In two months I was called three times claiming my truck was ready. So I took pics of the work. If your a car lover you will spot the damage........... Pics (3,4) are of the left and right side of my bed. So I was told I had a life time guarantee for the work ? Called and took my truck back because the shock on the tailgate assist does not work anymore.was told they would order the parts get them painted and when they where ready to be installed I would received a phone call ...... That was a about a month ago and still no call........ I guess my guarantee is as good as the workmanship. Update 06/27/2017 had my dealership look in to the tailgate. Was told not to drive it anymore till it was fix because it was about to fall off do to the fact it was missing bolts which cause the pivot joint to crack. I cant believe insurance company use this shop, they are a big liability
They were not only very friendly and professional but very very very fast. My car was done in about a week. That was super fast. Also their collision work is second to none. My car looked and felt great! And their work is has warranty so that is an amazing piece of mind to have. Great work guys thank you.

I took my 2017 Hyundai Accent to be repaired for a hit n’ run that occurred while I was in a restaurant having lunch. It was a badly crushed driver’s side back fender and taillight. I’d only had it 1 month and a half w/22,800 miles. I thought they’ll have to replace the fender and they never seem to fit right afterwards. But NO, Forrest told me the experts managed to repair the fender and then paint it to a perfect match!I’ve asked others if they can see anything wrong w/the body and no one’s detected it.A testament to outstanding bodywork and paint excellence!!! I highly recommend ProCare Collision on Fairdale, professional and courteous staff as well.

The personnel and technicians are excellent at what they do. Front office was very courteous and knowledgeable in the procedures involved and the technicians were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the process of getting my 1 ton pickup parts ordered and installed. The final exam of repaired vehicle showed that it looked brand new. I would highly recommend this repair facility to everyone needing vehicle body work accomplished. They work directly with insurance company so you do nothing. Vehicle was delivered when promised.

They were up-front and honest, made the drop-off and pick-up easy, and stayed in constant communication with me on any updates about my truck while they had it.
Brought my car here as it was AAA suggested; what a mistake and a nightmare. The work looked terrible (extreme orange peel, debris in the clear, awful panel gaps). They also damaged an interior panel while removing it to perform the work.After three attempts to correct their work, it still wasn’t right, and they refused to do any more work. Ultimately, AAA had to have a second shop clean up their work and replace the damaged parts on the car.They’re probably fine for good enough, but if you take care of your car, take your car somewhere else.
Our Subaru was repaired faster than expected. They did a good job on difficult areas like door edges. They also repaired a rim we hadnt even included in the estimate.
Took my sedan to Procare after an accident. From the first moment I was greeted by a very professional young man to the time I picked up my car the entire experience was outstanding. They helped me arrange a rental car and were able to set my wife and I at ease about the process.The repairs were performed in half the time we anticipated and when we arrived to pick up the car it had the appearance.if a new model.My wife and I are extremely impressed with every aspect of this experience. Hopefully we wont need this service again but if we do we will not hesitate to go back to Procare.
Dropped my truck off for bumper repair 8 days ago and was told itd be a 3 day fix. It still is not finished. Every morning I call for an update and am told anything from tomorrow to end of next week, depending who answers the phone. They promise to call back at the end of the day to update me of the status, but do not follow through. 4 days after I dropped my vehicle off they still hadnt ordered any parts. Hopefully the repair is done well, as the customer service is non existent.
I had some worn and weathered paint issues corrected on my 2007 Toyota. The color match is great and it was done very quickly.

Incredibly impressed with the result. My boyfriend and I went in after a hit and run gave the car a really bad side swipe, the first place we went to said it would be over 1,500$ to fix our car, we went to ProCare for a second opinion and they told us they thought it would be around 500-600$ to fix which was much more reasonable. However, when we went in Tony informed us that it was going to be less than half of what we were expecting! Staff is friendly, work was excellent and the price was fantastic, if we ever need car repairs in the future, we will be heading straight here.
I was in a car accident (rear ended)in my new 2017! the insurance company of the party at fault wanted me to use another auto body shop. After viewing their reviews I said NO! I contacted PRO CARE, and explained my situation and my concerns. They were Amazing! They took my car to the dealership to make sure my concerns were taken care. Ive had many experiences with paint and body shops in my 69 years but I have NEVER had the pleasure of dealing with professionals like the people at Procare. After being rear ended, they took my truck and repaired/restored it to almost like a new one. I was AMAZED how my vehicle looked when I went to pick it up. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed by any shop I have ever dealt with. Procare will do any and all of my paint and body issues. If there were 6 stars they would deserve them. EXCELLENT!!
I had an amazing experience with these folks, they are true professionals. I worked with Bill, who called with updates almost daily. They have the option to receive text updates as well. I cant speak to the affordability as it was covered by the other drivers insurance. But they did about $3K in repairs in about a week and a half. Would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend them. I was skeptical at first because I really wasnt given an option by my insurance and I wanted OEM parts. They used after market parts because of my policy (will fix that) but my Santa Fe looks as good as it did the day I bought it. They also kept me apprised of the status as it was being repaired and was finished in a timely manner.

