Went in after work today Oct 7, 2021 to have my oil changed on my diesel Colorado. 2 cars ahead and only waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn. They don’t up sell anything so the experience isn’t pushy and there’s no time wasted. It took about 5 minutes and I was done. I’m not going anywhere else for vehicle fluid work. If you want a good deal and you don’t want to wait forever like Take 5 or jiffy lube, do yourself a favor and just go to Master Lube. They’ve got a customer for life or until Biden crashes the economy.

Very nice guys. Super reasonable. Everybody was trying to charge me $100 to change my oil even though I had the oil and the filter. They charged me $20. They took care of my Mini Cooper. I found a new place to take the mini cooper.

Paid $170 for Engine wash and Synthetic oil change. Second day at midnight I was driving and suddenly sign came of LOW OIL. I stopped the car and checked NO OIL in engine. I checked engine in bottom and find out drain valve was LEAKING.they put drain valve back WITHOUT RING .. you can imagine how professional they are now :)I called them next day morning NO SYMPATHY NO REFUND... finally call credit card company and disputed..NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION.. !

I had a really good experience with the Masters Lube team. They were knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating, and thorough. My Jeep dealership told me they needed 72-hours to diagnose what ended up being a water pump issue (car was making an unusual sound and I didn’t feel comfortable driving for another 72-hours) . The dealership refused to even have a mechanic do a quick visual/audio check to see what the issue could be. They asked me to leave my car there for 3 days and pay for a diagnosis. The Masters team, on the other hand, diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes. I then scheduled a day/time to have the work performed. When I arrived, the part that Masters had requested was not the correct one but they were very accommodating and went out of their way to get what we needed. A member of their team drove all the way to New Braunfels to pick up the exact part. They immediately installed it and I was out the door shortly thereafter. Needless to say, I really appreciated that level of customer service and will definitely be bringing my future business to Masters going forward.

Masters Lube has been my go-to for all fluid and tune up services, and Masters tune did an EXCELLENT job in locating and installing a new motor in my 01 Tahoe. I buy auction vehicles and fix and flip them, and these guys havent let me down yet! Highly recommend!!

I arrived first thing and the tech had me out in less than 30 minutes for an oil change

I purchased a car solely for the purpose of going to my internship in San Antonio. I was almost immediately greeted with a plethora of problems. I was recommended Masters Lube by a friend, as I did not know anything about the area. Masters took care of me every step of the way. They diagnosed the check engine light free of charge so I could take it up with the dealership I purchased from. When the dealership did not fix the problem properly, Masters fixed it for me at a severely discounted rate (should have been 300-600, they charged me $180). I recently visited with a loose bumper, and asked for a temporary fix before I can take it to the body shop, and they did so and refused to charge me a cent. I wish dearly that I had a place with this integrity and care for customers in Houston. Will not be going anywhere else during my time in San Antonio.

The battery in my car went bad. They were able to provide me with new battery for free since it was still under warranty and asked that I give them 5 stars. Gave them 5 stars, 5 months later realized the battery was bad. Not sure if it was another issue that caused the battery to go bad or they just never replaced it. Thats why Im putting 3 stara

This has got to be the best auto shop in San Antonio, polite, professional and uses new and fabulous parts. You can expect to spend wayless than anyone else I have found. I was a tenure tracked aerospace professor and I know good quality when I see it. Dont waste your money elsewhere, the are as good as you will find. Fast and quality service. I rate them a 9.9 out of 10.

Efficient and trustworthy. I brought the car in for an oil change. In the process they discovered an issue with the vehicle that needed repair. They quoted me for the part and labor, then even gave me a ride back to work. They gave me a call informing me that the dealership gave them the wrong price for the part, which was going to be much more expensive. However, they promised to honor the original quote. The guys at Masters Lube are kind, hardworking people who will take care of your car!

