The best, and biggest, chocolate covered strawberries Ive had! My husband surprised me with them for our anniversary and I will definitely be buying from them again.

I visited this store based on the positive reviews. However I had an uncomfortable experience. I arrived and did not have any sales clerk. I stood there for more than 5 minutes and even though I said hello, no one came to talk to me. I felt that no one wanted to take my order. After that, a lady came and tried to help me with my order. When I said I wanted the silver box, she told me No, you dont want this one because this one costs $42, you want this one that costs $24. Since, that in Brazilian culture we do not like to argue, so I said ok and tried to be nice, even though I was uncomfortable. I think costumers should be able to choose what they want to buy without people assuming they cannot afford something based on how they look. I have spent a lot of euros on Neuhaus chocolate, so really I would have paid $42. I remember a story that a heard once in church. A sir went to a car dealer, he was wearing, a cowboy hat, flip flops and cargo shorts. He stood there for a hot minute, because no one wanted to go and talk to him. The car agents even talked to each other trying to decide who would go see what that poor person wanted. After long wait someone came and he bought 14 trucks, he was a rich farmer who needed trucks for his farm. I hope this review helps other costumers who felt uncomfortable in the same way I did. Other than that, the chocolates were good.

OMG! For you chocolate lovers out there! You have to check this place out! I feel in love with this place. The wonderful woman behind the counter was amazing! She was helpful. And she was very knowledgeable about the chocolates. I was lost in the smell of the store. Most see #1!

This place is just a chocolate connoisseur spot.As I got myself a few milk chocolate cigars and exploring the molds they had as the staff was welcoming and only two on the floor, obvious that they get backed up.This is a wonderful place!

This place is amazing smalls insanely good they have every flavor prices are good, they make the chocolate there i went in the store and they had chocolate houses and words and lollipops. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves chocolate. They is ice cream and sundaes too. No brownies though I was shocked about that they should have brownies too but all in all wonderful place.

I just walked into a Charlie and the chocolate factory scenario lol love the decor, and all of the chocolate on display! Located in The Vimeyard! Nice location for it too!They do advent calendars, ice cream, and they even do Uber Eats delivery!

On this hot Saturday in July. I felt like craving for some ice cream. By chance saw this store and decided to try their ice cream. We bought a large bowl w three flavors: chocolate, coconut and banana. They are really good. The temperature is perfect. And the lovely pink spoons will turn purple when it’s in cold ice cream. How cute! Yea we can tell it’s home made style. The store is tidy and clean, smells sweet. Now I know where to get good ice cream in town. Will try chocolate next time.

I am so glad my husband and I decided to stop here! They have the best chocolate in the city, they melt in your mouth and the flavors are so good. The detail of some of their more elaborate pieces is just incredible. The ice cream was amazing as well, it was light, fluffy and perfect in this heat.

Every time Im in the area I have to stop in to pick up my favorites and see whats new to try! The goodies are so decadent, and the owners and staff friendly and helpful. I went in for chocolate covered cherries and came out not only with those but chili-lime chocolates and habanero peanut chocolates. I havent tried the chili-lime yet, but I was relieved that the habanero peanut has a nice burn thatsnot overpowering (at least if youre nibbling!).I highly recommend stopping in and examining literally everything they have to offer. I always find just one more that I want to try.

We bought a groupon promotion from alamo city chocolate factory for our honeymoon. We traveled 2.5 hours for this chocolates. When we arrived, they did not let us have the box of chocolates that we purchased on groupon for the agreed price that we already paid for the box of chocolates via groupon. We ended up paying $14.00 extra to get what we already paid for on groupon. They did not honor nor care to honor it at all. We ended up paying the extra money and left. Be ware, for these people have deceptive practices and over charge for their product.

Chocolate dipped strawberries to die for! I also never fail to pick up handfuls of the chocolate coins for my daughter as an extra incentive for her to do her best work when working on homework. They are “mommy’s little helpers”!

Called and asked if I could pick up half a dozen strawberries, they said yes so I drove about 30 minutes to stop by and the person up front said Id have to order ahead and that they wouldnt be ready until next day. Alright..

Much too expensive, trader joes is better for a fraction of the cost. If you want dark chocolate, go elswehere it is much too sweet. Good, but for the price not worth it

I go there at least three times a week I love their homemade ice creams with their chocolate in the bottom of it its wonderful and all the other chocolates that Ive tried or just great you would do good to go there

My family and friends love their fine chocolate. They often have deals on groupon and even make custom orders. Try their fresh chocolate dipped strawberries or bananas. They even have ice cream.

The store is super cute and smells soooo good - everything was perfectly decorated and beautiful. The employee was very attentive and very kind, even offering up samples before I asked! Loved the rocky road shake. Havent tried all of the chocolate pieces, yet. I would appreciate a menu that lists the pieces on the website and one more table in store since ice cream and shakes are served.

Oh my! As soon as you walk in, the smell is heavenly. The web site does not do this Chocolate Factory justice. Dont be in a hurry because there is soooo much to choose from. The taste is absolutely the best I have ever had. I felt the prices were very reasonable. The combinations you can make is unlimited. Havent tried the ice cream yet, but will the next visit.
