Place: The exterior and interior design was on point. As soon as we went inside we have experienced right away the place. It was full of designs and their products thats enticed us.Service: The crew was so accommodating and you can feel that they love what theyre doing.Menu: We love their menu, its variety and none of it yet that we didnt like. Their cinnamon bun and muffin was really good. We went here two days in a row and we were always excited to order and taste.We loved our experience and this will be our new cafe!

Summer moon is a refreshing alternative to Starbucks coffee chains that have seemingly taken over every corner of our communities. Nothing against Starbucks, but, its nice to see a locally owned Coffee shop( Yes, I know they are from Austin) succeed and have enough working capital to open up several locations in Texas.I highly recommend this place for their coffee. My Favorite is a Half Moon Latte. Please be advised that their Moon Milk can be a little sweet. So, if you like your coffee to be sweet, go with a Full Moon, if you dont, go with a Quarter Moon. I prefer a Half Moon. They also offer breakfast Tacos, some Lunch eats, and other drinks as well.

The staff is great and coffee is good which is why the 3-stars. They do offer a selection of drinks for all. But would do 1-star due to the organization of the cafe, hot mess, which doesn’t make you want to come back.No one can figure out the line inside since the register is at the front and the pastry case is at the back. Maybe some signs will help? The worker on the register had to yell for people to move the line, but its a coffee shop and its loud, with making the drinks, so most people didn’t hear them 😞. Also the table layout makes it hard to navigate through. Nothing in the pasty case was labeled. It was busy so I get it, and I am sure its better when not busy, but I think just more organization would make for a better experience.

When I first pulled up I saw a line that wrapped around the building and I thought oh no, do I really wanna wait? I hope its goodI was pleasantly surprised, I decided to come because I wanted to try something different from my usual starbucks, and it was totally worth the wait. I ordered a summer half moon and it was delicious! Ive come back several times since then and will continue to return. Not only is the coffee amazing, the staff is very friendly as well. The winter moon they have is also very good and a great alternative for hotter days.

I have done drive through a few times, the line can be long, especially on weekends, but they keep it moving pretty quickly. I often go around lunch during the week and usually there is only 1 or 2 other cars. Their frozen chai and blueberry muffins are so good! The frozen chai is the reason I keep going back. The frozen hot chocolate is good but a bit too intense for me.. Also if you have a dog in the car you can ask if they have dog treats. My dog loves the dog treats they give out there.

LOVE this place! Literally never had a bad experince. They have a couple of stand out cashiers. Dont know their names, one of them is a dark haired young man with a pony tail. He is always in great spirits! Have yet to order a drink I dont like. Definitely recommend!

Visiting the town and found this amazing coffee shop in the mist of awful Starbucks and other big chain coffee shops. I got a winter moon coffee and I am absolutely floored in how great it is! I have not had coffee this good in Texas. Dont get me started on how amazing the cinnamon rolls are!!

First time going and WOW! Awesome customer service and really good drinks. I didnt catch the name of the guy who took our order sadly, but he was so helpful and friendly. My wife and I left happy customers. Glad that this location is right down the road from us, well definitely be back.

One of my favorite coffee shops in San Antonio, the coffee is great and the atmosphere is on point. They have very good breakfast tacos if you get there before they sell out.

Never again. Made sure to call and ask if there was wifi available before arriving with a huge work load. Bought my coffee and muffin and wasted 10$. Couldnt even ask the staff for the wifi code because they were in the back and not present. Asked a guest. It didnt work. Tried many times. Dropped my coffee in the parking lot trying to carry a ton of bags out the door that I had brought with me in anticipation of actually being able to get work done. Not worth it. And neither is the service.

Summer Moon Cafe did not dissappoint. The coffee was good and the pastries were fresh and delicious. They were very child friendly and also seem to have a large local following.

The drinks and service are awesome. Even with the long line this Saturday morning, I didnt have to wait long.

