This location is Always Fast in Service. It is a Walk in, NO DRIVE THRU. The Staff is Amazing and always full of Smiles and Kindness. The deserts are delicious. The Tea is also made to Perfection. There is a Really nice relaxing sitting area outside, with plenty of room to enjoy your Coffee or Tea. A Variety of Breakfast sandwiches to choose. Great food and desserts in plain View to pick from. Also Coffee displayed for gifts or just to take home and enjoy.

Awesome folks here! Elijah and Laura are stellar employees and awesome people. They were friendly, personable, knowledge and amazingly patient. Believe it or not Im new to Starbucks, due to religious reasons and personal beliefs I can not/will not consume coffee or tea, so rightfully I was apprehensive about having to choose an appropriate beverage.Well Elijah and Laura had me covered, they explained what drinks had what in them, they kept being productive while being fully attentive, these are good folks ready to brighten the day before yours has started.I hope to comeback and see them but I know with their hard work and bright attitude they will probably be running their own stores soon!Yall guys are awesome.

Great location, last one before leaving town it seems. Efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Smaller store, but well stocked and kept up. Downside: no drive thru - will have to jump out and get in line.

Today I waited almost 30 min just for a croissant and I didnt mind waiting because the place was full. I hate complaining and bothering people who are busy so I decided to go through the orders that were ready to see if any of the bags had my name on it. This old lady that works there started making a scene saying that now she had to make all those orders again because I touched them. I said, Sorry, I was just looking for my croissant and she kept saying the same thing over and over again raising her voice so that everyone would look at me. My intention was never to cause a problem, I come to this place every week, but this lady intended to make me look bad in front of everyone. All the time she kept repeating herself saying that she had to redo all the orders, she could have used it to give me my croissant…

This starbucks is usually great but the past 2 times my drink hasn’t been made with enough coffee roast. I took the drink back today and the girl argued with me that she made it correctly and when she made me a new one, she said she put extra and that I’ll have to order with extra. I literally get the same drink from every other Starbucks in San Antonio and ones in Dallas too. Everyone makes them the same, except for the past 2 times at this location. I think this girl is just light on her pumps. Anyway, point is, why are you arguing with me when I get it the same way from literally every other Starbucks? If the manager is reading this- you need to have a talk with this girl because now I’m never going to come back to this location for my drinks because I shouldn’t have to pay for “extra” when every other location makes it how it should be.

First time ever at this Starbucks and WOW! The staff was so nice, smiling and engaging with their customers. The building was also very put together and clean, it is clear they prioritize cleaning heavily in their store. I woke up that morning with coffee in my house but no milk or sugar. When I went in I asked for just 4 oz of milk and some pumps of sugar free vanilla. (the weirdest request)! They did it and did not even charge me, it was the sweetest thing.

I dont know how making various drinks compares in difficulty, but I do know that some locations just always seem to get my favorites *perfect*, while at others it feels more like a shot-in-the-dark. This particular Starbucks always gets it just right. That elusive Caramel Machioto that starts off with a strong coffee flavor and blends down to sweetened milk near the bottom? Perfect every time!

My order I placed ahead on my phone was correct. They greeted me with a smile. I told them I had a pick up order, but forgot a drink on the order. My bad! They placed the order & made it real quick to go with the rest of my order. Very awesome!!!

It was my first time in this location and Michelle and Elijah were my baristas this morning. I overheard them talking to all their regulars who came in and mentioned how short handed they were, but I would never have been able to tell. Their smiles and genuine friendliness made my morning, even if I had waited awhile for my coffee I would have been satisfied. They never once stopped moving, always staying busy and smiling. It wasn’t very busy inside, it mostly stays busy from online orders, and since there’s no drive thru it’s super easy to access. Even when I thought it had slowed I’d look up and they were working away. They deserve recognition for their hard work and great attitude. I will definitely be returning.

Shout out to Elijah and the morning crew. Im a 1-2x per week customer and he remember my name and order and my many cowowkers. Impressive!! Thanks for great service.

I arrived at this location with nothing but caffeine on my mind, I am not a regular to coffee but, boy-how, I needed a perk up. At the register I told the barista that I needed something sweet, cold, and packed with caffeine. He asked 2 easy questions, winked and said, I gotcha.Best surprise drink ever. I didnt get awesome psychic dudes name, but he is the hero we need.Probably should have taken a picture before I drank it all.

The Staff is so Friendly and the service is Fast. This is a walk in Location. There is really Comfortable outdoor seating. The tables are separated to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The Store was extremely clean and plenty of room to walk in and place an order with out any worries.

Stopped here a couple times. They were all friendly, customer oriented, got my drinks right and it was clean and quick in and out each time. I will stop by this Starbucks whenever I am in the area.

I come here about three times a week to study. It is very calm so Im able to keep my focus on my homework. The employees are wonderful and have been super helpful. They are great at making sure everyone complies with the mask order. They are super consistent with my drinks as well! Defintly the best tasting of all the starbucks in the area.

I came in on Sunday morning around 11:30 and when I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. I stood at the registrar while 3 employees continued doing whatever they were doing. No one acknowledged me or the fact that I was standing there for a few minutes. Finally one girl said she would be with me in a minute. I work in a business that is very close by and we have had countless bad experiences at this location. The lack of customer service blows my mind. It is Starbucks for crying out loud! The least you could do is greet your customers.

