This Sephora racially profiled me and belittled me. It was absolutely disgusting and Ive never felt less of a valued customer, but also a person. If you are black do not come here. If you are a woman of color or person of color do not come to this location.
I recently visited, again, this Sephora looking for some things. I spoke to a young man named Garrett and he helped me find what I was looking for, not to mention his knowledge about the products showed to be very expansive. He actually suggested to me a perfume in the most pleasant way and I was impressed because the perfume was everything he described which helped a lot. I love this JCPenney Sephora because their team is always so ready to help. I leave them alone if their busy, not a big deal. If youve every worked in retail, like myself, I get it. Ive always had an excellent experience there. Ive been going to this particular one for over 6 years and I will continue to visit as long as I live around here.
I love shepherd at JCP....friendly and helpful...
Wasnt greeted by a single employee.. despite looking like I was trying to find something. I ended up getting into the checkout line just to ask where a product was located. The online search showed available in store, but they didnt have the product ultimately. Im not sure why they checked online after I had told her thats how I found it as available in their store...
Went in with my 87 year old mother. In addition to the deafening music, our sales girl was stolen by another shopper before we were finished. More training is needed for staff with regards to customer setvice and making all customers feel welcome in the store.
I had went in last week to get my makeup done for my wedding, and when I had told the lady that I had an appointment she couldnt find me in the system when I had went in the day before with my sister in law to buy some makeup. So as she is doing my makeup I feel as if she was in a rush and didnt have the skill to do what I asked for when it came to my eye makeup, she had to ask another coworker to step in and finish my makeup, although the second lady was very nice and was trying to do everything she could to replicate the picture I brought in it wasnt what I had anticipated it to be due to they didnt have allot of the products I needed to complete my look. I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping or getting their makeup done here.
Damaris was very attentive and helpful. I went in knowing that there is a limited selection on Anastasia products. I wanted a specific lip color and it wasnt available at this specific location. Damaris helped me for 20 minutes to find a dupe, and got me the perfect shades! I never tried out the formula before and glad I did, will be coming back to buy more shades from the collection.
Overall displays were very nice put together and clean. The staff were always ready to help and patient. Keep up the great work.
Well I love the product. However, I was not greeted when I came in. One person was helping customers the other was at the register. She had just rung up a customer. She saw me didnt say a word. She ignored me and was looking for something at the register. I decided to just go find what I needed. When I walked away she then said do you need something? I replied no thank you. Im ok and proceeded to find my product. She then walked by and said if you need help I can help you. Before I could reply she said your welcome and was being snotty about it. I found my foundation and went to the register and she attempted to tell me about the foundation I was buying. I was just replacing one that was almost out and she offered to give me something for moisture for my face. But by that time. I just wanted to leave and be on my way. I was not angry just disappointed. Malls are becoming a thing of the past.
Never found half of what I was looking for. Displays are so messy and testers were out or missing. When I found something I liked, 8 times out of 10 they didnt have it. Needs a lot of organization.
LOVE sephora makeup. Nothing against the product. The customer service at the JC Penny location at Rolling Oaks mall needs improvement. For one, I was not greeted. I usually dont mind that, retail employees can get busy or overlook a customer on accident. But these three girls were huddled togeather, having a conversation, ignoring every customer in the pace that didnt ask for help. After I chose my items I went to check out and once again, the girls were having a private conversation. I was barely acknowledged. She just rang up my items and continued her conversation with her coworkers! My purchase was finally finished but she stood there, holding my receipt as continued on with her private conversation! I had to snap at her to get her attention. That didnt phase her. She handed me my receipt then proceeded with her conversation.I dont believe a single word was uttered to me duringthe whole experience. I can understand accidentally overlooking me when I walked in, but dont ignore me when I am standing face to face with you!
Idk its the same as any other makeup store. Its a nice place..
Its okay. The workers are not very friendly. The prices are a bit high.
Out of almost everything
Not good