My vehicle was painted the wrong color, twice! Please check your vehicle in the sunlight, my vehicle is jet black and they painted my car metallic brown.

I have Geico insurance and I had fender bender but I had issues with my insurance. The collision representatives said dont worry well take care of it. In matter of moments the received all my insurance information and go ahead to fix my car!!! My stress was gone they repaired my car within two days! Best people best mechanics and the customer service!!!

The front desk lady is rude. From the beginning, instead of telling us how much they would charge, they kept asking how much the insurance estimated. When I got my vehicle back, the front desk lady kept asking how much the deductible was then called the insurance. The insurance said there was no deductible and she said, What do you mean theres no deductible?! My vehicle seemed to have been used. The driver seat was set back for a taller person but all the mirrors were set for a person shorter than me and Im short. The back window screen was up and I always make sure those are down. Ask my kids. The inside was vacuumed but the outside was dirty? Just weird. The only person there that I know of shorter than me is the front desk lady.

So disappointed.My husband hit the curb on the passenger side of his car damaging his front tire and some of the area around it We took it here after them telling us it would only take 3 days to fix. Two weeks later and the car is fixed. We picked up the car up and drive it fine for a couple months, then we notice the lining on the inside on the wheel well started coming off. When we called them hoping to have it fixed- because it was an obvious oversite they tell us that part of the car wasnt damaged there.... which seems impossible because he destroyed his tire, we ended up leaving them a bunch of messages with the mechanic and talking to a bunch of people who said they would call us back yet no one ever did.After two days of trying to talk to them, we ended up going to one of their sisters sites where the guy we spoke to claimed that the damage was most likely from when the car bottomed out and not the accident- apparently the car was all scraped up on the bottom. He said the car likely hit something hard on the bottom and that’s where all the damage came from. Yes, the car did hit something hard on the bottom. That’s what happens when you hit a curb going really fast and blow out a tire-kinda like when you get into an accident. At this point we were so frustrated we just decided to buy the part and have someone else fix it. Now, a couple days after buying this part the lining on the bottom on the car is falling off too- You know WHERE HE HIT. I am tempted to call and complain again, but you know we don’t have two days to make a bunch of calls and just be ignored. I know they were busy, it was around the time San Antonio had snow and ice, but at least admit your mistake and fix it. You missed it. Even one of your own guys said it would have come from damage like what my husband had in his crash (though this guy didn’t realize this is what he was saying).
After a crazy driver decide to tear up my Nissan at the Va I decided to have repairs done by ProCare at the Fairdale location, Howard Giles handling my repairs from day one. I could not be more pleased with both the repairs done and customer service by Howard Giles. I would definitely recommend ProCare for any of your collision repairs.
Terrible service and unprofessional. Taking three months to get a half hour job done. This job time is according to their info. They play phone tag say theyll call to schedule and never do. What happens is they act like they care and they are on top things just to get you off the phone. Repairs come with extra repairs that werent needed due to there horrible work and wont follow up to fix it because they are already paid. Stay far away from these people nothing but extra problems here.
Things were missing from my car when I got the repair back. I had to take it back to get scratches removed caused by the body shop. Worst body shop experience of my life. Th girl handling the account is the only one that made it better. Panel is still sub quality installed.. over it.
ProCare Automotive does quality, guaranteed, prompt work. There were no surprises in the process of our repair. It is difficult to find businesses these days were customer satisfaction, quality in workmanship, and honesty is so important.

