I have had a wonderful experience with NorthEast Customs . I am so grateful to have ever been introduced to such wonderful, respectful and friendly staff! First thing when I got there I thought they are probably laughing at me and why I came there because I have a lancer that needed repair and the lot had corvettes, and all kinds of custom cars everywhere. But I got treated like I owned a custom car .! Mr . Bobby you are truly a blessing . Sometimes it takes someone from the outside to just let you know that hey youre doing just fine . My ac is doing so well I wear a sweater lol please thank entire staff .

Took almost 6 months to get my car back missing bolts,lazy body work damaged my tint,paint is cracking on bumpers And burnt my paint when buffing.I took the car back and was told they wouldn’t honor the life time guarantee don’t go here this shop is trash. My car wasn’t even repaired properly.

Have taken two of my vehicles to them. Last one was an engine swap for my 2015 mazda. Reasonable price, kept me informed car runs like new. Will always return back and recommend them

Fernando was very helpful when my 370Z Nismo was there due to a blown off 4x4 tire on the road that I hit. My car is Pearl White with custom Pearl Black and Pearl Red accents. The body and paint work are perfect matches to what was there already. Bottom line you can’t even tell it was in an accident. The communication is very good as well. You can tell they take pride in their work as they called me to go inspect the progress to make sure I was happy. I recommend them to anyone wether you’ve got a “stock” car or custom like mine. You won’t be disappointed with the work.

My truck came out beautiful. I added some custom parts and everything was installed perfect and exactly as I pictured. The estimator negotiated everything with the insurance company and kept me updated with what was going on.

Abraham at Northeast Customs is AMAZING! He has taken care of me multiple times and just recently fixed a horrible situation created by another shop (Bring Your Own Parts on 281). He will take care of you and do everything he can to make sure you are happy and your car is in the best condition it can be in.

Do yourself a favor & take your vehicle somewhere else. Took them over 3 months to fix my car. They never picked up the phone & they lied about working on my car when it was obviously sitting at the back for that long period of time. When I got my car back it was still dented, wind shield was not placed correctly, my back lights werent working & they scratched the interior. I wouldnt go back to this place even if it was the last one in San Antonio.

Now this place did a great job as far as quality work my car not only was fixed it was so clean when I picked it up. I wish I could have given them a five; however the price I was charged was pretty out there. $1500 to replace my hood and a very small portion of the side panel. I understand its a business but when youre 99.9% sure they got your hood from pick n pull for sixty bucks because you called yourself to try going an affordable route being a baller on a budget n alll..... not to mention before they ordered anything you do ask if you could bring your own part and they were supposed to ask and call you back but never do. Yeah its pretty uneasy when you show up ask for the itemized bill and realize they are lying straight to your face. I did everything possible to try and save money because I couldnt afford it and i knew one of the employees so he sent me a pic of my cars progress aka before it was painted and low and behold my hood is the same color I had called and got the the info from pick n pull the day before 🤦. When I showed up when they called to tell me it was ready they couldnt provide me with a copy at least of the receipt where they purchased my hood that showed up on my itemized bill as $300 😵 Because the secretary didnt do call scan it to put in my folder and she just left out of town and no no one had the key to those files not even owner 🤥.

I’ve bought multiple cars to these guys, whether it’s for body repair or routine maintenance to performance mods for my race car, these guys are honest and work hard to provide very high quality work and service. I highly recommend northeast customs.

The NEC team didn’t take long at all to get to work on my vehicle! Super friendly and they updated me through the entire process over the phone and on social media by sending me photos of my car. The end result is phenomenal considering I could barely stand to look at my driver’s side paint being scratched by key marks. It’s almost as if the deep scratches weren’t ever there! Northeast Customs should be the first shop to come to mind when looking for repairs considering their high quality of work. No job is too big or small for them to handle. Once again, I couldn’t be more happier or relieved by the end result. Huge thanks to the entire NEC team for being welcoming and taking care of my car!

