What a terrible company. Which is sad as it used to be so amazing. Wed recently reconnected with this company and were enjoying their food. We were happy with the service until our driver apparently took a day off. Our replacement driver who was apparently the manager refused to deliver our order. She called us up and wanted to deliver to our neighbor . Seriously she just kept wanting to give our order to the neighbor. Who does that????? I politely explained that we were in the alley and how to get to our house. Keep in mind that all their other delivery drivers deliver to our house no problem at all. At this point she simply refused and told us either she delivers it to our neighbor or she wouldnt deliver it at all. To add insult to injury, she claimed that she was in fear of her life if she delivered to us so she wouldnt even get in trouble for being too lazy to do her job. I am floored that this behavior is tolerated but that seems to be shwanns. I called their customer support line and the person couldnt speak enough english to say anything more than sorry sir sorry sir sorry sir is there anything else I can do for you. This will be our last ever order with this company. A delivery company that refuses to deliver isnt much of a business.
