I made appointments for estimate my car.the girls receptionist book me Wednesday morning and I came to Wednesday morning the girls front desk said my appointment was book for Thursday and I think theyre some how appointments sometimes Jams up then I show up next Thursday morning the girl were book my appointment said they was canceled my appointment she said she was call left message but they should call ahead of time,these girls wasting mytime canceled. The front desk is unprofessional, never smiles, rude, the company should not keep these girls working like this
Quick and easy to set an appointment. I had damages to my front bumper and I am so impressed with their work. It’s like it never even happened. Once taken in, Derek took good care of me and explained costs, repair time etc. He was also very good at keeping me updated on a timeline of repairs as well as when extra parts needed to be ordered. What makes this collision center a 5/5 is their attention to detail and the completary cleaning of my vehcile! That was a neat surprise. I couldn’t have picked a better place.

Avoid this place like the plague. It took them 5 months to repair my car. And it wasnt any extreme damage. They want you to sign off before seeing and inspecting your vehicle. My bumper was hanging way down on one side, and they wanted me drive it home (40 miles) and make an appointment to bring it back. To top it off, my radar detector had been stolen. Tell everyone--DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my BMW 3series to gun after a hailstorm. It was really really beat up. I almost thought they would total my car, but they decided to fix it. Gunn did the most amazing job I could’ve ever expected! Justine Robledo was fantastic, she kept me informed throughout the repair with regular updates. The repairs were good but they failed to fill out the correct paperwork for my insurance causing me to be charged $1400 for a rental. My insurance company cant fix the situation and reimburse me until they hear back from Gunn. Weve been calling and leaving messages with no response for almost a week. And meanwhile Im having to foot a $1400 bill for Gunns lack of customer service 2 days before Christmas.

She took time to listen to what I needed with my car, figured out some good solutions for the repairs, and gave a fair quote.My car was repaired in a timely manner and came back to me correctly repaired. Having only been involved in an auto accident once before, I was very out of my depth on the process of getting my car repaired. Im glad to say my experience with Gunn Collision Center far exceeded any expectations I had. All of the staff I spoke with were courteous and quite accommodating. They literally took care of everything, from working with the insurance to ensure the best replacement parts were used to helping me set up a rental car through the partnered Gunn dealership. However, I think what I appreciated most were the periodic updates from Maverick on status of repairs throughout the time my car was in the shop. By far one of the most stress free experiences Ive had in dealing with vehicle repair. If Im ever in need of any body repair again, Ill definitely be calling these fine folks first!

My car wasnt fixed to my expectations. It wasnt painted or sealed correctly and they didnt fix the camera and was blurry. I had to leave the car there and it took them 2 extra days or so. The rep wasnt very nice, he said I cant expect it to be like a new car. Well, I wanted it to be sealed and painted so it looks presentable. Then they tried to charge me extra for rental car since I had to leave my car there and after a few phone calls they took care of it. Not happy with the service or the work they provided.

They have a contract with a towing company that automatically sends your car there regardless of where you ask them to send it. My seventy five year old mother was in an accident and asked the towing company to take it somewhere else. They sent it there regardless. Then she was told that she had to pay a 300 dollar processing fee for having her car somewhere she didnt ask for when she never gave them permission to process it in the first place. Plus 20 dollars a day in storage for when she was in the hospital being treated
They got started pretty quick well for me but they keep on contact with us and they are really good
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! It took a whole month to fix my car. When I came to pick up my car, paint job looked like some 5 yr old painted it, and my side/back camera monitor wasnt fixed.It took them 5 days to fix those issue and they tried to charge me for the rental car even though it was their fault not getting it fixed correctly in the first place. My right side came is still not fixed and they wont do anything about it.Later I found out they didnt put bolts in the backseat so it wouldnt stay open. When I came back to fix the issue, they didnt even apology. They just said someone forgot to put it in. Its obviously their fault and didnt bother to apologize for the inconvenience.These people are just not professional and dont know how to take care of their customers. I came here 3 times and left UNHAPPY ALL THREE TIMES.
The staff was amazing. I dropped off my car off on Friday and it was ready by the following Wednesday. Due to issues with insurance, I wasnt able to pick it up until the following week. During that time they went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue with the insurance. Thank you for everything.
Had my Camaro repaired there for a simple bumper cover replacement and painting. What was supposed to take 3 days took almost 2 weeks! Thankfully I had a nice rental car, because the paint guy couldnt seem to paint match. He went through 2 different bumpers before finally getting it right. They also managed to get a screw stuck in my tire! If you must take your car here due to your insurance, inspect your car thoroughly before turning in your rental. Luckily, they paid for all rental charges for the hassle, otherwise they would have 1 star.
Justine, who helped me throughout the process, greeted me with AMAZING customer service as soon as I walked in the door. After explaining why I was there she immediately called her manager Phil, who then took my car in without an appointment and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, Now that’s what I call customer service. I highly recommend Gunn Collision Center on the Northwest side.

