Great Cold Stone location. Weve been going for years and love to pick up chocolate covered apples from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory part of it. We take those to-go and enjoy movie and treat at home.We also remember to pick up a few white chocolate dog treats. Our furry kids love them!The ice cream is awesome too. Definitely recommend!

Love the items and ice cream but the reason why they are getting a one star is because I saw the shady business they are doing.When people ask for a small they fill it up and place the cup in a medium or large cup and make the ice cream hide the smaller cup.It was pretty busy and I saw them do this to 8 people there but no one noticed and they got away with charging them the higher cup. Once they got to my group of friends and I, they tried to do the same thing but I called them out on it and made them correct the price.Please do better. That is not right.

The place is very clean, staff are helpful and nice, but the two sugar free items are dry and hard. May be they have been out for a while. I do like their display.

So delicious! I had the coffee lovers only in a waffle cup and it was amazing. Now I understand why they had a line out the door. So worth it and it didnt take long at all to get through the line very fast service. Plus great customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Got a mango pineapple smoothie. Was disappointed with it, Intel my stomach started gurgling. About 15-20 minutes after drinking it, projectile vomitting on my drive home. Had to stop 2 times to throw up. Hadnt eaten anything for multiple hours earlier, and the smoothie is all that came up, so I know it was that.

Overall very clean establishment. A variety of different ice creams that are delicious in taste. By far the best place for ice cream!! Its like you cant get enough; you want more!!

I order them 3 days a go that is 06/14/2021 rectangular cake for my party today is 06/17/2021.Me n my wife went to give in person order we explain 30 minutes every thing smooth she writes down each n every thing. Ordered a birthday cake for my son. Placed the order over the phone. Girl repeated the cake back and it was right. Cake was wrong. Called and spoke to the girl who made the cake. She was very combative and did not apologize or offer a resolution. Disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

Pistachio tasted weird !! Coffee was good.. but the funny thing was the coffee icecream presentation was so bad, the staff was like am sorry for the mess !! Really😂 .. staff was nice !! But one staff was like just wanted to serve fast and didnt even ask me if I wanted any topping and other stuff.

Very disappointed and expected better. I stopped by the Cold Stone because they are partnered with The Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory. I was initially bothered upon arriving because there was only one customer being waiting on whose order was dropped by the employee and was being remade.. the other 4/5 other employees behind the counter did not make any attempt or acknowledgement to provide me any assistance...(it was just me and one other customer.. and 5 employees). The true disappointment followed when I watched who appeared to be the manager restock the chocolate pieces...he literally took his both bare hands dug into the box and proceeded to grabb add more Chocolate pieces to the tray. I was so bothered by this that immediately walked out of the store.During these times sanitation is critical, I honestly can not say that I did or did not witnessed the employee wash his hands, however I would hope that wearing gloves or using tongs would be the standard for pieces of food that go directly into someones mouth.

My husband and I have been struggling with infertility and cold stone creamery ice cream has been my treat through this long journey. The staff is always super friendly and they make my order to perfection! I also love that there are dog treats so I can spoil my pup!

We were given somebody elses order. We did not realize it until we were back at our hotel. There were not that many customers. I guess the employees wanted to leave soon and were not paying attention. I regret giving a tip, which was not deserved....

The staff is friendly and ready/willing to help you, even if you have no clue what you want or how to match the right flavors), they are patient. If you visit Cold Stone, try their Coffee Lovers concoction. It is HEAVENLY.

Their ice cream is delicious! If you live in San Antonio, try their ice cream and it will not disappoint you. Cheese cake surrender is the best one, their service is also amazing as they have many employees working so it is fast and efficient.

Ice creams are good but especially during this epidemic, no sanitizers, no napkins, no cleaning of outside tables or doors. Make sure you carry your own sanitizers and napkins. My really favorite from here - coffee and vanilla mix with KitKat topping yummy.

This place is amazing, I just wish they would let is know how long the caramel apples have been sitting around.

