My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and had only been to one other mattress store before going to sleep number. Recently we had vacationed at a place that had a sleep number that wasn’t even set up to your numbers and WE LOVED IT!We were greeted by Kim who explained everything Sleep Number and helped us pick the bed that we love. She explained all the details, warranties, exchange details and overall was fantastic.In comparison to the tempurpedic we were looking at at the previous store the Sleep Number included so much more and had a better warranty. I would highly recommend Kim when you visit this store, but all the team members seemed great!Also recommend the Labor Day sale!

The salesperson, Larry, was phenomimal!! Very friendly, NOT pushy, extremely informative and helpful. He made us feel comfortable. The shopping experience was enjoyable, no pressure or hype. We will definitely purchase from that store again

Kim Gagnan was an amazing sales person. She was kind and considerate. She helped me find the correct sleep setting which I have never had experienced before. This is my second sleep number purchase. The first was at a different location. She made sure to clean the beds with spray and also gave us the covers for the pillows. Great experience. Great store Great Gal

Delivery was awful they told us it will be there at Thursday and late evening they told us it will be on Saturday. but it’s still not here and again they said it will be there next Thursday.

We have 3 sleep number beds. Have slept on then for over 15 years. We love the adjustability. And when you move the fact that they breakdown into components is fantastic. Our daughter left for college years ago and she had her clothes, etc. and her sleep number bed all in her Ford Edge.!

Sales lady Kim is a real pro! She pays attention to detail and works hard to meet the needs of each customer.

We walked in and started the conversation with we hate our current mattress and Joanna was SO sweet about it. She wasnt a hard press because she knew we werent yanking her around. But she insisted we not just lie on one, even taking us down to the cheaper ones. Totally amiable but also very knowledgeable and been there for like 13 years so could really talk about all the changes over mattresses. Very pleased, super excited for our new bed and will definitely continue working with Joanna!

Planned on checking on bed functions and pricing. Salesman was very knowledgeable and didnt push the sale. Let the product speak for itself. Happened to be there when sale was just starting so ended up buying top of the line bed. Glad I did because its like sleeping on a cloud

The sales associate Joanna was extremely friendly and kind. She was patient of all of our silly questions and helped us find something that worked great for us. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress at least stop by here to give it a shot.

I love Sleep Number. We currently have two and used to have a 3rd which we gave to my Grandson. Sales personnel very knowledgeable. I will never own anything else but a Sleep number

Do not purchase from this company. They completely lied to us during our purchase and are now charging us over $900 in delivery and restocking fees. They are a complete scam. Our sales person knew the mattress and base were not going to work with our bed and still sold us the items knowing we would not get a refund on the sheets/pillows. As well as the $400 in delivery fees and $500 restocking fees.

Wasted time and money on a mattress that did not fit our platform bed frame. We were insisted by the sales lady that it would work. Bed was delivered but never installed, sat in the corner of our room till they picked it up. We were charged a delivery fee, pickup fee, and a restocking fee... all totaling nearly $1000. Do not buy from Sleep Number unless you are 100% CERTAIN it will work with your bed frame, and you are 100% CERTAIN you are going to KEEP IT. The hassle and the fees are not worth it.

OK store, just know that the TV ad is not what is being promoted in house. Staff was helpful and told us the information we asked for...they did a good job not being pushy.

Waste of time and money, make sure you read the fine print on your contract people. No refunds on ALL FRAMES and most everything else, ridiculous fees for delivery of worthless products and returns are very costly as well ...glorified air mattress is what your getting ready to purchase if youre interested in this companys products. Shameless salespeople who will surely take your hard earned money without a blink or a care in the world about you or your sleep issues. Beware you have been warned !!

Beds are pricey but you get what you pay for. Sales staff are extremely knowledge and arent high pressure. Stop by and check them out!