Few months back I repaired my car over there. The manager was so helpful. Though I had to go there for 3 times as there were some problem in the first two times. But I never paid anything from my pocket, even they paid for my car rental. Also you can drop the rental car at their place, Enterprise will pick it up.
No place to park for customers. They dont seem to care about this inconvenience.

Beware! Do not take your vehicle here.My wife hit a deer back in December and we took her brand new Acura to Gunn collision to be repaired. It took two weeks and we hit our SUV back; however the next day I noticed a lost of craftsmanship issues. We took our SUV back and they try to repair there mistakes; gaps, panels misaligned, paint peeling and many more issues.Gunn Collision “repaired” their mistakes after two weeks. After a few days the bumper cover started to come off. Took it back for a second time for them to repair the bumper. Got the car back but a week later there were gaps between the headlights and bumper; to the point you could see the ground. Back to Gunn to repair their shady craftsmanship.And now the bumper cover has gaps again between the headlights on both sides and is loose.Be aware of this place.
The service from the day I checked my car in for repair until I picked it up was amazing. They took are of all details with my insurance company to getting my loaner car back. Chris was the service rep who was in charge of my account and I could not have been more pleased his his courtesy and professionalism.
I sent my truck to get worked on here, it took about 4 months to get back, only to find a lot of little things Ive been fixing myself because I dont wanna have to wait another long time to get it back. The body work was decent but noticed on my tailgate they didnt put the stone guard underneath the rim of the tailgate on the left side, my gas tank was hanging by one strap for a while, bunch of screws are missing and some even stripped, and my bumper has been not flush with my vehicle since I got it back only to find out that the bracket on the left side that holds the number to the fender, they didnt straighten it back out, so Ive been fiddling with it for months to get it straight and I finally got it to where its OK now. On another note they have no courtesy on brand new vehicles because my front bumper was all scraped up and I found a scratch on my door that wasnt originally there and addressed it to them. I was told my truck was gonna be well taken care of but I went through 3 different managers because for some reason they kept getting fired
I worked with Reggie Rainey. He did a great job of keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. He also gave me a lot of good information on working with insurance. Gunn did a great job on the repairs. I would recommend Gunn as well as use them again, should the need arise.

I had a very bad experience with Gunn Collision.I went in so they can fix my car .My car had hail damage .After they gave me the car back I had to go back to the dealership which is next door because my car wasn’t opening or closing from the back, it was making a loud noise .They thought it needed a new motor but it didn’t .The collision center wired it wrong and Gunn Acura dealership had to fix their mess .Gun Acura had to get the collision center to pay for it which they did not want to do .I took my car home and let them deal with it .I since have had to take my car back because the sun visor fell out of the socket and we could not put it back . The collision center did this since they had to take the liner of my vehicle off to fix the hail damage .I took it to the dealership sic with is still on warrant and they fixed it and I took it home .Now the other sun visor fell off .I don’t recommend this place to anyone, please don’t go there .While I was there there were 2 customers that came back with complaints .Montes
I had been on a waiting list for just over a year to get hail damage repair with a local well known body repair shop. After being told it would not be until the end of the year to get in, I contacted Gunn Collision Center. I was contacted the next day by customer service manager, Reggie Rainey. He had my car in the shop a week later and all repairs were completed in a months time! Reggie was very helpful through the whole process, explained everything to expect from the beginning and kept me up to date on the progress with weekly phone calls. They handled any additional dealings directly with my insurance company. My experience with Gunn has been exceptional and I appreciate all Reggie did to get me in and out as soon as he could and my car looks GREAT!! Thank you, Reggie and thank you Gunn!!

Hands down the worst business Ive ever dealt with. Called today to confirm my appointment to drop off my vehicle for collision repair for next week. I made this appointment 3 months ago. They had no idea who I was because no one had input my appointment or records into their system. They had no clue what was happening and blamed everything on a full workload. Simply horrible, horrible, horrible. When you call, the front desk girl can do nothing except transfer calls and all transfers go straight to voicemail. Ive had enough. I called Service King, who picked up the call already with my name at hand. Service King set me up with an appointment and I received a confirmation within minutes. My suggestion is to avoid Gunn Collision if your expectations involve anything meager like having your appointment actually recorded. How is this company even in business?

This place is horrible. It you came here to get a vehicle repaired after an accident do yourself a favor and go to caliber collision. If your agent is named Justine Robledo ask for someone else or go somewhere else. 5 times i had to come here to pick up my vehicle and everytime something was missed or wrong. 1st time they missed an entire rear dent on the driver side. 2nd time the guy who does the refinishing on the rims made it gunmetal grey when the rest are silver. And no one NOTICED till i told them. 3rd time driver side molding was not repainted. 4th time driver mirror still had damage. 5th time noticed new dents on passenger side. This place is horrible and the employees dont care about you or the work they do. Picked up my vehicle and did not want them to touch it again. I guess its to difficult to pick up a phone and ask some question. The just assume and hope you dont notice.

