My work was not finished and not done in a reasonable amount of time. They had my car last time for 2 months. And they couldn’t tell me what was going on with my car unless that one special person was in the office, which was usually not the case. Hard pass on going back here.

DO NOT GO HERE! My car was hit from behind which knocked the bumper off. Not too bad I thought, well apparently its worth $13,000 which is also $4,000 more than the original quote they gave me. My car was also there over two weeks extra then what I was originally told and guess what, the lovely people at procare collision dont feel a need to call and tell you anything. I called every single time but once to find out what was going on with my car. Now that I have my car back I have noticed so many issues. Items missing from the inside of my car, scratches that was not there before on both the inside and outside of the car, they Scuffed my rim, the reverse camera is off center so bad that it is useless. Point is, after this awful experience I would never recommend or trust Procare Collision again!

These folks are great. They do excellent work, fast and at a very reasonable price. This time, it was to apply a hood stone guard on a brand new car. Any botch would have stood out. They attached it correctly in under :15 minutes. Excellent. Ive had other work done by these folks, and they got it right every time. If I need car body work, this is where Im going. I highly recommend them with confidence.

Jim at AMM Collision is the BEST!My wife’s Honda Pilot was in an accident and the passenger front quarter panel was damaged along with the headlight and hub cap. Jim searched high and low to find a matching hub cap with no luck. He found one that was almost identical but rather than replacing just one, he replaced ALL FOUR so they would match.Several weeks later, we were having the tires rotated and the technician noticed that the passenger front wheel was bent. Obviously, the insurance adjuster hadn’t noticed the damage so I brought it back to AMM. Jim didn’t hesitate to order a new wheel and even took the Pilot to the tire shop to ensure that there was no uneven wear on that tire.My wife’s mother passed away yesterday, so she she was out of town with the kids. Jim not only shuttled me to work this morning while the Pilot was being repaired, but he delivered it back to me an hour before I was off. He also had another AMM employee pick him up so I didn’t have to drive him back to the shop.I would expect this kind of “white glove” service from a luxury car dealership, not from a collision repair shop.Thank you Jim, for going above and beyond!

Today I left incredibly satisfied from my second visit to AMM Collision. My first visit was as a Geico customer, and this visit was as someone hit by a progressive customer. In both situations, dropping and picking up my vehicles was effortless. Their association with a nearby car rental company makes getting and leaving your rental a breeze. Their work is top notch and my vehicle looked perfect when the repairs were complete--a day early! The staff were very kind and accommodating to the fact that I could not be contacted via phone during my repairs. Very highly recommend!

Incompetent and cant own up to being wrong. David and his team couldnt find the wheel well liner clips that my car needed. The car had to come back twice, and David tried justify why they couldnt get a simple set of clips for the inner fender liner. Argued with me after showing him obvious photographic proof, still didnt want to fess up. I chose yall solely based off reviews. Ending up taking it to the Infiniti dealership where they quickly found the wheel well liner clips that David did not want to admit existed. Now I dont have to listen to tv static at 40 mph

Was told two years ago they would take care of my car door for the life of the car under my ownership. Went back two years later and the General Manager said, thats right. We will honor what they told you. My car door window was repaired and everything worked great. Integrity!

AMM Collision came to my rescue when my insurance failed to repair my car after a hit and run where a rig crashed into and uprooted a tree that landed on my car while I was stopped at a traffic signal. My soft-top convertible began leaking. Jim worked with me to find a solution to repair my convertible top at the lowest cost. I greatly appreciate that they tried to find a reasonable solution without price-gouging me when I was in a tough spot. Also, I was able to pay by credit card while I was out of town and they emailed me the receipt. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Good service and quality work. Intake process takes a while, but everyone is very pleasant. Has a convenient rental car counter inside. They also have complimentary Keurig coffee and bottled water for customers. Work was done a day earlier than expected. However they didnt call until just before closing on Friday, so my vehicle still stayed in the shop all weekend. Quality of work done was good.

