I was riding my motorcycle and realized my tire was low so I pulled in for some air. Well the tube in my tire had busted.. Unfortunately they couldnt fix it because they dont work on bikes. But they did let my pull my bike in the bay and wait on a tow truck. They were very nice, professional, and helpful... If they treated me this good I can only imagine how they treat there customers thanks again guys.

I took my vehicle in for AC repair and brakes. I was very pleased with the service. I knew the repairs were going to be expensive, but was more worried about the time it was going to take to get it done. But my vehicle was ready the very next day. They were all very honest and friendly. Even when I called to check on my vehicle, I wasn’t put on hold, the gentleman who answered my call knew my name, my vehicle and the status. I appreciate u all guys. Keep up the great work!

Wow the guy waiting on you doesnt care to wear a mask. Entered incorrect customer information. Tires are priced at an inflated rate. Its ok if you dont mind the snails pace. They need to be more friendly because theres a lot of competition for this type of business yall.

I walked in for a quote and I guess these guys didnt realize there is a pandemic going on.I showed them a tire quote from Sams ($713 for high end Pirelli tires) and Discount tire (matching price) and they pretty much added another $500 on their quote.And gave me a price without tire coverage/insurance and a separate price with tire coverage insurance.Crazy quote.Needless to say, no sale here.I will add the picture of their (Firestone) quote in a little bit.And Ill add Sams quote.Go to Sams is what everyone, the tire stores is telling me.Their prices cant be beat.

Wasnt helpful nor professional. Told me I had to drop car off or come back next day. I went to competition and got my work done immediately with better customer service.

Waiting room is very dirty, both restrooms are extremely dirty no paper towels or soap, mens room has a broken toilet seat. Came in for an oil change was told the wait would be an 1 1/2 before our truck got in . There are no other waiters here. Not impressed with the service or the staff / facility . I used to work at a Firestone myself and made sure the night before that everything was clean and ready for next day . When giving a customer a waiting time I would explain why the wait was so long . Just over all not impressed. Wont stop at this location again.

I went to Firestone on Military Dr and Zaramora St to get an alignment done on my van and they were real polite and treated me with respect and went back to have them recheck the alignment cuz it feel right and they checked it free of charge and would recommend this place to anyone

I personally will say that this particular location was an answered prayer after my car broke down 567 miles from home. They were honest and fair in the price they quoted me and honored everything they told me over the phone. They were quick to get me and my car back on the road

I called to make an appointment. They told me to come in at 1:00 P.M. give or take an hour before they start working on it. I was fine with that. I could go to the stores and pass the time. Came back a little after 3:00 P.M. MY car is still in the same spot where I parked it. Went in just to make sure if it had been worked on. Explained to the manager what was said to me. He didnt give me an answer not even a sorry for the delay. Asked for my keys and left. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Shout out to Omar and his install crew. Took my mustang in for Firestone Indy 500 tires and he was able to get me a very good price on them. His crew took my car back almost instantly and knocked out the job very quickly. No complaints at all. Omar and his crew definitely earned a repeat customer.I am only giving 4 star though bc as mentioned by others, the waiting room leaves quite a bit to be desire.

