In June my 2015 Porsche Panamera was sent to Dents & Dings by Auto Republic for paintless dent repair from the recent hail storm. Got my vehicle back and they cracked the trunk panel on both sides where they had taken my rear lights off!!! They tried to patch it up, but never mentioned it to me or Auto Republic.

I love the professional, honest, and friendly service I received from this companys staff such as, Sandy and Samantha. I received great service that went above and beyond all others. For example, Samantha provided me a ride to the car rental service and she also climbed onto the back of my truck to place the covers over the holes of my bed liner to protect it from the rain. Also, Sandy gave me a ladder to get up on the back of my truck to view the roof top to see that they successful removed the dents. In addition, their technicians done a wonderful job removing the hail storm damaged from my truck. It looks brand new. I dropped off my car and Sandy personally gave me a ride home as well as picked me up when my car was ready. She made my visit amazing. She was very kind, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. And to make my experience even more amazing the work they did was fabulous. It took a less time then they had originally advised and there is zero evidence of the hail damage to my car. Definitely give this place a million stars. And they are truly blessed and fortunate to have Sandy in the front working with their customers. Awesome experience from start to finish. Even when we visited a few days prior to get an estimate the customer service was amazing. The estimate did not increase at time of service. In fact it was cheaper. Wishing I could give more than five stars.

Wow! I’m so happy I decided to come here! I had several dents I thought were not fixable without paying an arm and a leg. I had been to several other shops for quotes before coming here. When I arrived Sam immediately started creating a quote and explained the process. Jeff the technician then looked over everything and gave me a great deal. The work was completed the same day and I didn’t even recognize my car, it was like it came from the factory! I made an appointment with Sandy, who was very nice and provided me all the details I needed. I brought my Tundra in and picked it up within the time they stated. When I picked it up, I met the owner who provided excellent customer service, and the work was quality. Highly recommend this place for any dent repairs.

The staff were friendly and polite but what didnt make sense is that they never called back to tell us if was a problem with insurance approving to play claim. Called insurance and they said they would reach out to them but still no response.

They did a great job on a couple nasty door dings i hadin my driver side door. They were very good and timely as i waited to have it done. There customer service is awesome. Will be back to have 1 more ding taken out soon. Thank Yall

My experience with dents & dings was very professional, from the tech coming to view the dent explaining what would take place and cost. He assured me that it could be done, and it was. Looked good as new. All the way to collecting payment, Samantha (collecting cashier) had a bubbly attitude and just made it enjoyable. Asked how everything was and just an all around awesome experience. Highly recommended!

The service was fast, the technician knew a lot about the process and answered questions. This particular technician had 10 years experience and during the process, kept me updated. I tried to remove my ding myself but made it more complicated to fix, thank goodness for these guys. The price was reasonable, and was able to price match competitors, which is a smart thing to do in this market. The waiting room was decent and provided bottle waters. I would return again, the car looked flawless in the end.

The office staff was phenomenal. Brandy and Sandy especially were helpful in working with my insurance company to get the repairs approved. They even gave me a ride to the rental car company. I will definitely use them again.

Thank you to all of the folks at dents and dings! My Tahoe was beat up badly by hail and they went above and beyond to make it look like new. Be prepared for your insurance company to delay the process. In other words, you might be in your rental car for longer than you expect. My insurance company covered up to 30 days and they had me in and out before then.

Fairly quick and expedited experience. They removed and buffed out nickel size dent that looked like it was scratched all in 30 minutes. Looks as though nothing had ever happened. Very professional staff. I was impressed.

This company is amazing. They have a super staff and their work is phenomenal. My family and I were completely overcome, as if we were on a game show and won $100,000. Really, that was the way we all felt when we got our car back after they repaired it. Our car was severely damaged by a hailstorm. Super fast and friendly service. My car was taken back within 5 minutes of arriving and I waited less than hour for it to be finished. Considering my dent was pretty deep, the results were amazing. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Did a fantastic job of getting our van back to normal after the April hailstorm. Worked with insurance flawlessly, and returned our vehicle within a week, looking as if nothing had ever happened to it. Truly incredible what they are able to do with PDR. Hope to never have to use their services again, but will certainly take my vehicles there if I do, and will gladly recommend them others.

