They took some dents out of my car it looks good no complaints.

Seems like a good place, but they were to busy for an estimate when I dropped by. The gentleman said he was helping someone else, then ignored us for the next 15 minutes. Found a much friendly body shop just down the street.

I began searching for an auto body and mechanic repair shop when my BMW caught fire and sustained damage to the hood and engine compartment. I came across Baumann Complete Auto Care Center during a google search that had positive reviews. I give this shop 5 stars for professionalism, communication and finished work. Mindy was very helpful and always kept me updated with what was going on with my vehicle. If your looking for a shop this is the one. I chose this shop to paint mirror caps for my 2012 Mustang GT and they did excellent work. The mirror caps look factory quality; no imperfections and the paint matched my car perfectly. I have some more body work to be done and Ill be using this shop again. Thanks Elvin!

I was very disappointed with the service. I went to take the vehicle on a Wednesday. He said it wouldnt be ready till next Tuesday. He calls me on a Friday the same week 30 minutes before closing stating that it was ready. I told him I couldnt go until Saturday. When I picked up the vehicle on that Saturday, the vehicle was very dirty, they didnt bother washing it and it wasnt all the way fixed. I asked if the taillight was fixed and he said yes. I find out that the bulbs were still nonfunctional due to them not being replaced. I had to take it back yet again. I definitely do not recommend this since it is very unprofessional. I will never go back again!!!

I have to say, this is by far the best experience ive had shopping for a vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Mark, honestly a great salesman!

Took my car in still have my oil leak, my odometer stop working, and I had small transmission leak now its worse. The manger will not take responsibility for there work they couldnt figure out why my car was doing what it was doing after they worked on it had to take it to my mechanic thats further away and he figured out what it was. I wouldnt take my vehicle here again. Even the owner didnt even get anything fixed so if he doesnt care about his customers, he doesnt car about your car. Im vet on a fixed income and to cut it short I was charged $600 for a timing chain cover and adjusting the Distributor. Oh and I forgot my rear end leaks too now and this car never had any of the leaks it has now.

The mechanic is amazing

This was a HORRIBLE placed I was referred to. When I asked for an itemIzed invoice and the cost of parts the response I was given was come get your car. I absolutely did. It took them over two days to get my car it easy for 6 days not being service (thank goodness ) the quote that was finally given was ridiculous. Eventually my car ended up at another shop where the repairs were $400 less and included an oil change WOW ! Was done in one day and that was at El Gato on Marbach as for Jamie theyll provide service youll never regret or forget. But for Jack Baumann sir please refrain from doing what your doing people work hard for their money.

Don’t waste your time and money at this place

They can never tell you the exact time or date to pick-up a vehicle they just have all cars parked and no one works on them you have to call them every hour to make sure that they are trying to work on your car.