I got my oil changed here a couple days ago. These guys were fast and friendly and the price was great. The shop is extremely cluttered and so is the waiting area. Makes the environment a little less welcoming. I wouldn’t usually take a star off just for aesthetics like that but I got a screw in my tire while I was here and it doesn’t surprise me at all given the shear amount of stuff just lying around on the ground at this place. A stray screw could easily go missing in all that clutter and end up in my tire.

My car was breaking down on Babcock and we pulled into Masters Lube. Nadim was very professional and honest - he fixed my vehicle and he and staff were very nice. He mentioned that they just bought the business a couple of weeks ago because I had asked how long the location had been open. I will be sure to take my vehicle back for service and want to thank Nadim and his team for taking care of our vehicle as if it were their own.

I brought my Toyota Camry for an oil change, and I cant emphasize how great these guys were! Nadim (Owner), took great care for me, I told him I needed my car done asap and he made sure all my needs were taken care of. This is my second time here, Im bringing in my 2010 ML350. A while back I brought in my 2012 C250. My service both times was quick and comfortable, but the best part is their pricing is the lowest Ive ever paid. Ever.

Would suggest not coming here on the weekends. The other reviews appear to be true about them not being open during advertised hours. Yelp says that they are open at 8am on Saturdays, but google says 9. It also says that they are open on Sundays on Yelp. I probably shouldve checked google first, but they need to fix their yelp page. I waited till 9 on Saturday as google said they would be open and no-one was there still. Showed up on Sunday, still no one. I called their shop and talked to the owner who was very rude and acted like google reviewers were out to get him... no sir... just not running your business well. The pictures of your conversations with other customers are disturbing on yelp. Took my car elsewhere.

Have a 2003 Toyota Matrix. Needed struts, back brakes, rusted on on drums, missing on number 2 cylinder, bad coil, leaking valve cover causing it, they also tuned it up changed out all fluids, oil, antifreeze, and transmission fluid with filter! Estimate I had was $2,000.00 cheapest from 5 other shops. Instead of just strut shocks, they put the entire assembly on suspension, springs and all. Total bill was barely over a $1000.00 and work done was outstanding. I was a Cadillac mechanic in my youth for 15 years so I know quality work when I see it. What are you waiting for? Get it done... One little repair you might let it go, turn that into a lot of little repairs and you have one big piece of junk, believe me. Kyle

Great friendly fast service at great prices. I moved across town and I still drive all the way over to this great shop for my oil changes .

Sign out front says 19.99. When they were done he tried charging me 33.00. When I complained he lowered it to 30.00. He stated they will take the sign down. They also told me my oil pan had a major leak and it would cost 650.00 to fix it. I asked why so much. He stated it was a 6 and a half hour job.I checked with Midas who quoted 360.00 and it was not a 6 and a half hour job. A few days later my oil light came on. I pulled into an oil change place and asked them to check it out for me including the oil pan which I had not fixed yet. They said everything was fine and the oil pan had just a little leak which is common for an older 2008 car and did not need replacing. Also stated the business that did the oil change should have reset the oil gauge and did not. I also asked Masters Lube to add water to the windshield wiper reservoir which they did not. So Masters Lube not only tried to rip me off twice they could not even add a little water. Terrible place!!!!!

I recently took my Mercedes to get serviced at Master’s Lube based off of a recommendation from a friend of mine, and they were absolutely correct in recommending Masters Lube as the place to go.The guys that work there are very good at what they do. I dealt with Haitham first and then I dealt with Nadim and both were really nice. Nadim especially was very kind and very helpful and was able to answer any and all of my concerns. The waiting room was comfortable and they had a variety of snacks and cold and hot drinks which I enjoyed. They have VERY reasonable prices. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future for any oil changes/ servicing that I need to get done!

Stopped for an emergency situation, they fixed me up quick, gave me an oil change and recommended me to a shop down the street for further repairs all in less than 30 min! Highly recommended!!

Took my car for an oil change to Masters Lube, and it wasnt no more than a month later when I had to take it elsewhere to get a second oil change. They either not changed it at all and just charged me for it or they put the wrong oil. Very unsatisfied will not be returning nor recommending it.
