ice cream because they will leave them out if you dont remind them. Personally I dont like that because it being my first time I couldnt remember what was suppose to come with my order. But the toppings are unlimited so thats fun! The biggest thing that made it difficult to really enjoy my time there was all the banging from the young lady chopping the cookie mix ins. It was so loud and intense that it made it frustrating and difficult to hold a conversation. I really wish they had a sitting area outside to get away from the all the noise. Id definitely go because the ice cream was really delicious and beautful but next time Ill take it to go.

This is the place to go if you are looking for a little twist to your normal ice cream outing. To start with they offer choose your own flavor combinations or the house specials. We have tried YOLO (cookies and cream), Black Magic (black sesame seed ice cream), Mint For Each Other, and a coconut type ice cream. All very good. What makes them stand out is they roll their ice cream which gives it this light, creamy texture. Definitely worth a try! I know we will be back!

This place is in a great location also the ice cream rolled up with whatever topping you want was phenomenal! I even got some Togo for my parents to try! Definitely recommend this ice cream shop!

Really good ice cream!

The promo pictures are all of the Babcock location that was closed down. Im not sure if this location is going through renovations, but it was looking pretty run down. My girlfriend and I ordered the Taro rolled ice cream with Oreos, which is a favorite of ours. However, I noticed the tub of cream that was used as the base for our order was sitting on the counter for God knows how long, instead of in the refrigerator like the other flavors. Also, the utensils used to scoop and roll the ice cream were just sitting in what looked like a tub of water that was used to rinse the utensils so many times that it was a foggy yellow rather than clear and fresh. I should have requested a refund, but I decided against it. Later that evening, my stomach was just not having it!This place has a great concept, but please re-organize, refrigerate all the ingredients, and dont be lazy about cleaning the utensils. Were still in the middle of a pandemic, and I hope no one else gets sick from the food served here...

The staff is really attentive and the pricing is great for how much they give you! This is a place you can come with your friends and family to eat lunch, snack or come solo to focus on school work. Great place! Came in with 5 orders and the one young woman working, was so courteous and the ice cream was amazing! The way of making the ice cream is so interesting and was a new experience. Definitely will be coming back.Another thing to add, (this is a different time we went)I think it’s really great that they have a stand in the front with different games to play with including uno, Jenga and other great classics, my family and I played uno while eating our delicious ice cream, very pleased for a second time!

This place is a Diamond in the rough. If you are looking for something new and delicious this place is it. I was at first wondering about it when we pulled it and was a bit confused how to order but the owner is so hospitable. She made us feel at home and walked us through the ordering process and was happy to answer any question we had. The service was top notch and the ice cream was DELICIOUS. Next time we are in San Antonio we will most definitely be back.

Friday about 4PM smooth experience... Very courteous staff explained the process and how they make the ice cream super cool to watch!! I chose the Mangoneada combination about $6.99 and it was absolutely scrumptious mango flavor. Once they pour the ice cream in a round freezing metal surface they roll it **Right in front of your eyes** and place the rolls nearly in a cup. They then ask you for the toppings of your choice ranging from candies, chocolate, chamoy and even a tamarindo stick (super cool and very San Antonio++). I wanted to taste over cream since it was my first time so asked for a bit of chamoy and mango :( they were out so I got some strawberries. Like I said, it was delicious mango flavor ice cream and a great experience. I will most definitely come back and bring the family. +++!! ;) Also the ice cream melts so slow is cool.. worked out for this review.

The ice cream is good, and the flavors and combinations are very cool. I tried the breakfast club, and the yolo the two times I went. My issue with the place is that both times the wait was extremely long. 30 to 45 minutes. When. I am paying $8 for a cup of ice cream, it should show up a little faster than that. This place will struggle if they dont fix this issue.

