I took my car in for an estimate after making an appointment on my car insurance app. For whatever reason, the APP appointment did not get put on their system, but they honored the appointment which was very nice of them.The real shoutout goes to the gentleman who helped me with my estimate. He went above and beyond and helped put my rear bumper back on best he could before I drove off the lot. Superb customer service and kindness. I will be returning to this location for my repairs.

Posting right after picking up my car but so far super impressed. They fixed the body damage to where its like the car never got hit, provided lifetime warranty on the work, did a walk thru at pick up, everything went very smoothly between them, Geico and us. To top it off, the car was cleaned! And as a bonus, they put an lollipops in the car 🍭 Id definitely go back.

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee down to My Collision Center on Perin Beitel for some body work and painting over time for various things. They have done absolutely amazing work on our Jeep! At one point we had hit a pole and really damaged the driver side door, and after we had them work on it the door looked better than new and you could never guess there was any damage at all. The work is very high quality for a very fair price and they worked amazingly with our time frame. My experience was excellent, I was nervous on where I should take my new truck to get fixed after someone hit me and I am without a doubt happy with the care my truck received, the repairs were done fairly quick and when finished, I could not tell the truck had been in any accident. It actually looked better than before because they got some of the old scratches out as well from having to repaint most of the side of truck. The paint matched perfectly and the body work is perfect. Howard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like he truly cared about my truck as much as I do, I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I will choose the same shop and ask for howard. Howard was the first person I met when I brought my car in for repairs. he was very thorough, professional and courteous. Found additional damage to the front end I had not seen. Howard took care of everything from start to finish. He notified me when the car would be ready, and due to holiday season and New Year, there was some drawbacks, but perfectly understandable. As far was work being performed, It was excellent. Feel like I got a new car all over again. The entire process, from dropping off the car to getting it back repaired, was a breeze. This was the best experience at a collision place Ive ever had! My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule, and it looked fabulous. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in.Inside the business was very clean and organized. The staff were very professional, polite, and nice. Very impressed that they always kept me informed about the progress of the repair. I didnt have to call them, they called me often.

Nice people but they took a long time and it still wasn’t exact. It took a month for them to replace my rear bumper after they got 3 wrong ones. The right one is good and paint match was okay but they put on the wrong rear diffuser so I have to order a new one still for that.

My truck and a dent and scraps due to accident. Took it in and all I can say is WOW!! My baby is good as new damage never happen. Great customer service texted with updates. Highly recommend them.

They replaced the damaged fender quickly. Some new damage and misalignment of parts was apparent that was not there before, but I wanted my car back ASAP so I didnt bother to haggle them about it. They also cleaned up the interior a bit which was nice.Just for reference The issues upon receiving the repaired vehicle were:Trim along the windows popping out not seated properly. Some trim was also damaged. The front bumper was pinching against the body rubbing the paint off in a corner and was angled up like it had been in a front end collision which my car was not. The front bumper did not align with the fender well on either side. They used generic fender well replacement parts and the fit was rough but acceptable. However the plastic push retainers had little to no holding power and were already showing signs of falling out before I even drove the car home.While I could have done the work myself. Im not sure I would have been able to do it as quickly nor would it help satisfy any legal requirement that might arise between all parties.Im overall happy having my car back and will double over their work to fix the issues where I can. Hopefully I wont be in another accident. If I am Id consider using them again but will be more keen on getting near perfect fit and finish before accepting the vehicle back.

I was completely amazed at how quickly the turnaround was. The owner, Mario Ruiz is a Community leader and he makes sure his staff gives that same level servility for each customer. The staff was completely comprehensive in their approach, I received continuous updates throughout the process, and you are treated like family every step of the way. Being in a wreck is am unfortunate circumstance, but going with My Collision made this situation positively memorable.

After I was able to pay what I could I was impressed with the work done, at first.I wasnt able to pay for three months but when I did pay they said the work would take 2 weeks it took three after me constantly calling. That was no big deal. when I got my car back they had not included one of the fog lights in the estimate. Again something minor I looked past because they did give me a huge discount. When I arrived my tail light was busted. Which I thought would also be taken care of. No big deal again little things I looked past. But as Im driving my car I notice pieces of my car are falling off!! Thats a big deal I paid for the labor to put it together not halfway put it together not to mention that the labor was half the price. Along with pieces of my car falling off the water tank that was busted was just put back into place with the same hole in it. Not to mention my seat belts are locked. Shortly after getting my car back in exchange for the discount he MADE me write a good review. Most of the stuff u read, the good reviews are probably not real or exaggerated for the sake of the company.

