Took my vehicle to have some body work done after my truck was rear ended in a parking lot. Very professional I am very satisfied with the customer service and the work done on my truck.

I am a first time customer and I am thoroughly pleased with their attention to detail. I was also relieved that I was not given the run around on when my car would be ready. My car was ready on time. Overall I was very happy with their service and will definitely be returning if I ever need their services again.

I had an accident and this is where I brought my car for repair. They did an awesome job. My car drives beautifully, the body work looks fantastic, and they even washed and cleaned the interior of my car before I picked it up. We had an old, minor body repair needing to be done which they also fixed. They quoted me a very fair amount for the extra work but when they called to tell me it was ready the production manager threw the extra in for free. We couldnt be happier with them. I hope we are never in an accident again but if we are 911 Auto Centers is where well always come.

I took my car to 911 and they did an amazing job! I got in a car accident and my bumper and side doors were completely dented. It looks brand new. Not only did they fix my car 100% but they actually went the extra mile and detailed for me. They also finished a week before the expected time. This place is the best auto collision and repair center I’ve ever worked with! They were considerate, precise, and provided excellent customer service! The manager Rudy was sincere and kept to his word on timing and pricing of repairs. I took my vehicle there and not only did they fix the damage I initially took it in for, they took the liberty of fixing some hail dents I didn’t even know I had. They did this and didn’t even charge me for it. I had taken my vehicle to Caliber Collision previously and they damaged my vehicle by using a pressure washer too closely to my car and damaged the clear coat and refused to cover the entire damage, only partially. 911 Auto Center repaired the damage at an exceptional price and left my vehicle looking brand new! Not only did they do an excellent job repairing my vehicle, they detailed it and left it spotless inside and out! I am beyond thrilled with the results and will now be taking all our vehicles there from now on! Thank you Rudy and 911 Auto Centers!

Very happy on how my car repair came out. Car had a bent frame rail and a coolant leak. Rudy helped me out and was able to get the car looking great again. All of the edges are flush and neat. Only took a week to fix, witch is great considering the pandemic. Very professional and polite. Definitely recommend this shop and I will be returning here if I need to.

Amazing experience here after a horrific experience with another shop. They got my car and did the repairs that was still needed crazy fast and got it back to us 2 days earlier than the expected finish date. Very professional and super nice every time we talked. Will definitely use them again if need be and recommend them to friends and family.

They kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks, no communication on when I would get it. I only found out the 3 separate delays because I called them to see if my vehicle was ready on the dates they gave me... then delayed. This was also a insurance covered repair and after they forced us to pay for some of the costs out of pocket. Literally take your vehicles anywhere but here. It couldnt possibly be any worse anywhere else!!

Highly recommend this place. By far made me feel like I was getting the best price for the best work. Went to 5 different places finding prices from wayyy to low to be good work and wayyyy to high to even make sense. I was the victim of a hit n run three weeks ago and chose 911 Auto from my list of approved shops with my insurance company. I couldnt have been more pleased with my decision. Their communication was strong throughout the process, as well as keeping me up to date on the estimate/what parts would be replaced/thoroughly checked out (eg. back-up camera) and finished my vehicle four days ahead of schedule. They lined up the rental car for me and also provided feedback to the auto rental company for taking an hour to pick me up. Very dishonest, made damages to my vehicle. While at their shop. If state State Farm insurance recommends it. And you choose it take lots of pictures and make sure you walk the car with them. Great job repairing my Mazda CX5, which had been sideswiped and had driver door, front panel, tie rod and front headlight damage. They were open on Saturday so I could call and arrange to have the car towed there before they closed. They worked with my insurance company and had it ready only one day past when they initially said it would be completed. Paint looks really good and Ive been driving it for a month now with no issues. Thank you Rudy and Darlene!

My door was misaligned and fender was bent in a few places and caved in, they pulled the fender dents out perfectly and the door opens perfectly now, the body lines are perfect. Gave me a great price compared to other shops I got a quote from, and finished on time, will definitely return with any other repair needs and will recommend to family and friends

I do not recommend this place My family brought her car for hail damage repair, and her car a Mercedes Benz, was hit while car was on this shop, they never walked with her to take the pictures the day of the drop off, just tell her leave the key and we will take care of your car... day of the picked up, her car was damaged and now this shop is blaming her that she did bring the car like that!!.... 911 auto centers never took responsibility, 911 auto centers lie and her face and make her feel guilty and denied to pay for the demaged.... make sure if your insurance recommend this place 911 auto centers take videos and pictures before and after because this place is very dishonest and they will not take any responsibility.. The manager Darline was very rude

I got in a car accident on the way home after work on a Friday and had to get my car towed over there. They waited for me past their closing time for me to arrive with my car. They took excellent care of my baby and she came back looking like a brand new truck. They even gave her a bath, a very welcomed surprise! They were honest, friendly, and speedy with the repair. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place!

WHOM ever it may be,I am not sure why these people are in business. I had a very ugly experience there. I was there sometime ago and I could not believe how they actually rob you and work on your vehicle even before you tell them too. The staff and mechanics are pure rip offs. I was charged for a starter or alternator and had not authorized them to work on and even so I should have called the police for their non compliance. I will warn all that go there....please do not get any repairs there. I cant believe its still in business 2018 I hope they are closed soon, rip offs, dont dare go there. Call police if they threaten to work on your car even if you didnt give them permission and they argue you will have to pay... No way. You can have them work on car but to replace a part is not the same thats how they get you. Dont agree to have them written on your car unless they specifically ask you to replace a part which a lot of times they dont, and say they were under the assumption you said yes,.. Liars and unprofessional being con artists. Bbb checkout first.

Absolute garbage, from the customer service to the vehicle service. Swirls in repaints, uneven body panels, over priced labor considering how long theyll keep your vehicle, poor at returning calls with a complete answer, I wouldnt take another car there even for an oil change. Cant believe theyre still in business...