Time Management and Meeting Customers Expectations = Poor!Communication = FairThe turn around time was of the utmost importance in this repair as I am about to relocate across the country. Received a call on 3-21 that the truck could possibly be ready for pickup on that day but more than likely the next morning. I work 3 jobs and had to arrange to take the morning off.I called ProCare before leaving to pickup the truck and Shannon was unavailable so I asked that she call me back.I never received that returned call and found out when arriving that the truck was indeed not completed. They have been waiting on one part for close to 5 business days after the wrong part was ordered. When asked about the process and tracking of parts I was told there is no tracking and that they do not know who theyre supplier is. Really, wow! I call BS!A simple phone call could have prevented me from wasting My Time and Money and I could have made other arrangements for the appointments I had per-arranged for the weekend. A box field house that I now have less than 5 days to shuffle into 3 different places, move across country are all put on hold while they figure out who theyre parts vendor is.My situation was clearly and precisely explained the day they received my truck from the accident. Apparently the customers expectations are not a priority in this repair facility.Poor Time Management, Customer Expectations, Workmanship and Theft are now the top three reviews.So, in the last 8 yrs I have been in three accidents and have used three different repair facilities. By the way: None of those accidents were my fault.I would have to recommend Alamo Body and Paint for any future auto body repairs you may have as they were able to meet all expectations and workmanship was good. Caliber Collision are more expensive and theyre workmanship leaves room for improvement.Very, very upset now that I continue to shuffle boxes, appointments, time and money all the while they enjoy the weekend off.Great job meeting expectations guys, great job!!!!!
Although the car was repaired back to its condition before the accident, my major concern was feedback and last minute repairs. Some things could have been addressed had inspections been conducted before the car was about to be picked up. Instead of waiting until a part is put in to remove it from packing, one should inspect it upon delivery. This will remove last minute setbacks from happening. And to address feedback, one should make sure when they say they will call someone back that they will. All that aside, the quality of the repair was beyond excellent. Also, the customer relations part of their company went above and beyond to help with damage control from the previous issues. I commend their work and will be recommending them to my friends should they have an accident or need repair in San Antonio. Thank you for everything.Update: Two years later I found out my upper control arm was damaged and my tire wore abnormally. After finding fault after fault I took it in to a local shop in Copperas Cove for warranty work. Some of the things I found were a bad paint job, no proper gaping of the rear door on the drivers side, one of my license plate lights would not work, and tint was left on one of the replaced doors. I would highly not recommend this shop. Look elsewhere.

I took my Tahoe in after an attempted robbery on my vehicle. Nicole was a great rep but um service was real bad when I picked up my truck repairs were all forms steering column was put up in by a lil kid..... If you can I would suggest to avoid this place

Was looking up the name of this repair facility. I saw the post from just a week ago and just have to add this incident. We just got my mothers (she is 91) car back after a minor wreck. My brother checked the car and noticed infront of the repairman that the air conditioner vents were not working. They worked before. We went ahead and took it home as they had already had it for 6 weeks. My brother knows how to fix the car and found that it must be the switch as the vacum hoses seemed to be working. When he removed the front panel to get to the switch he found that the switch was totally disconnected and the switch was just in position but not hooked up. Obviously it had been removed for some reason not connected to the damage. So he reconnected it, but it still would not work. As he has the exact same car he took his switch out and connected it and everything worked. Conclusion: someone took a working part out and replaced it with a broken one and then did not even reconnect it. Maybe because they were trying to do it quickly to avoid detection. When the facility was confronted about this they said it was not them, that it must have happened at the Ford dealer that they had to subcontract part of the repair to. Now I read this other review that says just a week ago they had things missing from their car. There seems to be a pattern. My brother has already ordered a new part, and can do the repair himself, but you would think they would at least cover the cost of the part.

I havent had my truck done yet, but took over a mth just to get a quote and Im gonna pay out of pocket then they move my truck to another location without telling me about it. I hope the repair they do is good
Wow...doesnt suprise me this business has so many Poor ratings. A few years ago, I wrecked my vehicle and it was towed to the ProCare off of Rittiman. They told me they would need a few weeks to get an estimate and determine if could be repaired without going over my deductible. Turns out it could not be repaired and I was going to be reimbursed by my insurance company to purchase another car. I spoke with the manager at ProCare and told him that I wanted to remove my personal belongings from the car (some very sentimental) as well as remove the license plates (because it is your legal right to keep the license plates) and prevent someone else from removing them and re-using them illegally. When I made over to the ProCare shop the next day, my vehicle had already been towed to an impound lot about 50 miles on the other side of town. I was treated very rudely by the staff at the customer service counter...she said she didnt know what I was talking about even though the manager had told me it wasnt a problem to come remove my belongings. Customer service was horrible. I left feeling as though I had been violated. I contacted my insurance company to report the problem.

Repairs were to begin 10/4. Now were 10/26 and my cars repair is still not completed. The repair time was 5 days per the repair estimate. There was no supplemental estimate, no delay on parts. Each time I call they tell me a date of completion and it gets pushed back every time I call thereafter. Its just been poorly handled and Im stuck between a rock and a hard place. I would warn anyone not to take their vehicles there. Its been a nightmare.
Took my car there after an accident at my insurance company request. 4 weeks later the shop didnt provided the repair list to my insurance company. Took a lot of work on my side and from my insurance company reps to get the shop to finally inspect the car.
Pro Care really came through for us when were in a tough situation. They more than exceeded my expectations.
