Review based on a couple of visits. Better than the other location - personnel is friendlier. The Ice cream wasn’t tasty - felt like it melted before and then was placed in the freezer (ate a teaspoon and had to toss away). Cookies were tasty. The milk was the regular Oak Farm and not branded. The wait time was very long (I placed a curbside pick-up and the wait time was 20 minutes longer than the estimated).

Great little cookies shop with tons of cookies made fresh daily just like at home! Super friendly staff that cares about what they are doing!

I only have one word to describe these cookies, YUM.I’m usually not keen on spending a ton of money on dessert, but I got these for a special occasion and I’m so glad I did! The flavors are super unique and very well executed, I mean the cereal milk cookie actually tasted like cereal milk!I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what other flavors they have in store, especially in the fall.

This location (1604/Bandera) is pretty terrible when it comes to wait times and customer service. More than once, weve been to this location, ordered online and waited over 45 minutes for our cookies. Yesterday (a Monday evening), we ordered online, when over there and waited over an hour, then when I went in to ask about it, they said they were out of several of the cookies I had ordered.They charge you in the app when you order, so I asked for a refund and was told they were too busy and I would have to wait for someone to come and help me with that OR I could just wait the same amount of time (20 minutes) and just get the cookies. I opted to wait for the cookies, then when we got them the frosting was all melted and got all over everything else in the box. Definitely not to the Crumbl Standard and not worth waiting an hour for, thats for sure.I LOVE Crumbl and we are frequent customers, but this location cannot seem to get it together. Weve been there all different times of the day/evening and all different days and the wait is never less than 20-30 minutes. I was told by the worker they were behind because theyre short-staffed, which I understand, but they would do smart to NOT charge you until your cookies are ready and/or take less orders online or something.The management here is lacking and I feel bad for the workers who are having manage the angry mobs of people that really shouldnt have to wait over an hour for some cookies.We will be going to 1604/Cuelbra location from now on, they seem to have it more together over there.

Love ordering from here. I prefer the app cause it makes things more easier when there is a huge line on the weekends or during the week also. Me and my partner get excited every Monday to see what kind of treats they will have for the week. The only downfall I have experience is when I order thru the app you cant buy individual boxes so I do have to place a separate order inside.

First time going today..bought a dozen of these huge, amazing cookies. All employees were courteous, very sweet. The three employees I mainly dealt with and who I asked to praise to the owner were Bre, Amber and Amorriea. Thank you ladies you are all greatly appreciated. This is why Ill be returning most def. The cookies are fabulous. They have many varieties, seasonal special flavors, and they even deliver. The app makes the buying experience easy and fast. I bought and delivered 12 dozen to clients and these cookies were loved by all. They are quite large, and very well made. The staff is delightful and I will be back.

Crumbl has THE BEST cookies I’ve ever tasted! They are also roughly the size of Montana. We usually get a few and then share pieces so we can all taste the different flavors, and there is still lots leftover for another day of cookie goodness. New flavors come out every week, and they’re always so creative, but always have the classic chocolate chip and sugar cookies. If you haven’t already, go get some. You won’t regret it! Unless you’re dieting, then you might regret it a little, but it’ll still be worth it.

As a person who thoroughly enjoys all cookies this place goes between 3 and 4 stars. The quality seems pretty basic like something you can find at any walmart bakery(hence 3stars). However the selections arent so basic making me sway towards a 4. These overly sweet cookies scream processed leaving me unsatisfied. Im sure many of you will still enjoy. However if youre looking for something more homemade with a unique flare try CerealKiller sweets. They never disappoint.

3rd time I’ve been here. They rotate the cookies weekly so different flavors to be tried! Cookies are great. This is the perfect place to ruin your diet.One tip. Make sure you order on the app or at kiosk. They don’t have a traditional register. If you order on the app ahead of time, you can walk in and pick them up or have them delivered to your car. Cuts down on the wait, because they are busy.