The worst experience and collision center I know. Elizabeth and Ram rodriguez never kept me updated on my vehicle repairs. I’m 200 miles away and had to be going and coming because there was always and excuse of why my vehicle wasn’t ready. They have the worst customer service. Not professional at all. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. After almost 8 months and my car isn’t repaired properly yet.
I took my car in with an insurance claim. To fit my schedule, I had to wait two weeks to get an estimate. Once my estimate appointment was completed (less than 30 minutes), Reggie completed the paperwork and submitted it to the other insurance company in 24 hours. My car was in the shop the next week. Communication was top notch. I received updates about my car and insurance details as soon as it came available. My car looks brand new! Hopefully, I wont need to return. If I do, I will choose Gunn Collison and will highly recommend them.

I brought my XF in for collision repair early January 2013. I got car back with repaired wheels but the clear coat was cracking the day I picked it up. They told me they would fix it and call me when a loaner car was ready. March rolls around and no call. I also noticed that the paint on the hood and bumper was coming off so I brought it back for them to fix. The manager said when my hood was reinstalled the hood stops were set too low and the hood was bouncing off the bumper. It also cracked the light housing. Today I got a call that they determined the damage was there before the original accident. Impossible because they resprayed the hood with clear coat and the paint peeling is through the clear coat they put on. Also I know my car inside and out and that damage was never their. It is very disturbing when the manager says one thing and then they call you back with a completely different fabrication the next day.
Car repair price is very high, we cannot image. Craftsmanship/ quality seems to be good, need to wait and watch as I just got my vehicle. So far it’s good . Time they take to finish project is too high, get ready to wait and always better to have rental car coverage on insurance. Service is ok. At time of car delivery I felt car business is so costly and maintaining . Always they have less people at work. Well it’s your problem for that you charge higher price which is not fair. Finally three things - always better to have dash cam for piece of mind, look for bad drivers on road ahead of time, post car accident phase is very tough so be ready! Lot of money is involved.
These people is a joke in business. Bring my car here because i thought is better peace of mind but HELL no. My first experience is this estimator name Reggie Rainey, i cant get him to shut up and this is early in the morning. He keep on rambling about things, policies, blah blah blah. Basically he keep on repeating himself and when you talk, he just jump in and start talking some more. Then, i calls to ask question, he never answer. Left message, never respond. Then i talk to the manager about him, then he finally call me back. And now over to the manager name Ramiro Rodriguez, he say he will call me to update on my car and nothing. I have to call and call and call. Even the receptionist cant even get a simple task right, i ask her to ask them to call me. get what? she call me back instead of them and say that she talk to them for me. I was like, what? I need to them to call me, not she talking to them. What a mess and that is just part of the whole thing.
AVOID THIS PLACE!! My car has been there for 2 weeks after a collision and it still hasn’t even been seen! My agent has been over there and has made multiple calls and attempts to have them put it on a lift, but they have refused repeatedly to have the car looked at, saying that they can’t commit a lift to my car! We wanted to have it moved, but they want to charge 500 for storage fees when we called after that first week, but my agent said they won’t pay out for that since they haven’t even touched the car. This is going into week three and I cannot begin to convey how frustrating this whole situation has become. Mind you, I’m still paying for my car and having to negotiate rides with family and friends just to get anywhere I need to be. AVOID THIS PLACE!! SERIOUSLY, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I got t-boned a few years ago and took my car to miracle paint and body and it just was the biggest pain ever. I got hit on the same side a few months ago and decided to take it where I bought my car and other than the delay with the insurance company my car was fixed quickly. Chris Haas was my costumer service rep and he made sure everything was taken care for me along with helping me fight with the insurance company. Overall I will defiantly go back it was in out in a week and a half. Only one day delay but no major issues! Thank you Gunn

With two kids it is a like a nightmare leaving with no car. And insurance doesn’t want to pay for the rentals anymore. They just blames them to working very slow...
Gunn had my vehicle for 6 weeks and the communication was TERRIBLE. They never contacted us about any changes they wanted to do, they never would do first contact communication, they gave us the run around for 5 weeks until our insurance stopped paying for a rental and it was on them to pay for it - all of a sudden my vehicle got fixed on 5 days and handed over. I will NEVER recommend Gunn Northwest to ANYONE - I will warn EVERYONE not to go there!
I came in with an unknown amount of damage after having hit a pothole the day prior. Gunn Honda wasnt able to do anything for me, so they referred me to their main body shop. After explaining what had happened, Gunn Collision identified and fixed the issue (which thankfully turned out to just be very minor) in just a few minutes for FREE! They didnt have to go out of their way to do that. It gave me peace of mind, prevented a potential huge headache, and of course saved my wallet! Theyre also a USAA shop, so thats a huge plus! Of course I hope my car wont need any collision repair in the future, but if it does Ill definitely be going here.
USAA shop and great service. Never any issues. Friendly service. Even drove my possessions in my wrecked car to my house!