I created an appointment at 11:30AM to AVOID the wait time. This is crucial as Im always working and have very little time in the day to get errands done. I received an email confirming my appointment and went ahead.When I arrive, the first point of contact is Omar who got my details. I told him i had made an appointment online but had to call that it was confirm, which it was, through an email......at 11:15AM. SUPER LATE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.Omar said ok, and got me ready while saying it will be 2 hours. In my mind i said to myself that is a LONG wait for an oil change WITH an appointment time, but I do understand that things happen.Now keep in mind that Im still on the clock and that I need to continue to work using wifi on my laptop so I walk over to the nearby mall and 2 hours pass by.I walk back to Firestone, Omar is on the phone talking to paypal about only God knows what and my car is STILL where I parked it.I look at my paper work to see what time this should have been done, says 2:30PM and realized, the Vehicle Details are incorrect, the sub model is incorrect, the miles on the car is incorrect, the paper says i have NO appointment. So the whole paper work is INCORRECT. Now im doubting the expectation of what kind of service as a company Firestone can provide a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.Well, no wonder its taking so long its now 3:50 PM, NEARLY 4 HOURS LATER, everything is incorrect. HALF THE WORK DAY I HAVE SPENT AT THIS HORRENDOUS MANAGED FIRESTONE AND STILL WAITING FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE COMPLETED. My phone is dying from the wifi hot spot im using all day, this really puts me in a frustrating situation.Is this how Firestone treats all their FIRST TIME customers? If FIRESTONE can rectify this situation I will go back and give them a chance, if not then, they obviously dont care about their reputation and their customer service as a professional business.I will update this review depending on how they handle the situation. My second visit and I am very pleased with the repairs on my car and the service from all the staff that helped me. The work was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress by Joe who was always friendly, informative and professional.Pedro was also amazing. He helped me with an issue I had after I got the vehicle back and took care of my car immediately. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicles here.

Hope youre a little bit car savey because these places will run you up the wall with that could be done for free at home. The staff was nice but I had to come back for $180 ac fix that did very little for my car. They were kind enough to run some other test for me for free but the wait is long even in the morning. Depending on what you need have a ride ready to pick you up or you might be here all day.

Took my daughters truck for 2 new tires and they put the spare tire in the bed of the truck instead of the spare tire compartment. Under the truck. 🤷

First, I called to ensure they could do A/C work. When the guy said they could, I asked should I make an appointment? He said no just bring it in. I get there and tell them Id like an oil change also and new windshield wipers. They kept my truck all day only to charge me 300 for an oil change, vehicle inspection and some freon mixed with dye because they cant find the leak. I come back after the freon runs out but they cant get to my truck so I I return the next day. Again, they have my truck all day and 700 almost 800 later, trucks supposedly fixed. My wife breaks down last night and I have the truck towed to another mechanic. Theres little to no oil in the truck and all the coolant had leaked out from a hose that the new clamp just sitting there, not tightened. Now after the truck broke down, for some reason the door locks arent working correctly. Ive used this Firestone for years and sent others, never again.

Beware just wanted a water pump. By the time they got through. O you need a radiator, had to go back 2 weeks later, now you need a thermostat. $1200. Should have put a $4 thermostat $65.Beware of the scams.

I was getting a flat and I drove in right before closing time on a Sunday. Pedro and Joe helped me get a new tire and back on the road. They were very friendly and courteous. I GIVE THESE GUYS A BIG THUMBS UP!!!!!

ProCare Collision center uses Firestone for mechanical work. For some reason they think it’s a great idea. For what they already do it is a terrible place to take your vehicle. Now add a collision! Wow, they just can’t handle that type of service. They only care about making money and not servicing your car. They did not inspect my vehicle properly to ensure all damages were corrected. I am now having to waste my time a third time to get my car fixed properly. I would have never taken my vehicle prior to this and wish I knew my collision center could not handle mechanical work and would just send my car here. Wish ZERO stars was an option.

Feb. 08, 2019--Almost a year has passed since my posting on. I never received a response from anyone. I would expect to receive an acknowledgement and corrective action response by now. I certainly hope that I dont receive the If I had to respond to every posting... No...the postings that one learns from are the ones that deserve a response. Your customers expect it. Businesses need to be held to a higher standard.If you agree with me give me a thumbs up like. Absolutely technicians need more training. This location incorrectly installed my rear shocks, left out parts; and they insisted that nothing was left out. They replaced shocks again and left them loose. Manager was insistent that his technician checked it and there was nothing wrong. I had to take to Lone Star Chrysler dealer where they determined that rear shocks were loose. I’ve taken my other vehicles there and they always give you a list of what’s wrong and don’t address the main issue you took the car in for. Very dissatisfied with service. If senior management reads this and cares about these comments, I expect some improvements at this location.

