Anthony and the front desk staff are amazing. So friendly, kind, and very professional. They always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and they did an excellent job on my brand new van after it got hit in the back. It was important to them to get it looking as good as new. Highly recommend!

I took my Toyota Camry 2013 to this location. Its the only one that is certified by Toyota in San Antonio Texas. They told me that my car was ready and I take the car and has dents and was rusting because they didnt paint it correctly. They lend me a car I go back and pick it up now its better. One week later I noticed on the right fender splash shield there is several missing parts like bolts, clips and the paint on the fender is chipping off. This is one of the worst sites of Toyota that is certified that I believe are doing really unprofessional work and I highly recommend other locations but this one is absolutely the worst one. Toyota should put a new manager and oversee what is going on. In my opinion this location is bad for business and bad reputation for Toyota.

I didnt like the confusion....but the ladies upfront are super awesome!!!

They told me it would take 4-7 biz days to complete the work. Biz day 8 I called them, they said it was in wash and I can pick it up later that day. I show up hours later its not ready and they have no explanation why I was told that. They then promise me its done Tuesday/Wednesday the following week. I call them Wednesday, still not done. Then it was Thanksgiving, so no truck until the following Monday. All in all 14 biz days from drop off to pick up. Also final cost was above quote, though only slightly. And it took me 1 hour to pay them for the work because of the Point of sale system they use is so old and bad. Dont come here, there are other certified Toyota shops close by go to them instead.

Good place to have your auto body reworked after a collision. Paint ant body work was very good. Looked like a new car!

I was told my car was going to take only 8 days. Everytime I called they told me it was ready for paint. After 2 weeks back and forward, I was told the shop forgot to order the bumper and the part is back order nationwide after they got paid by the insurance. How was ready for paint If the part was not order. Dont trust them.

Beautiful work on car. Did have to ask where my rim was. Big mistake. Since the insurance wouldnt cover the blown tire, they put my spare on. Seems they could have replaced the tire and billed me the cost. How can they forget to put my rim in the trunk?At pay time the cahier seened confused as to what I owed. My service advisor came and looked over the bill and said I guess you owe x amount. I guess? Seems theyd know what a customer owes since they dealt with the insurance payment and know what it covered and didnt cover.While work on car itself was good, little details bring rating down bunches. Also, not replacing the tire made it seem work was incomplete. I would have payed for the tire. I had to make another stop to have the tire replaced.

Sam is the best, and all the staff. Very professional, informative, efficient, fast paced, good quality and always calling back to update the status of whats going on. Best place ever.

Took three times as long to get my car back than originally stated. I always had to call them. There was rarely a time when information was given to me over the course of the time my car was being fixed. The work was done well. And all ended well.

Very dissatisfied with the service. I kept getting the run around on when my car was going to be finished. I called multiple times to check on the status and every time they said it would be done in a few days and it never happened. I drove 3 hours to pick up my car because I was told it was finished and when I got up here they told me they still had another 2 hours to go to finish my car. Not sure if there’s no communication between the actual body shop or what but I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs.

I bought a 2005 corolla in which they put the cheapest parts, Tires made in china of a brand unheard of, which did not last, tire nuts that did not match. While driving in 281 at 65mph the computer quit and the dashboard lit up light a christmas tree and the engine turned off, I was lucky to coast to the closest exit and get to a parking lot because it was late at night. The salesman in the used car lot use the usual tactics, they ask you for your license and dont give it back until they force you into a deal. Dont fall for it, you dont have to give them your license take a copy of it and hand it to them then work on the deal.The Service Department work is acceptable, I cant say anything negative about them, they have take care of my needs.

These guys wanted to Charge me 800 just for siting outside for 7 days. And when the recipt said 275 for labor when they didnt touch it at all. They didnt have a straight answer. I couldnt believe they would try to make it impossible for me to get my car back just so they could part it or fix and sell for themselves. Selfish!

Did the worst job on my bumper. They dont pay attention to detail. Took close to 2 weeks to fix it and still not close to how it looked originally. I had to call them every day so that they would stay on schedule.

After having shopped all other dealers checking on their so-called advertised specials which somehow never exist or have hidded fees that make the cost much more than advertised I decided to check out Alamo Toyoa. WOW was I impressed! Not only did they sell me a new 2012 Camry for the competions so-called sale price they also matched Car Max offer on my 2008 Honda Accord. And as a plus they are not so much closer to my house!Traffic can be a little hectic at times but their service is open much later than the other dealers. I sure am glad I stopped by and gave these guys a try. I will be sending in all my GFs . Thanks Alamo!

Was told I would receive a call to inform me how long it would take .. never received a call back .. call twice .. until they finally say that NY car is a total loss ? How is that if it is just a dented in door .. nothing else ! That it is over $26,000 worth of damage ? Are you kidding me ! Just for a door ? Total BS !!!