Had the worst experience with Fernando and Abraham. a 2018 brand new tundra was dropped off to them due to an accident that took place November 2018. The repair was simple it was a front bumper end cap and some brackets. After my vehicle was in the shop for a week I decided to call the dealership to see the status of my parts and the parts weren’t even ordered, when I was told by Fernando that he had already ordered them. the shop had a good reputation for installing custom parts so I decided to ask for some custom work as well. The work has been taken back to them again and again because the work that has been done to the vehicle is unacceptable. The first time I received the vehicle the hardware that held my fender liner was missing. Second time I was promised that I was going to get updated about my vehicle yet Fernando was too busy to contact me, after I specifically told him I needed to know the status because that is my only vehicle to drive. I had to call him multiple times in the end I was left to figure it out how to get transportation ( they took longer time than insurance would cover a rental). When I FINALLY received my truck back, the issues of missing hardware and poor quality work were still there. I ended up speaking with the owner Abraham and he reassured me that everything was going to be taken care of. I was notified I would be contacted after the holidays to repair the work that is STILL not repaired on my truck and no one contacted me so I decided to call and spoke to Abraham. Nothing has been done yet, I’m hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I took my Charger Scat Pack to have the front bumper refinished to get rid of rock ships and a few other troubled areas. Honestly I was worried to hand my car over to anyone due to B5 blue not being the easiest color to spray and match (from what Im told). However NEC knocked it out in a matter of a few days and it looks factory fresh. If/when I have other paint work to be done Ill be heading there for sure

Awesome job done on my husbands 2014 dodge avenger...My mom said the job was so good she would stand across highway holding a sign to inform people of their great work...I also found a zip lock bag full of dollars and change they found in car in the console honesty working guys...

Overall the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while, Fernando and Alex took me in right away knowing that the car was my daily, kept me updated in the stages of repair of my Camaro, I made a few changes and got a brand new ZL1 bumper and got the part right away and stayed on scheduled. I would love to thank the team at N.E.C for everything and making the process of my vehicle getting repaired so easily and this will be the only place where I will take my vehicles Incase of any body damage or body modification work...again thank you so much

I just got my vehicle from NEC, and I have never been happier. The quality and timing of the work was perfect! On top of that, their communication was excellent as well. Thank you to Abe and JR, it is always a bit nerve wrecking but they provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. No doubt I will be coming back here if needed, and I would not hesitate to recommend NEC to my friends and family. I will no doubt be back, hopefully purely for customizations! Every member of their staff was knowledgeable, and I was never afraid to ask if I had any questions or concerns. They will treat you right at NEC, you will walk out with no complaints, I guarantee! 10/10!

Customer service is evidently not a priority. my race car was left outside of the shop after two months of waiting to take it to abraham. my car was left outside thru several heavy rains. i picked it back with dents and rust on high dollar parts. would not recommend going there

Read REVIEWS before taking your car or truck here or just take it to any other body shop like COLLISION PROS on nacogdoches. they do QA/QC BEFORE CALLING YOU AND TELL YOU IT READY. NEC did not do any QA/QC and told me it was ready twice. Ted told me three week to get it done. the job took a little over a week. NEC use bondo and TED told me it well look like new. NEC left bondo rings all over truck and bondo scratches at roof line. broke all the clips that hold the weather strip. i open all the doors and the weather strip was falling off used double sided tape to FIX IT also left paint on wind sheld used paint thinner to clean paint off around windows and took off rubber from seals around windows on passenger side doors and broke clips that hold trim for passenger side mirror and used double sided tape to hold it on also. when NEC sanded the clear coat they let the water stain my seats. I had to take it back to make them change the hood like it should have been done and replace all the broke clips and clean the inside and installed decals on my bed. so that took two more weeks and still was not ready after ted told it was ready. they did tell me they would make it right and clean the inside. there guy never had time to do it at there shop or doing on my time like ted told me or even call me. they installed decals had to take one off because they mess it up and put the other one on uneven. it took them two more weeks and i had to call about decal. just pick up the other decal today ill it put it my self and now i have to pay to have my seats and carpet cleaned. so if dont care how your car or truck comes out take it there. reviews before dealing with them.

28Jan2019,I go to this place and ask for a price to set the lash and rockers on a 5.3 engine.fella at the desk tells me “ his mechanics aren’t good at camshafts and setting rockers”. Purely laughable considering there were close to 10 corvettes in the shop. The shop name is customs and performance... you telling me all y’all do it change oil and swap brakes?Then refers me to a shop down the street that’s 1 been closed permanently2 was never located on this sound of townNext time just say we’re busy