Me and my family loved this place obviously for the ice cream and the lady was rude and rushing while ordering and then when I asked for toppings literally told me to hurry up and to be prepared next time! I’m use to going to the one off bitters rd and never experienced this type of service but they are permanently closed so had to try this one and absolutely hated the experience.. and out of 4 different orders of ice cream I only saw her MAKE one ...I don’t know where the other ones came from but not hand made and one was not at all what I asked for! Went to the one off bitters rd all the time and the one time I try this one .... I’m truly dissatisfied and disappointed they clearly may not care just by their service but they lost a customer cause never again! And I tipped her rude self!

Went to get a late night bowl of ice cream, and was a bit skeptical of the variety of very unconventional flavor choices, so I stuck with plain old strawberry banana, with sweetened condensed milk topping. I was thoroughly impressed--the ice cream was super smooth, creamy, and the flavor was excellent. I had the opportunity to speak with the nice gentleman making the ice cream, and it was clear that he is serious about his ice cream craft and takes pride in his creations. Having tried just a sample of their many flavors, and having seen how serious they are about their quality, I wouldnt hesitate to try out some of the more unusual flavors next time.

If you want to try something different something authentic with a laid back vibe this is the place to go the açaí bowls are super delicious and the ice cream selections are amazing. This is a new spot carving it’s own style in a neighborhood where diversity is much needed and appreciated. They also make genuine kimchi and it’s super good. This place has lots of potential. For me it hit all the right tunes . I’ll be going back soon.

This food is fire, literally! My hubby ordered the spicy glass noodle and it was sooooo hot but SO good. I had the same thing without the spice and was very pleased with the flavor. Place is nice, small and chill atmosphere. Definitely a hidden gem in our Dellview neighborhood.

Stopped on my way home to DFW. First off, the girl working here was extremely pushy and over powering. On the menu it says you can create your own rolled ice cream and choose your base, mix, etc. However, that was not the case. When I tried to do that she replied with, “what do you want me to do with that?” If you don’t want your customers to “create” their own rolled ice cream then don’t have that option on your menu. She practically told me to choose from what they already had on their menu and told me what toppings I was limited to. This is where I wanted to leave and I should’ve. The ice cream was not even rolled in front of me, she brought it out of the freezer already rolled. I really should’ve left at this point but I had already gone out of my way to stop here and give this small business a try and honestly it was a huge fail. Next time, let your customers feel free to choose what they want without feeling judged. She really wanted me to add whipped cream to my sons ice cream bc that was how she “always makes it”. Once again I repeated, no thank you, my son doesn’t like whipped cream. She also kept asking me if I wanted to order food or an açaí bowl after I had already told her what I WANTED and ordered.

Fahrenheit 32 is a must stop for anyone in the area, or it would be worth the hour drive that it took us to get there for a special treat! Their vanilla ice cream is totally amazing, and others in our group got strawberry, chocolate and banana. All were delicious! GO!! Dont think about it, just GO!

This place was great! We had a little bit of a wait but the wait was worth it! The employees were so nice even though we showed up 30 minutes before they closed. While there, there was another patron that was there that ordered food and was upset with “the wait” even though we let her go in front of us. She was rude to the employees but the employee’s were still super nice and helped us with a smile!

Nothing about this place is true. The pictures, the store front, nothing. None of those pictures were created at that location. There was a small child running around barefoot. It was not a great experience we ended up leaving and not ordering anything. Very disappointed.

Fun place to watch your rolled ice cream being made! The options on the wall have great names or you can just make your own. Be prepared to wait a minute or two if there is a line. Its all good tho! We have been coming here for awhile and love the treat.

My gf and I went here to get rolled ice cream and it exceeded expectations. The man who served us clearly loves what he does and even took pictures of our ice cream with its toppings. The best homemade caramel I had on ice cream is here. I definitely recommend going here if you have a sweet tooth but after waiting and smelling what the kitchen was cooking I’m gonna have to come back to try the food. 10/10

I’m not very impressed with this place. We waited 30 minutes for them to make our ice cream. We had the YOLO with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and extra Oreos on top of the Egg Waffle. Our waffle was made way in advance so it was cold when we got it. It also seems as if more thought was put into the aesthetic of this place than anything, which is terrible because it definitely has potential. I probably will not visit this place again anytime soon. Kuma is much better.