The best pick me up! Quick and friendly service. I got the 1/4 iced mocha moon(not too sweet) make sure you tell them how much moon milk to put in, the regular amount is way too sweet for me. My husband opted for one of their delicious blended drinks(not sure which) that was really good!! Glad there isn’t one toooo close to where we live, I’m hooked!

I wish I could remember the name of the sweet cashier that helped me, but he was wearing the cutest Hello Kitty shirt! Seriously the service here is 10/10 every single time. Summer Moon is my go-to coffee spot now, and its so much better quality that the popular coffee chains. Ive never studied at this location, but I would assume that the wifi is super fast like every other location. Try the iced mocha moon w oatmilk! itll change your life ;)

I feel bad that I never have pics to include in my reviews for Summer Moon, but the whole family flocks to the door when we bring anything in from here. Their drinks are superior to anywhere elses ever, EVER. They have a great variety of drinks, flavors, substitutes and will customize to accommodate customers. They have an amazing staff who are kind, genuine, and always extremely nice and friendly. We love this place so much.

I say this is so good nearly every sip I take. Probably will never go elsewhere, its just that good. They are always busy but it never takes long to get through the line.

Always excellent service. Baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and very customer oriented. Excellent array of options. The only thing I cant comment on is the food, but otherwise five stars all around.

This was our first time trying here. They were very friendly and very helpful answering questions. Luckily, being inside, it wasnt busy. We met some friends, a total of 5 of us. Summer Moon Coffee is bringing something fresh to coffee. From the beautiful cafe to the very nice employees, you already feel like this will be different. Then comes the coffee! Their Summer Moon Latte is superb. They use their signature, wood fire roasted coffee and add in their very special, Moon milk, to give you a wonderful treat you just cant get at Starbucks or anywhere else for that matter.

First impression.... Impressive. The staff is friendly and polite. The menu is to the point. Not overwhelming. They have pastries, I saw a breakfast casserole, and cookies. The lady behind the counter explained to me that the Moon Milk is made in house and a little sweeter. They have several options between hot and cold. I had the Summer Moon coffee, with a slice if Pumpkin Bread...both great. Definitely a great local coffee shop.

Hmmm Can I just say I’m hooked since my first cup?! I was told about this place and said to give it a try! And since then I’ve visited about 6 times in less than a month. I specifically go for the Summer moon latte. Whatever that 7 secret ingredients are in their moon milk well... I’m obsessed with it! If y’all like that sweetness you’ll love the moon milk.The prices area amazingly great and reasonable!The taste of the drinks I’ve ordered so far have been excellent.Be prepared to wait in the drive thru because cars will back up. But the service is fast so no problem there. They are very nice and they work fast! Love this place! Can’t wait to try the food/snacks.

I ordered a 1/4 Summer Moon this morning and it was absolutely delicious! I’m so excited that they finally opened in the Alamo Ranch area. The staff was extremely friendly and I’ll definitely be going back soon! They also carry Bird Bakery products at this location which is another plus.

I freaking LOVE the moonmilk, it satisfies my sweet tooth every time and I just cant get enough. If I ever need to get some work done outside of my house, the seating area inside is extremely comfy as well.

I am loving this fire roasted coffee! I treated myself to a vegan strawberry filled pop tart to enjoy with a seasonal peppermint mocha. Summer Moon’s staff makes great recommendations and their ambiance is very chilled. The hubby and I have stopped here a few times since it opened and we just keep coming back. Support local and you will not be disappointed.

The friendliest service. They were patient in answering questions. The breakfast tacos are absolutely delicious, as well as the muffins and cinnamon roll. The coffee was heaven in my mouth. The moon milk they put in the coffee adds just the perfect sweetness and creaminess.

Had a very unfortunate time here today. With my girlfriend and she ordered her regular mocha global, and it tasted different. Totally fine, but when she told a male Bastia, he was very passive and rude about it. She tried to express she doesn’t complain and he kept asking what specifically was wrong, clearly using a fake voice and being condescending. At this point, she was very anxious and when we walked she was tearing up. Another barista wearing glasses offered to remake the drink and brought it to us immediately. She had her taste it and apologized profusely for whatever mistake had been made, expressing that it is completely okay to bring this to our attention and even thanked us!. She was incredibly kind and even offered to buy us a pastry. Unfortunately, because of this male barista, I don’t think we will be coming back. Big thanks to the other one though.

