We brought our car here after being rear ended with minor damage due to all of the good reviews it had on Google and Facebook. They did not disappoint. They did a quote for us to give to the insurance and once we had everything sorted with the insurance, we dropped it off on Monday and had it back in our possession on Wednesday afternoon. They caught everything that was damaged on the original estimate, and were very professional and quick. Now the car looks like new again and you would never know that it was damaged. We are very please and will use Master Match again in the event we ever have something happen again. Thank you guys for your quick and professional work.

WOW! Michael the owner will go out of his way to not just meet but exceed your expectations. My vehicle had 3 major wreck damages. Yet when I picked it up you could not see any traces of them. This place is amazing! I found them through the great reviews on google and am so glad I stopped by for a quote. My wife had a small dent in her Tesla model S and we got quotes from the approved Tesla collision center in town. The quote was for almost $5k! I knew there would be a “Tesla tax” but that was outrageous. Micheal and team provided an amazing service and spent the time to discuss the process with me and made me feel like a very valued customer, rather than a number. Their pricing was a fraction of the others and the work was outstanding. I’ve used other shops for various other paint and body work and have never been fully satisfied. With Master Match, I was completely satisfied by the workmanship. Great job, guys, I will be back! (Not planning for more damage but hopefully for a fun project)

Very late review. Sorry for not writing sooner.Master Match did a great job repairing my rear bumper after an accident back in 2018. You can tell in the sun that the paint is slightly off but so far its holding well and isnt really noticeable unless your paying attention. They saved me money and were just a day off the estimated repair time. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough good things about Master Match. I was in an accident while on my way home to Houston. From the very beginning Mike helped answer questions that insurance was extremely vague about. This was before they even had my car! Once they had my car, they made me aware of the progress every step of the way. Mike is amazing. He answered every call (believe me there were a lot and he didn’t make me feel like a bother) and when he didn’t answer he returned my call within an hour. If he didn’t have an answer at that moment he would be honest and say he’d find out. He was sure to call me by the end of the day even to say “I don’t have an answer but I’m working on it and I’ll call you in the morning”-and he would. I had updates from Mike before I heard from insurance. He made a very difficult event a lot easier to handle and I can’t thank him and his team enough for their quick work and overall greatness. If you’re in or around San Antonio, I highly recommend Master Match!

If I could rate this higher I would. The ladies and gentlemen were carding, thoughtful and did an outstanding job. They put up with a lot from our Insurance company who was totally useless. I feel they went above and beyond. They didnt have to release the car (pending updates from the insurance) but they didnt want us to have to pay more money on the rental (which insurance is supposed to reimburse for) out of pocket. I hope I dont need them in the future, but if I do, they will be my go to.

I hit a coyote and needed to replace my radiator, condenser, the frame for all of that, and the bumper. I was paying out of pocket for this and they were able to offer me an excellent price. The work took only a week and they did a great job, my car looked perfect when I got it back. Everyone I spoke to during this process was professional and informative. I hope I dont need work this extensive again anytime soon, but if I do, Id happily come back to Master Match. Thank you, guys!

I had relatively easy work. I lost a side mirror on a vw, and only needed a certafit mirror that i brought installed.They crushed the repair in a half hour, on the spot, for the quoted price (which was super reasonable), and everything works.Im friggin delighted. Will probably bring them more work.

I had a great experience with the team at Master Match. I searched body shops and Master Match had excellent reviews. I asked them to help me switch out some grill components on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, which required the bumper to be removed. The price for the work was great. The service and professionalism was even better. Very nice team!

I first took my wifes van in December of 2019 to fix the front bumper and replace the fender liners that were not done correctly from a different merchant. Master Match did a great job. There were a couple of other instances where I took the van back due to my bumping the front bumper on curbs and they have fixed the fender on the spot without a charge. I am really happy with their work and honesty. I hope I never need any major repairs, but if I do, I will not hesitate to take my vehicles to Master Match Collision.

Mike(owner) is a nice and honest guy. Better than fair prices, had them paint my hood with no body work and it turned out great. Turn around time was even better than I expected. I had another hood so I told them to take 2 weeks or as long as they needed and they had it out in just a few days. All the other employees were also professional and polite. Im the kinda guy that likes to watch when people do work on my car, and Ill help when they need it, I used to be a manager at a diesel mechanic shop, so I like to think I know my way around. They didnt mind at all, even let me into the shop when they were fitting my hood back on, as long as you stay out of thier way and be polite.

I had a side mirror replaced and painted. After all was said and done they ended up repainting my other mirror which had faded over time for no charge and washed my car! From start to finish they were very courteous and extremely accommodating. I was in a rough spot after that deer decided to run into my car and they not only gave me an awesome price but extraordinary service. I was involved in a front end collision. It was a big project since the entire front end was damage, air bags deployed, and the winds he was cracked. They were able to work miracles to rebuild and repair the vehicle. It drives like new. I had it inspected and registered the next day. I wasn’t charged a storage fee or any other fee on top of the quote I received. I am just so happy that I trusted them with the repair. They went above and beyond and I am confident in the work they have done.

I called 3 shops and they all tried to charge me $300 just to look at my car. I called this shop and they told me FREE estimates.. my car was so damaged in the front they couldn’t give me an estimate he told me he would rip the car apart for FREE so I could get an free estimate. After all the FREE hard work They only charged me $1060 best believe they UNDERCHARGED. I love this shop bc of them I could actually afford getting my car fixed. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR CAR BODY REPAIR . They’re so amazing I’m going back to get it painted... did I also say they’re giving me a discount bc I’m going back to them. 10/10❤️

By far the best body shop I’ve taken my highlander to! They were quick to get my truck worked on and have it together within just a couple of weeks. My truck had a lot of damage and Michael made sure to very efficient and timely on my vehicle. The employees were always very nice and Michael himself made sure he kept me updated and informed on the little details of my vehicle. I can easily see why they have a 5 star rating. I went to them because I had an insurance claim on pretty much the whole front end on my dodge journey after hitting a couple hogs and they took care of everything. They took me to pick up my rental and got me after I dropped it off, they were always super nice on the phone with me even though I called a ridiculous amount of times. And they are working with me on my ability to pay them after the work is already done and I have my vehicle back. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend them and thank them for everything, they did a great job you cant even tell I even hit anything.

While traveling cross country our car got broken into in San Antonio. We were going to be doing the last 8 hour drive home, Master Match told us to come in and they did a great job cleaning out the broken glass and crash wrapping the window!
