I had to get my son’s SUV repaired and really was unsure who to entrust for the repair. I also needed a quick turn around, my son needed his SUV to get to school. So, happy that I chose Service King! The service was excellent and the repair was quick. I was impressed with the professional manager, Steve Lopez, he was polite and very knowledgeable! He committed to a quick repair and the SUV was repaired as promised. As a bonus, the SUV was washed and super clean. I was impressed!

This service king is on my preferred insurance company list. So far so good. Nice big place. I am hopeful that my car will be fully restored. Just dropped it off today. I was told car parts are in short supply, so any ordered parts might take time. Ongoing review, will update.

Kept me up to date on my repairs with daily reports. I even got my vehicle a day early. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again but if I ever need I would go there.

I work here at this location currently and I can say this is by far the best company I have worked for. Steve Lopez is a great manager & actually cares about his employees and guests. Does everything in his power to make sure everyone is happy at their job even when hes stressed hes as patient as can be lol. The way he relates and makes our guests feel comfortable with leaving their vehicles here is phenomenal! I definitely recommend this location and the company as a whole to any friends and family.

Miranda called me everyday to let me know the status of my car. Never have I been treated so well by any place. Miranda is the type of person that every company needs. And the manager Steve seems like a genuinely good guy, chatted with him for a second before I picked up my car and definitely left a good impression with me.

First impressions are everything. If people get there for a scheduled appointment and you see them but dont go to help out until after their scheduled time because youre talking and not doing anything thats already unprofessional. We had to wait until three others came in. And now just getting informed it was just an estimate instead of repairs. Fail

Service King kept me updated regularly on status of my vehicle. From the moment my car got there until it was ready everyone was friendly. My vehicle was ready before estimated completion date.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone. My truck repairs were way behind schedule and still had issues a month later. Manager needs to examine workers more, main issues was a guy named Patrick, Manager stuck up for him.

They were great, Gilbert was great he did a good job took care of my rental issues .

Terrible paint job on my car. I asked them what they did and blamed it on old repair work. Took my car to my personal mechanic and he told me the same thing. They didn’t even try to properly paint the bumper of my car. Don’t let your insurance company fool you, take your car anywhere else but here. You have that right!!! It’s your vehicle! Not the insurance company’s !

I would like to highly recommend the professional service I received from the first time I entered this repair service and throughout the repair time. Hector Muniz kept us very well informed during the repair and updated us at each step of repairs. Very professional agents and office personnel showed complete attention to our needs and questions at all times. There were no oil-clothed, grease-covered workers walking through the well kept, pristine office. Television and coffee/tea/water service was readily available. The service agent was so quick with servicing us, we never got to finish a whole cup of freshly-brewed coffee. Again, all our thanks to Hector Muniz,Jeremy(who also made calls to verify we were being kept well-informed), and the office desk clerk(unfortunately, I cant remember her name). This was the most satisfying repair service we have ever received. Thank you all.

Customer service at Service King was 100% satisfaction, they handled everything from day one to the last day. This Review is for Bandera rd & Loop 410. Hot sunny afternoon my sons car is Heating up & he pulls in parking lot is Service King. He goes inside asking for a little help, ( needed water ) and a tall Black Gentleman brought out 2 gallon jugs 1 with water, 1 with coolant. WowI was very impressed he helped us out, a True Gentleman, True Texan....Thank You SIR FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP......

Friendly service out of a bad situation

Dont go here. The people dont know whats going on nor what theyre doing. The repair on my car was great but having to deal with the wrong people and not knowing when my car will be ready is a headache.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS AT SERVICE KING. NEGATIVE STAR RATING.First my vehicle was dropped off by a tow truck company and Service King said that the driver didnt leave the keys as per Bob the manager. It was delivered on a Friday at 2:40 p.m. and I got a call on Tuesday at 12:56 p.m. which is 2 1/2 business days later telling me they broke into my truck and Service King said that there not responsiblebecause the tow company didnt check the keys in. After talking with the front office the lady said a file has to be opened to create a Repair order that how I got a text saying they got my truck. As the young lady was talking to me giving information someone hung up the phone while she was talking. And they lady said that they have to get the keys or they need to call the owner of the vehicle to bring them, which none of that occurred and they left my truck outside NOT SECURED Friday afternoon, Saturday(8 am - 1 pm), Sunday (Closed), Monday all day and finally check it Tuesday at 12:56 when I received a call it had been broken into all my radio, amp, and speaks, supposedly my keys and damage to the keyless entry and door damage. Now after all this Bob the manager want me to open a comprehensive claim. And he would take care of a $100 deductible. Hell no they are responsible for the vehicle because I got a text they received it and never got a call about missing keys. MY INSURANCE IMMEDIATELY PULLED MY VEHICLE FROM THEM AFTER FINDING THEY ARE WRONG BUT THEY CANT PERSURE THEM LEGALLY BUT I CAN. I RECOMMEND NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THAT THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHADY BUSINESS. IF I COULD TELL YOU EXACTLY EVERY THING THAT HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE TO WRITE A BOOK!

I have an update on Service King ! The Guys came by my house this morning, picked up my Jeep and took it back to their shop to finish the work ! To all customers who have any complaints just talk to these Guys and they will fix the problem ! I have no more complaints ! They stand by their word and work !