I went to Firestone to purchase new tires. I have to say the service was absolutely excellent. Firestone found two slipped lug nuts on my tires. They didnt charge me to replace them they sent me somewhere to pick up the new lug nuts. Firestone was so concerned with my safety they didnt charge me a dime. The last person that rotated my tires striped my lug nuts, very dangerous situation and I was driving around like that. Thank you for Firestone for being more concerned with my safety.

Always find something wrong that absolutely needs replacing. Ive gotten my car serviced at the dealership at which I purchased it about a month ago. I bring my car to get a quick state inspection and suddenly they are finding all these things that need to be replaced in order for car car to pass the inspection when my dealership had just told me that there was nothing wrong with my car & it was in great condition. Normally I dont take my car to get an inspection at a place like this but the place I normally take my car to get an inspection doesnt do inspections anymore & this was the next closest place to me. To top off everything it took 45 mins just to get the inspection! Last time I ever come here for anything! Id rather drive the extra miles for another service place than come here again!

They have many brand of tires, they do rotation, tire balancing, they have great PRICES, they do mechanic work on cars n great warranty on parts/ labor/ tires..they check air on your tires for free..they have GOOD ASAE CERTIFIED MECHANICS..THEY SELL OIL MAINTENCE N DO OIL CHANGES...THEY ARE VERY REPUTABLE FOR HONORING THEIR WORK..

Two stars because they were polite. One star for knowledge. I got a free A/C check, and was told it was a simple fix. Paid the $10 for the AC check and left with a working AC. A week later, the AC goes out again so I take it back. They comped the AC check, but cane back with a $1,200 estimate, claiming the entire AC kit needed to be replaced. I took my car to another shop for a 2nd opinion. They replaced a $5 seal and I was on my way. This tells me they either dont know how to say we dont know what the problem is, or they have no integrity.

Waited 3 hours to change tires... Had to go back twice because they werent balanced correctly.Edit: A bit after posting this I was contacted and asked to send the invoice in and someone would contact me. No one ever did. Upon closer inspection of the tires I realized 2 of the valve stem caps are missing. Just further establishes the poor work quality of this place. Dont waste your time.

Had my daughters car towed to this location. Joe was very responsive to her need to get it fixed ASAP as she is a home health provider. He ordered the part and had her car fixed in a day. Great service!

We like the ability to come in on the weekend and to get reasonable prices. For being short staffed they are doing best they can. Good hospitality and yes free hot fresh coffee and free fresh doughnuts.

I have been dealing with a man by the name of Oscar for many years. I, along with my family, have been following him to Any location he goes to across the San Antonio area. He is always looking out for us and has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I, myself, know nothing about cars and he will always be the person I go to for car trouble or just my normal checkups for my vehicle.

I have dealt with fire stone since 1998 .and firestone has never fail me even out on the road. The only thing is out on the road you may find it under another name. But their good.

I called four separate times and nobody is answering the phone until the fourth attempt. In addition, the Firestone at south park mall does not clean auto carburetors.

Because your customer service made afford to recommend the tires that I needed and then made some call to extend my credit line higher so I get the tires thats excellent customer service thank you

I dont know why I keep going back to this place.. nobody ever knows whats going on with my car.. no good customer service.. and they mess up but its never their fault.. so you have to eat the damage they cause .. never fails I always keep quiet but Im tired of this place!!!! Damn I still have to wait for my car.. that has been here for 2 days for an a/c service!!!!

Im certain that if they hadnt wasted so much time rummaging through our car and personal belongings, ( not that we left anything of extreme value, other than some change that they did help themselves to) we potentially could have had our car back in 1 hour instead of 3.5. Overall disheartening experience, will never go back or recommend this business.

