Is been 4 months this weekend, I have not gotten the chance to enjoy the car I purchased.I purchased a 2009 Acura TSX and since I gotten the vehicle I haven’t drove it it literally just not turn on the evening I came home with it. I called and I had had to get it tow to them. They gave me one of there own personal vehicles as a Rental. But still come ooooon 4 Months!!!???Tomorrow is Saturday he said it will be ready. So Hopefully it is. If not I will take action & make my police report contact The business Bural. And take them to Court.I’m tired of it.I did test drove the vehicle before purchased.

We purchased a van from them in September. it was a 2006 Chrysler Town and country, they charged us $2900.00. 3 days after purchasing this van the ac/heater goes out and the drivers side window stops going up and down. We call and tell Maricio, the owner. he tells us to bring it back and chuy, the mechanic, would fix it. it was there for a couple hours, they called and said it was fixed. we went to pick the van up and it was working just not correctly. 4 days later again same problem. again I told Maricio and he told us to bring it in again for chuy to look at. We did and they had it for 2 days this time before they called and said it was fixed. we pick it up and notice the breaks are grinding and now the correct engine light was on. the dealership ignored those problems while they had our van. Then 3 days later again the air stops working snd the back tire blows on us. the window never worked properly either. They tell us to bring it back for the 3rd time in about 3 weeks at this point. They had the van for 2 days before Chuy said it was out of his expertise and it needed to go to a electrician. Maricio told my husband to come pick it up and take it to their electrician. My husband explained to them they needed to take it to the electrician, he has to work and had already had to take off work previously to deal with this van. so they take it to the electrician. Maricio refused to pay for the breaks so we told his mechanic we would pay the 187.00 for new breaks on all 4 tires. They had the van for a total of 5 days before they call us and say its ready. we go pick it up. once getting home the next day I realize one of the tires only has 3 lugs on it holding the tire on, and remember the tire had blown so we know all the lugs were there. I look at the other tire and that one only has 4 lugs. the mechanic never told us he broke the lugs nor did he fix them. it had been another 4 days and again the air stops. my mother decided to take the van to her mechanic and have it fixed because obviously Lackland motors wasnt ever going to fix these problems. now I just got the call from my mechanic. the radiator is full of holes, they counted 20 different oil leaks throughout the engine. the list goes on and on...Lackland Motors sold us a complete lemon. Not to mention. 8 months pregnant with 2 children and when I bought this vehicle I sat and spoke with Maricios wife and told her about why we were buying a new van and how I was blessed with the money to get one before my baby comes...it just fuels my fire that this dealership took us for $2900.00 + the 187.00 break job, plus the 4 days my husband missed work because of this van. I do not recommend them by any means..if they can rip off a pregnant women with her children I cant even imagine who else he could rip off...dont waste your money like I did. now Im forced to sell this vehicle, still with the paper plates, and pray I get enough to get something reliable to get my kids to school and get myself to my Dr appointments.

Family member of mine recently bought a vehicle from here only to come back and find out the car was registered as stolen when taking to get inspected. Avoid at all costs, or lawyer up if you decide to do business with these scam artists
