I dont think I have ever had a better experience at a mechanic shop. These guys went above and beyond. They even washed my vehicle and took care of me in good time. I will never use anyone else. I highly recommend them. Good vibes and good people. Andrew was so nice and we had some great conversations. They deserve all the success in the world.

Took my car to have windshield washer nozzles fixed. Was told by Precision they could only clean 1 of them and to try to clean the other with vinegar, but when I removed it I discovered why they hadnt cleaned it- they had broken the nozzle and rather than offer to replace it they just put it back together and told me they couldnt fix it. Then Andrew the manager had the audacity to charge me 42.00 after breaking my car. Despicable! What a crook! Im staying away from this place. As far away as possible. Any smart consumer would do the same. Caveat emptor.

We have used Precision for several years and I cant tell you what a blessing he is. He is always upfront with his diagnostics, pricing and gets the job done. We have him work on our personal, business and our childrens vehicles whenever they need it and for maintenance as well. He also feeds the homeless at his location which says a lot about who he is as a man. I thank you for always taking great care of our vehicles and for being a joy to the community.

Honest and great service on our vehicles

I took a 2003 Ford F-150 that had been parked at my daughters home for six months and had various issues. I found the communication between the site and myself to be awesome with constant updates on the status of all issues being addressed. All issues were repaired at a reasonable cost. Yes, it was more than I wanted to spend but in the end I am so glad I did. The truck is driving better than it ever has and I am so very happy I took it to this auto repair shop. I have a few other things I need done to this vehicle and feel confident I will be taking it to this location for those future repairs. Thanks guys! I appreciate you!

Well, recommended. Brought my car in for a tune-up. They gave me a good price and they treated me well. In the time of the repairs they found a couple of things that were not right. It didnt take them long to repairs the extra work and the best thing about it is that they didnt charge me for it. Great price, great work, free small repairs and great attitude.Thanks guys

I found Precision on the BBB website. Because they had an A+ rating, I did not hesitate to go there when I needed. Andrew Sr. told me I had a bad noise in my car. He and Johnny took care of it right away. Andrew Jr. worked with me on the price and got me where I could feel good about the price. I highly recommend them for all your automotive services!

Mr. Andrew Jr. Is a very helpful guy; I had a budget of $265 and despite some costs to fix up my car; he was able to price it exactly below my budget. Originally the cost would have been close to $300; but he helped a person in need out of a bind. Im not going to lie though; my car still has problems, it turns on now and runs great, until the engine over heats. I have a bad thermostat; or a radiator leak. Taking it in again. No 5 stars cause they missed it ;)

Do not go here. The owner did oil change on my truck and did not put oil filter on correctly. I lost all oil and burned my engine. Called and spoke with owner about what had happened and got cursed out and told to take him to court.. I have a 2017 GMC Denali HD 3500. My new engine cost me $9,000... DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went here to get an oil change before driving to Omaha thru the 100 degree Texan heat. I tell the guy, I says to him “I’m going on a long drive to Omaha then Chicago.” He seemed drunk but long story short I get to San Marcos and notice the oil cap was never put back on, it was under the windshield wiper, luckily it didn’t fly away! I call but honestly what can I do? He seemed uninterested and didn’t have any suggestions on how to make it right. I saw the reviews prior to going in, but it’s right down the block from where I stay!! Got robbed and quite nearly fkd over if i hadn’t noticed the burning oil smell sooner.

Let me first say that the location (San Pedro/W Cypress St) is not the nicest location nor is the building somewhere you want to hang out. BUT right across the street is Starbucks and even better just down the street is The Cove!!I was there for a standard oil change (made appt ahead of time) and I was greeted warmly and my car was taken care of within the first 10min.The main man was kind enough to inform me of repairs that I knew needed to be done (belt, valve gasket) and even provided me a quote to take with me.I was out of there in 30min, which I have to say is quicker than some JiffyLube type places.

Serpentine belt tore and was replaced. Reasonable cost. In and out in under 45 min

VERY BAD! They did not have the authorization to work on my car. They yelled and cussed at me. Very unprofessional. They target people that dont have any knowledge in vehicles. I had to get a cop escort in order to get my car. PLEASE dont use this please.

Took my brand new 2015 car in for a tire repair/nail patch. And after I drove off about 2 miles down perrin then getting on the 410 my front tire came off completely and I was sliding on 3 tires on the highway. I had called and complained and I was told that they are not responsible for my car and even refused saying that they worked on it. Precision auto masters on nacogdoches is responsible for it. And my car is totaled out according to geiko.

Ive been to this location a couple of times. Their location isnt necessarily close to me but I felt that they did a thorough job the first time so I kept bringing my car back.

They damaged my car and made unnecessary repairs. I was never compensated and probably never will be!

My mother in law was given the run around about a part that was needed for her car. They had her car for almost a week. They told her the part was order and then they said that they couldnt find the part. I really hate how mechanics take advantage of people.