From a 1 to a 3 only because my husband had to wait 2 hours from the pick up time that I was told before he got the vehicle and still cant get over my auxiliary cord being taken. I believe they are trying to be better as far as customer service goes because they were nice enough to check out the bad paint job in the back of my vehicle which turned out to be some sort of sealant.

Amm deals directly with the insurance companies for financing, so I didn’t have to hassle between the two in order to get my car fixed. Genesis was great with keeping me in touch with how my car was doing in the shop, and he was so nice and caring every time I asked him about my car. I’d definitely recommend this shop

This place is terrible. Worst experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. I am in customer service myself in the way that Ive been treated over there is totally unacceptable. First quotes was 8 days not my car has been there for 62. Ive had to repaint the car 3 times. They broke the molding on my car and charge the insurance company for it. I went in to check my car after a month of it being there and it was totally stripped doors off Windows Out and sitting in the weather. I felt my seats they were wet. Not recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy. I chose this place and do too they had everything there and was told that they communicate together. That was a lie the only reason why I give them one star its because you have to give them a star I should be able to give them a negative rating like 10 - Stars so my recommendation save your money save your time and save your insanity and bring it somewhere else

My 2018 Silverado truck’s bumper was damaged in a hot and run. I was expecting them to take days but they were finished the same day and they even washed and armor-all-ed the tires, and vacuumed the inside! You can’t even tell it was ever in a accident. Good job to Erica and John.

Nice and efficient body shop, the work they did on my vehicle is very good. Was easy to get to, hours are good, and had shuttle service to get us home and back to the service center when the repair was done.

Responsive quick service. Had my car ready in tone for my trip, so I didnt have to wait an extra week. Body work looks great and they identified and fixed issue from a previous repair.

Stay away from this place. They do more damage then good. Took 3 1/2 days to fix a dent in door, never heard from them the whole time, pick up truck and my windows damaged. They also didnt fix scratch across side of truck. Still waiting after 2 weeks for window to be repaired. Was supposed to be fixed today and guy never showed up. Very unreliable company.

Worst experience ever with AMM Collision. My husband was in an accident June 27. Its August 4th and the car is STILL NOT DONE. I was told three weeks ago it would be done. That did not happen. Then two weeks. Then one week. Then three days ago. Nope nope nope nope. They have promised to deliver our car to us now that we live in Austin and I do not believe them one bit or have any trust in them. Do not go here. It is not worth your time or money.

Was treated like I interrupted breakfast. Told they could only look over work. Then was asked why did I come here? (I had an appointment! Made by them and United Auto Insurance!) Left and refused to go back. Told Stae Farm to handle my repairs. System requires at least one star, wanted give even less than that.

If I didnt have to give a star, I wouldnt. I have never had to claim anything on an auto policy in 25 years. I scraped my car and not only did they give me the car back worse than when I took it in. The promised times that they couldnt deliver on. The gave me back a car that didnt have the bumped put back together right. And the final kicker is that when I picked it up the second time they gouged my rim and put a whole in my side wall. I was lucky I didnt kill anyone or myself driving it back to work. Thanks to Lexus, my car will be good as new soon. Please do not go here unless you want to have horrible service and have your car worse off. Thank you North Park for your exceptional service.

I took my Tuscany conversion Chevrolet to them to get the bed cover replaced and some rock chips on the hood and bumper fixed. They did a great job. They even found the same bedcover i had which was very hard to find. Erica was the one who I spoke with most. She was awesome. She kept me updated on everything that was going on. Car was with them for over a month. The story is that the replacement part took a while to ship, but they had it long enough for it to have been wheelbarrow-ed in from China.They had my car so long that the registration expired.I had to buy a new battery 2 days after I got it back because the old one sat, unused, for so long.Repairs were not completed fully. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to resolve another issue with a piece of the bumper they did not replace. I will definitely not be going back until they have the part on-hand.I wish I had checked the google reviews before entrusting my vehicle to this body shop.