I rated this place a one star only cause there was not a zero. Had a scheduled appt for oil change, 2 hours later my car is still parked in the same parking space.4 hours later, my car is ready. A week later I realized the shop never mentioned rotating my tires. I called to ask if my tires were rotated and was informed no as I did not request it. I explained they are the experts, not me. Why didnt you recommend I get my tires rotated?? Because we dont know when you had them rotated. Really? So ask me. Geeze!

Front end alignments and rear end alignments also. Prices use to be good also lifetime alignments use to be offered at a good price .

On Monday I made an 10:00 appointment to get maintenance done on van for the next day. I delivered the van at around 09:00 and was told it would take a few hours and they would call me. I got a ride to work from a coworker(Carlos). But I received a call from them less than an hour later saying authorization was denied. I called Mr. Mario Rodriguez at Enterprise to let him know of situation and he said he would check into it. Less than 20 minutes Iater, Mr. Rodriguez called me saying it was taken care of and that they would complete the maintenance. At 2:00PM that same coworker drove me back to Firestone. When we pulled in we did not see van in parking lot, and that when Carlos noticed it on a lift in the garage. It was still in the bay, up on a lift, with no one around it at all. I enter the business and notice a line of customers so I get in line and wait. A couple enter behind me and go straight to counter. I ask the other customers if this was actually a line, because I thought i was mistaken, but they all said yes they were inline. But the man at the count still waited on them without speaking with me at all. When I finally reach counter, I say Im here to pickup the van. they look all around and can not find the paper work in the completed stack. So then the gentlemen says he would look in the garage to see if it was still being worked on. When he returns he says it will be 15 more minutes. So I let him know I had a 10:00 appointment and he just said :Well its not done and walked away. Standing in the front I could see through a window to the back and could see them find a mechanic and get him to start on van. The two gentlemen that were at the front all day would not speak to me any more and had the manage check me out. They either forgot about van or worked on everyone else before me. I will find another place to get maintenance next time, maybe someone that wants to work on our van.

Arrived at 10:30am on Wed. with appointment to have 4 new tires installed. The place had customers but was not busy at all. 4hrs and 45 min. later I had my car back with tires and alignment done. Their computer system also likes to add plenty of price add ons so be careful on that I got my final cost lowered by $60 just by questioning and having removed unnecessary labor, parts and a warranty.

If I could do no stars I would the customer service was non existent not just with me but every single person after was treated with such rudeness its ridiculous. The service they provided on my vehicle was even worse. I proceeded to pick up my vehicle after they told me it was ready on my way out of the parking lot my car breaks down on me. On a second review they tell me they did not finish the first service and now there are more issues with my tires and axle that werent present before. A week goes by and Im told my keys have been lost. After another 3 days of hassle I got myself a set of keys to pick up the car. As I go to pick it up finally after everything the front desk receptionist guy proceeds to tell me there is a bump in the tire and that I need to replace another tire? I highly recommend everyone stay away from this place due to its horrible customer service and the actual service on vehicle is subpar by a huge margin.

I called this morning and assured specifically about the time to see me for a tire pressure problem.. First, I told him I didnt want to to wait, seeing others remarks.. Plus said again to be in and out. So when I get there its all a different story mind you, I spelled it out for him and the jerk comments, it a bit more, of course manufactures problem with dealer and its going to be a $20 charge not a warranty item. But of course, from his con-tear experience is all.. Plus, he says its going to be 120 min wait at that. But in no way did he say that he just spoke with me on the phone. (You see, service people that are honest get treated with respect) He didnt have any information, but now he is a Wikipedia on my simple tire pressure problem. I have it under warranty and will see to it that it is handled professionally. Thanks you jerk. Yes Mr. Pencil pusher..Yeah its the same at any Firestone place I have the least bit of confidence in their staff. Been to 3 locations and they have no real sense of customer awareness. Like no real initive to understand what its like to be a trusted service provider. Sad. I didnt know these tires were covered by these manufactures chimps. Dodge must be desperate for cheap tires. I will never buy again from these guys. Firestone is not my brand, Goodyear is what I chosen and I will go back.