I liked the place. Very nice, comfortable and the service not as good as I expected (I will tell you at the end). I still dont know how to order coffee the way I like it, but Im sure Im going back to the place to enjoy the place more and try one by one the variety of coffee they have. What I didnt ask was the type of coffee bean they use. What I did not agree with (although I know it is a small additional expense) was that I asked to change the first coffee with milk for an espresso, which surprised me. They did not ask me what happened to my coffee, if it was good or not, they simply told me, an additional charge would be charged, which I accepted. As another disappointment, is that they do not sell 8oz coffee, which for me would be more accurate to ask for the coffee that I like, since I know how to order it, but being a 12-ounce coffee upwards, that detail makes the difference. For this reason, in the change to espresso coffee, I asked them to try to serve it at 8 ounces, which they tried, but were unsuccessful. They gave me only half the cup of coffee and 25% was foam. I DONT LIKE FOAM. You can imagine, but it was not bad for me, it is a process of knowing the place and seeing how they work. But yes, my criticisms are always that they do not ask the customer what they want or not in the coffee and that is part of the service. An example of an excellent service, which I saw in Puerto Rico, in a place where they sell coffee (I dont mention the name because I dont promote the place) is the following: 1. Greetings, 2 they ask you what kind of coffee you want, 3. How do you want it, hot or cold, 4. what kind of milk do you drink, 5. with or without foam, 6. to go? 7. and more ... in short, have the client feel that they do care and that is a + A

Very good coffee! Wasnt able to use the moon milk (lactose zero tolerant lol) so I had a black coffee with a little sugar. My ex gf had the latte with a quarter moon. Rich, flavourful coffee, amazing aroma too! I saw non-dairy options after we ordered so I definitely want to go back and try them out. The lines get long but move very quickly; service was friendly. I like the cute little cows they use to cover the holes on the lids.

Upon visiting this business for my first time, I had a male staff member yell at me. His behavior was not only unprofessional but extremely aggressive. Because of his behavior, I will never visit this business again. I submitted a email to the owner expressing my concern and received no reply. It is of my opinion that the owner is aware of this behavior and allows it. I would not recommend giving this business your money!

So I showed up yesterday and I had order a drink and not realizing that it had sugar in it. I cant have sugar because I get really sick. Anyway I pull up to the window and Rachel opened and immediately asked how my day was. That was really nice of her. She explained that the drink I ordered had sugar in it and was she recommended I try a Keto Bravo. It was so good. Best experience Ive ever had with Summer Moon. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I greatly appreciate it.

Nice selection of coffee and food. Breakfast burritos are good and worth the price and scones are huge too. Typical coffee shop atmosphere with plenty of seating. Comfortable area to chat with someone or browse the web on your favorite device. Nitro cold brews are my favorite. Try the Nitro Moon cold brew if you like sweet cream. Delicious! They also have drive thru service for on the go.

Summer moon is where it’s at. The best coffeee. I suggest the half moon for the perfect blend of sweetness and morning pick me up.

LOVED IT! The coffee was so good, I had to try both the cappuccino AND the mocha latte. Both were really rich and delicious. The employees were very kind and attentive to everyone’s needs, and the environment was terribly adorable and inviting!Consider me a new regular :-)

Why does it take 20-28 mins to order and receive your coffee? This is the longest wait I ever have to make, Im able to do my entire face of make up while waiting g to order and then waiting to get my coffee... I gave it 3 stars because I absolutely love the coffee but the waiting is painfully disappointing.

The Summermoon, their signature drink, is 1/4 espresso, and 3/4 moon milk. Only get it if you love sweet!The coffee is organic and delicious!! They have food items like cinnamon rolls, kolaches, cookies, muffins, etc. There are a ton of coffee bean flavors inside that you can buy for about $13 per pound. Bathrooms are clean.