Just today I decided to go to Crumbl Cookies because my kids had been wanting to go here ever since we got to San Antonio. The cookies looked amazing and we were all excited to taste the cookies. When we got there everything was glum and didn’t look as cheerful and fun as on social media. All the employees looked miserable and just tired. They weren’t friendly or helpful. We didn’t even knew we had to order on a tablet and no one there said something. The employee that gave us our cookies had a really bad attitude, she was rude and looked like she just didn’t wanna be there. I’ll admit the cookies were good but they weren’t worth the wait. We waited more than 20 minutes for a box of cookies and they didn’t even have everything they said they had on the tablet. On the screen there was only vanilla ice cream, all the other flavors were gone. When we got our cookies we left and forgot they didn’t give us our ice cream. We got back to get our ice cream and realized(no one told us) that we had to take the ice cream from the fridge by ourselves. When I opened the fridge to my surprise they didn’t have any vanilla ice cream, they have only a few lemon ice cream. I asked an employee for the vanilla ice cream and she said that even though the screen said they had vanilla they only had the flavors that were on the fridge. In other words, the screen says one thing and they have a different one, same thing happened with the cookies. The system wasn’t updated. The lemon ice cream was really bad and without any flavor. As for the service it was terrible. Many reviews say the exact thing as we experienced so this isn’t exactly news to Crumbl Cookies in San Antonio. This visit was disappointing and a waste of money. I personally would not like to visit the Crumbl Cookies in San Antonio again. I wish them the best of luck but I feel bad for all the customers that did not get the experience and cookies they desired.

Ordered online, parked outside very fast delivery to my car, even though there was a line outside the door. Nicely packaged in a box, with sleeves for the sugar cookies, and wax paper underneath.Got the sugar, chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, and pumpkin pie cookies. Good sized, and nice and fluffy--bit of crisp on the outside of the warm cookies, and soft inside. Only eaten the oatmeal chocolate so far, and it was gooey and delicious.Will go again to try their different weekly specials.

Delicious cookies. We got the pumpkin and chocolate chip. Delivery was fast and easy. However, the pumpkin was very underdone. Not just chewy but raw in the middle. If we had been at the store we would have asked for an exchange and Im sure they would have been good and honored one.I wanted to make sure this gets noticed and addressed to keep a great cookie place great! Some of us like cooked cookies, not raw cookies. They didn’t crumble, they were mushy! Had to bake them myself. Never again!

These cookies are the best and huge! I compared these to a competitors and there is no doubt these taste great and are hands down the winner (See Photos). Cookies are all baked daily literally from scratch (all ingredients measured and mixed on site. The other place uses prepackaged just add water ingredients.) At Crumbl customers can actually see this measuring and mixing process from the counter down to placing them into the oven! They are nice and warm when handed to the consumer. Taste is just awesome. You can just taste the freshness and know they are made from scratch. Other place cookies taste artificial.

Honestly, these cookies are amazing, but I do have some critiques. I will say that people rave over the chocolate chip and sugar cookies, but as someone who actually bakes a lot, the chocolate chip cookies are very 1 dimensional. They need to add some dark chocolate or something, it’s just very underwhelming to me. The sugar cookie frosting is wayyyy to sweet and this is coming from someone who loves sweets. It’s too much. Now for the positive. The weekly flavors were perfect. I had the blueberry cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter, waffle, and old fashioned donut. I had to get some of the flavors from last week because they didn’t have all of this weeks flavors baked, which I didn’t mind. The blueberry cheesecake was my absolute favorite followed closely by the waffle, but honestly all of the special cookies that week were great. I’d highly recommend Crumbl if you need a little sugar rush or love cookies.

Just went to this Crumbl location with some of my friends. It was my first time and the vibe was pretty different. This is definitely a Utah company. It was a nice change from the Tex-Mex vibe of San Antonio.I got the Hawaiian cookie and I would absolutely not get it again. I would give it a 3/10. My friends raved about this place and Im not sure I can agree with them about how good it is. If I ever end up in the area I might go back but Id never seek it out again.

First time here, cookies were okay. Staff wasnt very friendly, I was confused on how to order so I stood there lost for a while till I figured out I had to place the order myself. Nobody said hello or explained anything, I felt pretty dumb. Just saw them on Facebook and thought Id give it a try, wouldnt go out of my way just to get their cookies tho, not worth the 20 min drive

These cookies are amazing… However I think they should have plain Sugar Cookies on the menu every week. Aside from that is so good. Calories are not properly advertised unless you go to the facts. They only tell you the calories per serving but don’t tell you how many servings until you go to nutritional facts. Each cookies is over 500 calories. It deceiving

Absolutely love this place. The employees are so nice and helpful and I order curbside and they are always prompt and friendly. The flavors I have had are all amazing but the German choc cake and the cinnamon roll one have been my faves!! The flavors change weekly except for their staple 2, so you wont get bored of flavors!! Prices are pretty reasonable for the size and flavors you get. Very happy customer!!

Worth the wait! Our first time here and it was packed (Saturday at 5 pm to be fair) but we ordered one of each flavor cookie and waited about 20 minutes. Each cookie was just perfect!!!

