WE GOT SO MUCH FOOD and it was ALL delicioso! They were so sweet and helpful and just had a very friendly personality. I come here every time I can, they never disappoint

The chicken salad sandwich was bomb but I wasn’t rocking with that Sandiada, the drink tasted syrupy. Other than that, it’s pretty good, probably should try other things but yeah

Came here looking for a delicious treat before an appointment. The snack items looked mouth watering and amazing! Their menu items were so tempting, but I needed to go to the restrooms, and they are blocked off and “out of service”. Deal Breaker. A food establishment that does not allow customers a facility to wash hand or use the restrooms is out of compliance in my book. Sanitizer is not enough to prove hands are clean, and I am not going to lie, I have a somewhat of an overactive bladder: not cool. We turned around and left.

Service very slow. All I wanted was a canned drink and Mexican Coke...10 minutes to even get waited on.

A mom & pop shop that has a decent menu of really unhealthy (but good) stuff that will keep your kids going back to the dentist as an end result. The corn in a cup is not very good; choose other items.

Great variety, their mangonada is so smooth you can drink it out of a straw, they even offer it in strawberry. With many other very tasty latin snacks that are traditional and great.

After dinner we decided to check out Munchies! They have a pretty good menu I got the Fruitchero and James got the Rusa. Fresh and yummy cant go wrong with a little sweet and spicy! Enjoyed our tasty treats on the drive back home. If in the area give it a stop by and also go see Angelita Aronce Sorensen Bridal Connection at Stone Oak its a few doors down!!

Great refreshing snacks! They carry Blue Bell Ice Cream as well. I can’t say exactly what my favorite item is. So, I always order a little bit of everything. I noticed someone saying it’s a little pricey. It’s higher in price but it’s also because of the location and atmosphere . Highly recommend! I have mine delivered, great experience.

The place was very hot inside. I would say probably 80-85 degrees. The drinks and food were good. Staff were polite. They have no access to restrooms.

This is the best place to get fruteria type food around stone oak and when you dont feel like heading south to get the good stuff. We mainly go there for the various fruit cups but they have other more savory dishes. Sometimes you need a mangonada and this place will fill that need.

We have been coming here since they first started out on NW Military Hwy. But it seems like their customer service is declining at least at the 1604 location. For example, most recently we ordered a Tostitos preparada but all they gave us was crumpled bag of Tostitos chips, a cup of cheese, and mini cup of Valentino. No explanation as to why it wasn’t prepared or anything. They just charged us and that’s it. My husband did not want to make a fuss so he paid and left. I on the other hand was very disappointed that we paid close to $5 for something unprepared and missing ingredients at that. If there was a good reason they should of put up a sign or said something but they didn’t. This once was a great place. So disappointed.

I use to go here at least 4 times a week. But recently I think they have new people running the place and I haven’t had one good order. Very disappointed

What’s up with this Munchies location?! It says they’re open until 10 PM but then they don’t answer their phone and after the 3rd ring it goes into a modem beep. This is not good customer service.

Really good snacks and drinks. Spent over am hour here playing card games and having a good time. Will be coming back here again.

Love the churros. Actually its the only reason I go there. But my family seems to like all of the other stuff available. For my liking all of the other stuff tastes the same with the excessive use of chamoi and spices

No restroom and no sign to indicate there isnt.

Love them at first, but then the having more clients and opening more branches made them started to reduce the flavor of their food( I believe that it reaches them more times and to earn more $). The nachos cheese tastes literally like milk, the chamoy tastes like water. It is my fault for coming back and think that they will improve, but the more customers the worse service and food. Just remember it is not the quantity but the quality.

A little pricey for their items

Service was a bit slow, attendant at the counter, had a hard time communicating in English, but the fresh fruit cup was very good.

My son loves this place. He loves strawberry everything. I like it too.

This place is so great when you are in the stone oak area and are craving a mangonada. Also would recommend the strawberries and cream, the chicharron compuesto, and the corn.

Had the piña agua fresca, super refreshing! Definitely coming back to try the other flavors. Loving the Sinatra/Swing Jazz music 🕴️

First time here and wont be returning. My brother and i ordered the corn in a cup and it was cold and didnt have much taste. Mangonada wasnt all that great either. Only reason i came was because Piñas locas was closed. Would highly recommend Piñas locas to those who are looking for something more tasty.

The Mexican desserts are okay. More expensive than if you found a truck or small shop on the side of the road. Tables were dirty and there wasnt enough seating for everyone. I ordered a Mangonada, because thats the staple dessert. It was pretty good, but not worth the price. UTSA students come here often so dont come here if you want a quiet snack.

Their snacks are straight Mexico style! Very tasty and reasonable prices! I wish they had more of a variety !

After trying there other location I gave this one a try after that one sucked, big mistake. I guess they dont know how to make real magonadas. Disgusting.

Place was a little dirty, food on the floor, trash by door needed to be emptied and the place was not busy at all. Staff was friendly. Snacks were good.
