Matt gave me a good estimate and timeline. When I was ready (about a month later), he took my car in right away and the work he did was excellent. He repaired dents, scratches and paint chipping. He was always very kind and professional. The work was done on budget and on time. I could not be happier.

I cant say enough good things about Loredo Paint and Body. This is a father and son owned business (George and Matt). I have used them for years. I was originally referred to them by my friends boss who had a luxury sports car. I figured if they did the paint and body work on his car then they must do good work. I was right. Not only do they do awesome work, they have always been able to accommodate me in regards to pricing and turn around time. After a city wide hail storm they where even able take in my car when other shops were turning me away. They offer great customer service too. I appreciate that they are friendly and very upfront about the costs. This is extremely important to me. I have never felt left in the dark or ignored. They are prompt to return calls and answer any questions or concerns that may arise when working with the difficult Insurance companies. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

It is difficult for me to imagine that the 1 and 2 star reviews are based on anything but misunderstandings, or possibly in rare cases, malice. The Loredo family runs a great shop. A family run business and they truly are the kings of auto body and paint. I have been dealing with George and his sons for 15 years. The first car he repaired for me was a black sports car that needed a new rear bumper (someone hit me from behind). 15 years later that bumper still shines like a mirror and looks absolutely perfect. No fading and no pitting... just pure perfection! You cant even tell they replaced it and everywhere I go people give me compliments on the car. These guys do incredible work. More importantly they are nice people and professionals that have treated me with respect. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they work quick! This is my second time coming back to Laredo. The body work I had done was made with quality parts. The customer service was great. Matt made everything easy for me. He talked with the adjuster for questions which saved me the hassle. Also, he called Enterprise to help get me a rental car which sped up the process. Great job!

I decided to give my 11 year old truck a lot of badly needed TLC. There were dents and scratches all over from years of work on the ranch. George gave me a fantastic price and did a fantastic job in only a week. It looked like new when he was done. I dont understand all of the negative comments on his rude personality and quality of work as that was not my experience at all. George was a perfectly nice guy.

I called in to ask about available times to get my car in for easy repairs after a hail storm. I knew that all of the local places would be swamped so I was totally ok with having to wait a couple of days before I could get my car in. The guy that answered the phone was incredibly rude. All I asked was when there was an available time to get my car in, his response was I know what youre trying to do but it dont work like that. He then continued to treat me like I was trying to con him or something. I cant believe anyone would want to go here if they received the same terrible service I did.

George Loredo has been is the body, paint, collison repair, and hot rod restoration for over 4 decades. His shop is known to deliver the best paint jobs in South Texas. George is a very friendly person, and his shop is like those mom and pop places with personal touch that we miss in todays corporate stores. George took my 2000 Ford F 350 Dually 7.3 diesel truck and put a late model front end and late model rear end (conversion) and he did an excellent job!Thank you George! Karl K

AWESOME JOB. George is a GREAT GUY!!!!Great Price, and done in 2 days. I hit a deer which cratered the right front hood, side Panel, and Head light. Now you cannot even tell it was damaged. They also fixed the back right, from when I backed into a pole. Cannot tell that it was damaged either.

Services was great, quick turn around from quote on my damages to getting the repair done. The lower score initially had be a bit worried, but a friend of mine recently used this business and the results were spectacular, and so were mine.

Mr. Loredo did an outstanding job on my sons C240 front end damage from a fender bender. He came highly recommended and his work was outstanding. Thank you very much.

Stay away!!! I never write reviews. The owner George is as rude as it gets. While on the phone he was a bit rude. I really need my car bumper fixed, so I went to the shop anyway. Once I got there I knocked on his door to see if I could get an estimate. He said Ill be with you in a minute, then slammed the door in my face. After waiting 10 minutes I just left. If I could give this place zero stars I most definitely would!

Stay away...no run as far away from this place as possible!!! These guys are crooks. I took my SUV in to get repaired after an auto accident. They took more than two months to do anything to it. I called more than a dozen times to get an update and no answer. I finally decided to stop by to only got the runaround from everyone. While there, i asked to see the progress on my SUV and after the three months it was obvious they did not do anything to it. My vehicles alignment was not repaired, the paint job was a joke. The paint job looked as if a three year old child took a gray crayon to it. Not to mention the paint was chipping off! How does paint chip off if the paint job is new and still in the shop??? The passenger side door was not aligned correctly. I had to pull hard to open and push the door shut in order for it to lock! The parts looked used. I bet they replace with used parts and charged my insurance company top dollar for the job. To top it all off....the worker was snooty when i pointed all the above off to him. He looked like he hated his job. I forget his name but it starts with an A... He said in front of the receptionist...what more do you want from me!?! Do you want me to sign off in blood for you!?! What was that supposed to mean??? That guy was a total jerk. He was disrespectful. Acted as if he could care less about my concerns. I felt disrespected. He talked down to me the whole transaction. Walked away while i was speaking with him. The next day i was assigned to work with a different worker because the incompetent agent did not have time to deal with my petty concerns. I would never work with this unfortunate and poor excuse of a company even if it was the last auto body shop on earth. I bet all the food reviews are posted by the owners family and employees. This place is disgusting. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Stay away!!! Run!!!

I went in to have my front bumper and lip replaced under warranty. They matched the paint well and performed the work pretty quickly. However, they misplaced a few pieces and neglected the sand/prime the lip. After a few months I began to notice some blue spots on the lip (I have a red car). When I looked at it closer it was apparent that they sourced a blue lip and then just put new paint over it without the proper prep-work. Now my car looks like it has blue acne.I have friends that used to swear by this place, but the general consensus has been that over the past couple of years the results have really gone downhill.