They did a very good job on the repair and time plus the crew was very nice, but I did have a problem there was a crack on the windshield that wasn’t there before and I tried to tell them that and they tried rolling it off as if a rock had it it prior to being in the shop but when further investigation on the damage I had come to find out it was because of one if their guys hit the side of the window. I didn’t like how I had to defend myself when they had pictures that didn’t show the crack before I left it and tried blaming it on a rock. They did get it fix but that still didn’t feel right that I had to investigate the situation myself and convince them it was because it their tech.

These guys went above and beyond when it came to my recent collision, taking care of all the dings and dents from years of weather and wear & tear, that once I got my car back, it felt like the first time ever driving it again. Will definitely go back if I ever need service again!

Had an EXCELLENT experience with everyone I worked with at this location. I was recommended here through Geico, who had a representative on site to assist. Horrible experience, I was guaranteed communication which I did not get. Charlotte was rude and treated me as is if the work on my car and my time was worthless! We had our vehicle repaired at My Collision Center and they did a great job. The work was done early and very well done. When we picked up pur car my wife noticed a scratch on the door and they took the car back to quickly buff it and touch it up. That is great service in my book.

They fixed my fender within a day of the estimate & were great and efficient to get me in and out when I picked up my car ... unfortunately, when I hopped in my car to drive off, a part from inside the car was laying on the passenger floorboard. They weren’t even supposed to be messing with anything inside! When I pointed it out, they tried to convince me the part wasn’t from my car ... so when I asked them where my part was (since it was missing) they belittled me making me think I might be crazy, but a part was missing from inside the car! After almost an hour back & forth, one of the nice techs popped it back in, sure enough I was right! After getting home, I found another plastic part on the floorboard that looks like it might be part of the locking mechanism of the door ... I’m waiting to hear back from the damage adjuster to find out if and why they took my door apart & if they forgot to put a piece back in 🤯

Here by chance because I opted to go with the recommend shop that the liable insurance company was paying for. Very detail oriented and informative. This shop takes great pride in their work and it shows. Coordinated rental car pick up also. When I went to pick uo my vehicle, I was shockedm not only was the work itself immaculate, they CLEANED by car, even the rims. Wow! If ever in need otherwise, Id go here. Repairs were quick and expertly executed. Great communication through all steps of the process. Very pleased. This was my first visit after going around to three other body shops. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone. I worked with Bobby who went outside with me to take a look at my car. I had tan into a gate and I some minor scratched and some paint rub and my door was creaking. It was nothing major and everywhere I went to get an estimate was trying to charge me a good old 3k. Bobby was super kind and attentative and ask me what was my main concern cause sometimes people be doing too much and you just wanna get the main stuff fix. He fixed the stuff that I wanted and didnt try to add on extra stuff or fix stuff that is not gonna kill you if It a not fixed. Which I appreciate because Im ballin on a tight budget. I like that he listened. He didnt let me walk out with my car looking like who shot John or just plain raggedy.

So far it is a great experience. Just did car drop off. Will rate again at completion of repairs

My repair was scheduled for 7 days. They finished the work in one day. The crew was amazingly friendly and courteous. Kept me update on my vehicles repairs and the finished result was amazing high recommend them if you need any repairs done.

I recently took my car to be repaired here at My Collision center after my accident and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly nice and understanding. I had a great experience with this establishment. They did great work. From start to finish everything went smooth and they exceeded my expectations which is not normal when dealing with shops. I have 20 years plus experience in dealing with body shops. Hector (who was excellent) assessed the damage and gave me a fair estimate. The work was great and finished even quicker then quoted. I would recommend this shop to anyone who plans on footing the bill out of pocket or for anyone using insurance due to there 50% off insurance deductible reimbursement.

This place on Perrin Beitel is as ghetto as it looks. Gabriel Segovia is as shady as they come. He reminds me of a used car salesman. He took over a month to get the car fixed and he kept saying next week it would be ready. When we finally picked up the car, it did not want to turn on. It turns out it was the battery which we had to replace at our own expense. He said he was not doing anything else with the car. Once we got it running, the car putters down the road. It does not want to pick up speed and it shifts really hard. The car did not perform this way before the accident. Keep in mind, my insurance paid for this. I will definitely be calling my insurance and screaming fraud. I got screwed without any KY Jelly!!

I got bumped and this is where geico sent me to get it patched up. My carr looked so good I couldnt find a single flaw and they called every other day to update me on what they were doing and where they were in the process. Fast work, excellent staff and super duper attentive to anything you might need or want. Their warranties and guarantees on their work make it less nerve wracking to drive away after all is said and done.