My order was taken wrong and when i got to my ice cream it was mostly melted. They were in a rush to get the orders out. They need to take their time.

Looked like the person that made my order was new. They didnt add the mixes properly and the items they added were not sufficient on how they usually are. Since the mix was not enough, the team member just put extra ice cream on top to fill up the box up to top.

Ice cream is good, a bit overpriced. My greatest concern during this serious Covid-19 distrastous time was the lack of social distancing amongst the customers and employees working on 6 June 2020. The customers in line were not six feet a part with about six or seven people in line, two customers eating inside and did I mentioned the store is small inside. NONE of the employees had on gloves!!!! Your corporate website response about Covid-19 to valued guests concerning health concerns and CDC regulations said all staff members will have on masks and gloves. Masks were on, but no gloves or social distancing amongst a staff of four members working right under each other were worn. Keep your customers and staff members safe and healthy by realistically enforcing your corporate response to Covid-19 and CDC guidelines.

Hair problem. A few visits ago we found a hair mixed in our ice cream. We figured whatever, they don’t wear hair nets and they’re kids, no biggie. The next visit we had hair in both our ice creams and were like, okay come on. On our last visit months later....another hair. They HAVE to wear hair nets, this is disgusting. You can tell the hair is mixed into the ice cream regularly. The only way we’ll come back is if they wear hair nets.

We arrived around 15 minutes before they closed and ordered our ice cream and happily sat down to eat our ice cream. Right at 10PM, closing time, we were told by an employee they are closed and we needed to leave within the next 5-10 minutes. I have worked in the food industry and I understand people staying after closing time can be a bit of a pain but they way the employee told us to leave was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We will never come to this location again and I hope this behavior is corrected by a manager.

Staff are always on point. They make your you walk out with the perfect ice cream. Line moves fast, friendly staff, and plenty of flavors/toppings to choose from. Also they have dog treats as a added plus

Ehh this place is kinda over priced for ice cream. The only thing unique about this place is their macaron-like ice cream sandwiches. Theyre very yummy and definitely worth the trip. I had the vanilla dipped chocolate one and I wish it had more chocolate on it. I would come back and try different kinds of macaron ice cream sandwiches, though.

All workers are very helpful, patient and kind! Me and my girlfriend got two like its ! And it was a very happy cheerful environment. My family comes along and they always ask for one specific worker, cece shes always happy to help us. Also sariegh shes been very helpful to us too. We believe these two girls deserve a raise!!

For the amount of calories in these desserts, the flavor doesnt measure up. I got the cookie doughnt you want some (or whatever its called). Its tasty but ultimately unsatisfying. My personal rule for eating junk food is keep taking bites as long as you love the last bite you had. Truthfully, I didnt love any of the bites I had, and thats a shame. Dont get me wrong: its good stuff... Its just not that good. A slice of cheesecake from cheesecake factory would have been about 300x better and about the same number of calories. #sad

Very nice ICE CREAM shop! They blend their ice cream by hand which means you can choose any toppings to put on! Very neat!Be careful with their size though coz they large one is almost too large for anyone.

This is my 4th or 5th visit in the last year or so. Every time I am impressed with the staff and their abilities and attitudes. Whoever manages this location deserves a raise. As a fellow business owner, I know that its great leadership that makes the difference. Anyone can sell ice cream, it takes great staff to make advocates.

The last time I was at a Cold Stone was Im California. They dont have any in Austin. This was amazing! The best ice cream in the world. Just walking in and smelling the aromas of the place hit me was beautiful.

First time at cold stones, I got a regular size signature ice cream. The presentation of the icream was really horrible because it looked like thick creamy soup in the cup and you cant make out the mixes in the cream. The amount was not even past the cup rim, meaning the ice cream didnt stand up like in the pics I see from other customers. I was so disappointed that I wanted to throw it a cross the counter but the cashier seem nice but I guess didnt care enough about presentation or quality. I threw the ice cream soup in the trash.