Extremely disappointed in the Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Cookie I purchased yesterday. One nut in the whole vookie(one bite)??? I know macadamia nuts are expensive, but then the nut should had been broken into small pieces throughout the cookie. The macadamia nut compliments the white chocolate and the batter or the other way around. All I could taste throughout the cookie was batter without the nut. Extremely disappointed. Very amateurish which surprised me. I definitely won’t waste my time with that cookie again.

We stopped by their new location near Sea World in San Antonio! First off, the place is super clean and the staff is super friendly! The cookies are on display so you can see their weekly specials! I love this idea! Lastly, they are so yummy! I couldn’t stop eating them!

This place has some really delicious cookies and they serve them warm which is a plus. The cookies are quite big and very filling. I highly recommend.

Cookies are great, and I love the variety every week. This location is slower than others, however, and they are ALWAYS sold out of flavors. The app is not always updated either with what flavors are sold out. We still come here though frequently sooo were a fan of Crumbl itself.

They only get a one star rating because you have to leave at least one star. We ordered through the app and set our delivery time. We arrive 5 minutes after and check-in on the app. We were number 9 and 40 min later we were only up to number 5 in line. I go into the store and there are tons of people waiting. No one appears to be in charge, no one makes themselves available. You have to call someone out at which time, I’m told I’m sorry we’re behind and have a ton of orders. I had another pickup scheduled and needed to get to that store before it closed so I asked what to do since I had checked into the app. The girl said I have no idea, I’m sorry and walked off. We get the notification of thanks for picking up your cookies but we aren’t even at the store. So we go back and they couldn’t find my cookies. I had to give the order number and then they located them. The box was sitting next to wear they were assembling the boxes and had frosting and other ingredients on the box. I was not impressed with the business model and they lack some serious process controls. The cookies were not worth the 40 min drive across town or the hour and a half wait. Don’t waste your time and order from Tiff’s Treats. You get a better quality cookie and 1000% better customer service. We won’t be coming back based on this experience alone.

I loved this place! The cookies were fresh and warm, honestly nothing like I have ever tasted! They were insanely good, soft and chewy! We loved every last bite! I was worried this was going to be like insomnia cookie, their cookies always taste stale and once they’re not warm... they’re horrible. This is NOTHING like that. Room temp or heated up these cookies are fantastic. The best we’ve ever tasted!

Place: Interior was so cute and minimalist.Service: Staff have a good rapport and have a fast and organize pace in taking order of the customers.Food: The food looks so deli, we ordered a box and tried the different type of cookie, I still go to the classic one. The cookie was too sweet for me and since it has a big size having one can easily get satiate with it.

They have delicious cookies but you never know what you’re going to get. Each week is a different flavor but usually they do not disappoint. However sometimes you get unlucky with the flavors but it depends on the person. But they always have one cookie that is a 10 out of 10!

Discovered Crumbl by accident and wasn’t sure what to make of it. They only displayed 6 flavors. However, with a brilliant marketing scheme and with the help of social media - we keep coming back! Why? Because they change 4 of their flavors each week and we keep coming back to try them out! We’re hooked! We have been back to try their new weekly-four for the past 5 or 6 weeks. I find myself saying, oooooh, this is my new favorite! They are large, soft, and flavorful cookies that always satisfy my sweet tooth.

Amazing cookies!! Sugar cookie is served cold, which is perfect. Keeps the icing from getting too soft. All other cookies are served warm. They fold, not break. All the cookies are moist and Delicious!!!

The cookies were pretty good. Really cool combinations and flavors. But I wish the staff would have been a little more helpful. First time here and didn’t even get acknowledged or greeted when I walked in the door. Didn’t know you had to order on that tablet till the lady infront of me did it.

Wish the employees would interact with the customers at least if they look like they need help. There’s no explanation of what to do when you walk in and no employees will talk to you. There were plenty of people coming in for the first time confused and just standing around. Customers weren’t finishing there order on the tablets and that led to mixed up names on orders and employees getting frustrated/annoyed. The ordering on the tablet is a bit confusing it doesn’t exactly tell you when your finished.

Just went here. Only a few employees has masks on out of a dozen. Employees are talking and breathing all over the food and room. When we entered, not a single employee greeted us although a nice young man did eventually help and answer our questions.

We love Crumbl who doesn’t? But it was my husband and I first time going to this location. We order a 4 pack of cookies. We head back home and when we ate the first one it gave us a bad stomach ache at the moment we took a bite, we then realized that these cookies were not fully cooked, we saw how busy it was and I guess they were trying to not make customers wait, but for me and my husband it did not for well🥴.