They have done repairs on several of my vehicles and family members vehicles over the years. From my anual door ding removal to hail damage. Staff is very friendly and honest. They always let me know up front if they will not be able to remove the dent 100%. Even when they said it would be 90% I couldnt see it. I highly recommend them.

One of my neighbors fireworks projectile so happen to hit the roof of my vehicle while I was driving home on the 4th of July. I had a Dent protection plan that I had purchased so I wasnt too worried. I called them up and they told me Dents and Dings would be contacting me to work on my car. I was amazed at the fantastic job they did and how fast the job was done. The staff was very nice and they were even considerate enough to give me a lender vehicle while mine was getting repaired. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing dent repairs and I will surely use them in the future if, god forbid, I get more fireworks that land on my vehicle... Or any kind of objects causing dents.

Nothing but 5 stars from me, great shop, nice staff, they took care of my vehicle in no time. I was expecting them to keep the vehicle for a few days, instead, it only took them an hour! I had great experience using Dings & Dents twice. They pulled all 7 dents out on my Mini Cooper a year ago. I recently took another vehicle with dents along the roof rail. Dents on the rail are difficult to pull however they managed to get all dents out. I didnt have dent insurance this time around but their prices are very reasonable.

This operation is second to none, their focus on customer service puts them light-years ahead of the competition. Luke really took care of our vehicle in this very unfortunate time and I will definitely refer their services to everyone I know. Top notch crew.

Wonderful staff! I have used Dents & Dings since 2014 and the company has impeccable standards. All of the technicians are excellent, but my passion would be for Mr. Rick Takac to complete repairs. Rick is very compassionate and caring for your vehicle regardless of the vehicles age. I have taken a 2016 Maxima SV, 2004 Nissan Titan SE, and 2014 Nissan Altima SL (hail damage) to be repaired in 2014, and all vehicles were repaired and restored to the factory appearance. I took my 2004 Nissan Titan back today for additional repairs and the vehicle was repaired back to factory appearance! Great Job Rick, and Dents & Dings. WOW was I pleased with the results, my car looks like new plus the staff didn’t pressure me into doing anything extra to add to the cost which for the work done was an absolute steal. Subcontracted to this company by my dealership and probably the worst experience I have ever had dealing with having a small dent repaired.I was told by the staff they are open till 6pm, I made an appointment for 5:15pm. Due to construction I was running 10mins behind I called the office to let them know- no one answered so I called the person who texted me the address who works there. As soon as I pulled up I was notified everyone left early for the day because it was Friday. Incredibly unprofessional, waste of my time and was given no explanation or compensation. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, in fact this is the first review I have ever written because the service was that bad.UPDATE: Luke the owner of the company did reach out to me, was sincere in his apology of the situation. I truly do believe he was just as surprised as I was about the events on Friday.I really appreciated the phone call and the time he took to reach out. For that I am changing my rating from ONE star -to THREE.

Great Customer service and exceptional quality of work!!

If I could have rated this place a NEGATIVE star I WOULD! So back in April I experienced hail damage to my 2014 Dodge Charger. I got the damage appraised buy my insurance company, and was informed that I would need PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) to repair the damage. So I took my vehicle to Miracle Auto Body, despite they were not in my network (convenience reasons). Miracle Auto Body informed me that they do not perform PDR themselves but they outsource to DENTS & DINGS. Since they outsource the work, I inquired about the quality of service done by Dents & Dings and was solicited that they were Top of the line..., with 20ys of experience. Which in turn did not reflect in there service.Long story short, once my vehicle was repaired, my wife went to pick up the vehicle and did a walk around/inspection of the vehicle. All the dents were removed, I have no complaints about that. BUT There were a number of other discrepancy found; pieces of the exterior paneling we out of alignment, as well as hanging off. Interior pieces of my trunk and doors were MISSING, and my sunroof was off track. And these were just the initial findings. Luckily, after drawn out pursuit the Auto Body shop took responsibility for the deficiencies. This caused me to be without my vehicle for an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks.All-in-all, if you want the dents removed from your vehicle AND your car returned to you without missing parts and a bunch of other problems....DONT GO HERE!!
