Had an appointment in the late afternoon, a gentleman called and advised me he was free around 10:30a I said cool he was at my house by 11am put new rotor and brake pads on by 11:30a. My technician Ray, was on time, fast, very friendly, my brake fluid light came on after his repair, I called him and he offered to come back to check it out, I was already out and about for the day, he met me at a gas station near where I was going and put brake fluid in for me. I was happy with the brake service and the convenience. The technician Ray was very professional and nice. The only thing that could have been better is the quote that the company provides upfront before diagnosis takes place. I was under the impression total price would be $344, however that was only for the front pads and rotors. I was not anticipating paying an additional $165 for the rear pads. I think I would have called around to different shops for better pricing had I known I would be paying for a full service repair (front and back). Overall, the convenience of the service is nice.

Very quick and fast service came to the house earlier than expected which was a great surprise as well. We were very pleased. Technician called and was actually able to schedule 2 hours earlier than our original plan. We really appreciated his calling. He was efficient and professional. My technician was Joseph, a very respectful and knowledgeable guy. The front brakes and rotors both got replaced in the beaming sun in a parking lot at 4:30pm and he didnt seem phased at all.The service itself took about half an hour, which flew by pretty quickly since I was busy with my job. Afterwards, I tested the brakes and the petal felt looser, so I asked why. He informed me when brakes [and rotors] are replaced, they may take a day or two to break (lol break, brake) in, so Ill try to update if/when they do break in!Very nice, quick, and easy. Unsure if it is more expensive than other companies, but these guys are mobile which was perfect since I work all the time and dont have much time to take my car into a shop overnight.The front rotors and brake pads cost $342 in total, and my estimate was $344, so surprisingly my estimate was lower than the situation cost by 2 bucks. Im glad there werent hidden fees after the service was done.I would recommend NuBrakes and the technician Joseph! Well-mannered guy and all around seemed like a good guy. Found NuBrakes online when searching for cheap brake jobs around town. Picked this place because they were really transparent and communicated very well with me. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I paid when the job was done. I called yesterday and got an appointment one day later. Pretty awesome if you are a person with a tight schedule. They really are 40% less expensive than other shop and to wait at your own home is very convenient. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Mechanic was courteous, professional and fast. I was astonished to learn they dont grind rotors. Replacement only. This should be made VERY apparent when appointments are set. Had I known in advance, I would have opted out of doing business with them. Cmon, guys. Do the right thing. Be upfront. Replacement amounted to hundreds more. So I did it price match to see my brakes in rotors to be done. I said an appointment and the technician came out he told me that I didnt need to have my brakes done and that there was a boat missing from my brake caliper so he charged me $79 for coming out and not having to do any repairs and $25 to put the bolt in. However two weeks later when I went to get my lower control arm fix which she said I needed to get repaired they told me that I am in desperate need of brakes. The boat was put on incorrectly and caused issues with my tire wheel as for $67 more I should have had my brakes and rotors changed but now I have to pay someone else to do it. I will not be referring anybody to this service its ridiculous I feel like I got cheated.

Edson was top of the line as far as service goes. He was early and carried himself in the most professional and friendly demeanor! I did not get any work done because he told me that it wasnt really necessary because there is still plenty of use left on both front and rear axels. He carried on with checking the brake lines and tested the fluid. I was not 100% sure if I needed service and the fact that he provided me peace of mind he also did not offer anything I didnt need. It was worth the service call fee for that information, and because of that, I will be using NuBrakes when it is time. It was quick and much less expensive than other shops in the area quoted me (it was about 1/2 the cost). Michael was super friendly, professional, and efficient. Its obvious how much he loves and takes pride in his work. I am recommending NuBrakes to everyone!!

I wasn’t there for the service but my wife had nothing but praise for our NuBrakes Technician. I will definitely be using NuBrakes again for my car when the time comes and recommend them to anyone else that needs brakes.Our technician was ahead of schedule and called for permission to come over early to begin work which was amazing and the customer service was top notch and made my wife feel comfortable and at ease with all repairs that needed to be done.Thanks NuBrakes for the great work and service!