They are good and friendly every time I can catch them. The draw backthat I have is they say on maps they are open to 10pm and when you get there the sign says until 6pm. Another is if Ive walked up slightly later then ten minutes before close the doors are locked.I say good if you can get there when open.

Best Starbucks location in Texas. Yes, my previous statement is in fact bold, but not without merit. As a parent of 3 that travels a lot, I drink more coffee than most. I have drank coffee across this state, from El Paso to Houston, and from Brownsville to the metroplex. This location is the best. The coffee is good, but the customer service is second to none. The workers at this location are just nice people. Keep up the good work and keep smiling!

Starbucks, you either like it or you dont. And I like it.The real thing to judge them on is location, seating choice and baristas. This place is in a good location, in an out door mall. The indoor seating is comfortable and accessible and has several good places for pure studying. The outdoor seating is nice and my favorite place to hang out when I am here.

Delicious coffee! A little pricey, but well worth it. A variety of coffees made to order, hot or cold. You will also find several choices of flavored teas.

Very Friendly staff, in spite of the long lines on Dec 23. This location loses one star for no drive thru and a tight street parking situation. The store and patio were clean. The drinks were made correctly. They had the food we wanted in stock. They were quick in getting the orders out.

Aside from the great offerings at Starbucks, I come here with my best friend because its usually a great place to scout for fresh faced male models for my photography projects as we sip our beverage and chat. And theyre so kind and polite (the men that I approach, that is). The service of the staff is impeccable, just as I expect from Starbucks.

1st, if I could give this joint more stars, theyd get it!Initially I wasnt sure about the lady who had a funny odor about her. But mannnn, lemme tell you what - she was kind, and made me a venti quad shot that had me wired tighter than a watch spring!

Just like any other Starbucks, definitely dont have to wait for your orders as long because they are not handling any drive thru orders( no drive thru here) also its very high volume and they dont always have a whole lot of seating available . Its a good grab and go place but you wont always find a table for you and your buds if you are tryna have a relaxing afternoon at a coffee shop

I am here on vacation and had trouble with my giftcard .....paying by phone. I was immediately helped by Elijah who transferred my balance for me to another card. His attitude wasso pleasant and bubbly!

Just tried to surprise my daughter with a little snowman cookie at Starbucks, while shes waiting on her husband to get off work, only problem Im in Lufkin tx and shes in San Antonio Texas, were both at Starbucks, but the app wont let me change my location to where she is so that I could pay for it, well after a quick phone call to her location and speaking to Aaron the manager on duty (HES AWESOME) he helped us surprise our little girl and connect us over the distance.

This is a great albeit small location. The staff here is usually very consistent and gets to know the local customers which is awesome.

LOVE this Starbucks! The barristas are awesome and they always have my coffee just the way I like it. It feels like a friends house more than a business.

Horrible service...they were not busy with in store c ut stoners, only 3 in line. around 0815 today. one employee called me to her register, and turned around and ignored me, didnt say one moment. the second employee walked to second register and took next customer yet ignored me. then realized she left a customer unattended. took me..I ordered a basic americano grande. no one apologized for the incident. the original employee who called me over to take my order never apologized for disregarding me. and to top it off, the customer they went to take ahead of me, ordered his regular coffee after me and actually served him first, they started to make 2 other drinks as Im waiting and I only got my coffee because I had to go to register again and as kik for it. Im done with Starbucks! I will not support ever..only green beans and local establishments

This was my first visit and it will definitely be the last. No food and it was lunch time, very disappointing. Ordered a hot coffee they tried giving me an iced coffee. Then when I told them of the minor mistake, they make a big deal and have to call each other to verify that it was my fault. It was embarrassing to say the least. Thankfully I always ask for a receipt. So I interrupted their little jury powwow to show them the receipt and finally get my correct order. They still saw it as my fault and continued to pout and be rude. No apologies for all my wasted time and being treated so rudely. Top it off the coffee wasnt great either:( All I wanted was a hot coffee, on a day that was bad enough as I was on my way to see a family member in the hospital. It doesnt matter what the customer is going thru but they should at least be treated like a human being. Then again I was a mess from being at the hospital all night the night before and only had time to come home to shower and throw on some comfy clothes to spend another night there. This is a status area, meaning if you look rich youll fit right in. Anyone else is screwed. So that could have been it too. Either way beware.

Most of the baristas are on point but there is one short older Asian girl that if you see her making drinks, just walk away. If I didnt know any better, Id say she just does whatever she wants and doesnt care. But struts around the store like shes Gods gift to coffee. Drinks always taste horrible or are not the way we asked. Seriously, I dont even know why I bother coming to this store sometimes. The store down the road on Stone Oak WAY better. If you dont mind driving a little further out of the way.

11/26/16 at 8:46pm. 18 minute wait for a grande chestnut praline latte. Young girl working was nice, but was working alone which wasnt good for speedy production. Another teenage looking girl was fooling around with her friends when I walked in, and then just stood and watched the other girl take orders and make coffee. Eventually she snuck off to a back room on her phone. Needless to say this was the poorest experience Ive had at a Starbucks. Children should not be left to manage retail or service related businesses.
