The staff was nice and friendly. The bubble tea wasnt the best and they didnt have as many flavors of yogurt as other frozen yogurt places Ive been. The yogurt is a good price though. The boba is more expensive than I would like considering it wasnt the best quality but it wasnt bad still. Its a nice place overall and they were clean inside.

My daughters got dutch fudge and cookies n cream froyo here. They each only had one bite before declaring that it tasted wrong. I had a small taste of each to see what could possibly stop teenage girls from wanting sweets and there was definitely a chemical taste to it.Maybe this was an isolated incident, but Im not coming back to find out. If you go here, ask for a sample before you buy.

Came here for froyo and was very disappointed. The place was just dirty and there were little gnats and fruit flys everywhere. Lady at the counter couldn’t even hand me my money or look me in the eye, she slammed my change down on the counter and didn’t say goodbye or thank you or have a nice night. Definitely won’t be back that’s for sure.

Frozen yogurt had a strange taste. The toppings were mostly empty, and there was a very poor selection of them. The employee offered no assistance. We threw it away and went to Menchies. Will not return.

The place only had like 4 flavors available, THEN I go to the toppings and there’s NONE! (And if there were toppings there was maybe 4 or 5 pieces of that topping available) I literally only had sliced almonds on my yogurt bc they had nothing and then they had the audacity to charge me 6$ for my yogurt that had only 4 almonds on it lol

Great flavors of frozen yogurt and LOVE their Boba teas! Uses milk replacement products, so not for those that are vegan, but if youre lactose intolerant this is a good choice! Small local owned and veteran owned business.

We came to get some boba. We normally go toY bubble which is AWESOME but we moved.... Anyway, the tea was ok... But the lady working there was really mean and cold. We felt ready uncomfortable and awkward because of it. Id rather make the drive to y bubble than ever go back there again.

This place has kinda gone down hill recently yet we keep returning due to the keikis living this place. I think they just like saying the name. Last time the yogurt had a funny flavor. This time there was no funny flavor but the AC was out and toppings always seem like we are scraping the bottom of the barrel. Half the flavors were missing our not available. Very nice owner and good customer service but that may not be enough to keep returning.

This was the worst froyo i have ever had. I was so disappointed. The froyo came out running, not frozen. The toppings were stale. The selection of flavors was very small. Basically in a few minutes i was eating soup. Never again!

Awesome selection! So many things to choose from; fro yo, ice cream, boba tea, smoothies. Employees were nice and courteous let us try all the flavors and even helped our kiddo pick a topping. Couldnt get any better. Definitely coming here more often!

Stale toppings. Tasted like theyd been sitting out a little too long. And the froyo tasted off somehow..(kind of sour?). This was the first and last time well be stopping here.The owner did give us a refund however.

I always get that every time I go to a tapioca place ( I’ve been to Teapioca and Tealicious) but this place made it the best! It was sooooo good! And the lady there was sweet! They have a wode variety of items from frozen yogurt to ice cream and bubble tea! The froyo was tasty, but the fruit toppings were a little squished. I would go back to try the tea.

Good atmosphere and music. Unfortunately the ingredients are not fresh. My son said the marshmalllows were crunchy so I tried them and he was right. Cookies were stale. They likely never check the toppings.

At the Culebra location, Janet is our go to gal! Shes always letting us know what is new. Yes, love this location for yogurt, but the Boba? I would dare say the best in town. If I dont want a lot of sugar, Janet makes sure to shift everything. My favorite is the Spiced Chai and Taro. All of the flavors are great and great customer service. Our go to place even when we are across town.

Not happy to see my receipt today and I was charged for tip without my knowledge. This is unacceptable. Not only that but they didnt even bring my bubble tea to my table just a few feet away. Really, I paid $1.64 for a tip and you cant even serve my order to me?? I had to go to the counter to get it. I was there Jul. 15, 2016 at 8:23 pm.

Delicious yogurt ice cream! My wife and I got to try all the flavors since the lady gave us a cup to check them all out! Really good flavor and originality, we where there for the bubble tea which was also delicious! We come from out of town and we always hit up bobbalicious but lately it had been lacking consistency and flavor, we decided to try this place so we headed to that side of the city and we ordered taro and coconut. Best bubble tea ever! We are definetely going back when we head out to san antonio!

Spoon It! is one of two places in San Antonio that make their mango milk tea as legit as the big city chinatowns. They are also the cheaper of the two =D Other places Ive tried make theirs too syrupy and obnoxiously sweet.They make their tapioca (boba) perfectly (not too sticky or undercooked) and their preparation times are fast. Another huge plus (that irritates me about other establishments) is that they dont assume you want it as a smoothie when you order milk tea!!Establishment is always clean, friendly owners and their staff are all smiles, helpful and know what theyre doing. This is my hands-down favorite place to get boba.