Wife took her van in for insurance repair, it had scratches down the passenger side from where she clipped a lane separator. All covered under a Geico claim. When we received the van back they broke the lock on the passenger sliding door. Looks like the tech tried to force the outer panel on without fitting the lock properly the cranes it in the unlock position. Ended up braking the actuator. They are supposed to warranty their work, but I was told that Geico would have to come repair what they broke attempting to do the repair. That was supposed to happen last week, and crickets so far, I will be contacting Geico in the morning to recommend them off their vendor list, would recommend that anyone, and I can see there are several with similar experiences, do the same with their insurance companies.

Should be zero stars. Caused more damage to my vehicle in addition to doing a horrible job to begin with. My front bumper is still misaligned, scratches on a brand new rear bumper, busted my tail light and dented the side of my vehicle. A screw literally fell out of the quarter panel lining and washers were missing. The paint job and body work were beyond horrible. Cannot believe that Geico would have this collison center as a preferred center.

As a salesman I am used to provide cost estimates to prospective buyers that are accurate right upto the dollar,it is my job and I do a great job.I took my car to this shop and an estimate was given,I figured this woman knew her stuff like I do,we do the appointment for car to be repaired (a month in advance),the time comes to take my car in,is just a tear on the plastic,middle center of the rear bumper,not even a dent,I figure this is going to be a week long work,tops,tic,toc,tic,toc!!A week goes by,nothing! I called in and they said they are working on it,that they will call me later that day,3 days later they called me to tell me they ve taken it apart (it s just a bumper!!!! No body damage,just a bumper!!!!), they say their man is going to examine it and see if there is additional damage...I am thinking: What a hell,What was the e$timate for?..Tic,toc,tic,toc.Week 2, YES!!!!! they found more than double the cost of what the original estimate was.Insurance co, has to be notified and have to Ok the extra cost,some one dropped the ball in their shop.Tic,toc,tic,toc!!!Week 4th after I contacted the ins co, I am told the shop didn t fax the suplementalinformation the day they called in with the additional cost.Now a month later YES!!!! A month LATER!!!! shop tells me it is going to be a week from today for the car to be ready,all this time I am thinking:It was just a tear on the rear bumper, no frame,or suspension damage,hell,I was driving the car,there was nothing wrong with it,but I had to fix that bumper bc insurance co. might have a time limit on claims.After this incident I am switching insurance companies and I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone.Like I said,I estimate construction projects in the thousands of dollars,it s ok to be off by 100.00 to 500.00, but to more double the initial estimate? That s not acceptable and no company would keep me long in their ranks.Sadly,this shop operate by different standards,insurance cos. have different rules.I ve never had an accident in my life,this is my 1st time dealing with one,this was a bumper tear the size of an inch,no dent not bent,if there is a next time,I will absorb the cost,fix it out of my pocket and move on... this experience has been a nightmare,thanks to Allstate and this shop.Updates will follow to rate the actual job.Tic,toc,tic,toc!!UPDATE:4 stars,more than a year later and the paint looks as good now as it did then,they are a great shop,all my complaints had to do witj my insurance company not staying on top of things.I would go back to them if I ever neef a body shop.

Left my Honda Odyssey with recommendation from Geico to fix my van. I had a crack in windshield when I took my van after the fix. I am pretty sure was not there before. Reported to them and they took 1 and half months to come back and say that they are not responsible for. Its ironic that they said any damage that happens other the damage they fixed, they are not responsible for.

I took my vehicle in to get some hail damage repaired and my vehicle came back with scratches all over. Over all the work done was pretty sloppy. The representative that assisted me assured me that my vehicle would be ready within 2-3 weeks and it took way longer than that. I was very unhappy with the service provided from here. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Took my vehicle in on 05/26 for hail damage repair as scheduled by the body shop. Was finally contacted that the repair was complete approximately 1 month later. When I went to pick up the vehicle it had sustained additional damage while in the body shop including several scratches, paint runs, and a broken side view mirror and it was dirty. I left the vehicle there another 8 days for them to repair the damage done by the shop. The vehicle was finally repaired on 07/13 48 days after entering the shop. I asked for an adjustment in the remaining deductible to compensate for the additional expense I had in a rental car due to their slow repair and because of the additional time required to repair damage done while in their shop. The answer was no. My advice is to go elsewhere. There is no quality control here.
