I highly recommend Auto Masters . They did a great job on my vehicle even when I thought itll never be the same. Del and Kathy always answered my questions no matter how many times I called or went by. They always kept me and my wife up to date on what was being done to the vehicle. They fixed my car after a pretty gnarly crash to my rear driver side and it looks brand new

I really wanted to give these people credit. It seemed like they tried to make things right after having my truck for two months they had scratched my fenders while installing parts back on and they fixed that, after I finally got a chance to take a closer look at my truck by detailing it theres more scratches on my fenders. Let alone I had hail damage so these scratches werent there in the first place. They clearly left my truck out in the rain or the roof. Theres water stains on my roof fabric. Decent customer service, but seems like their techs could be way more careful. I have moved away and cannot bring it back to them to fix it. Its just frustrating. I wouldnt recommend bringing your vehicle here.

If I could, I would give them 10 STARS. I researched and asked around, prior to choosing Auto Masters Collision Center. I am so so glad that I chose to have Auto Masters repair my car. This the worst place and sloppy place, my vehicle was impact bumper they did a very poor job ever. After picking up my car a few days the reflector in the back came off then afterwards again noticed a scratch and after that noticed paint is cracking giving poor explanation because of the scratch caused the paint had spider lines, I get the scratch issue but not in circumstance that the paint peeling g from one end to the other, My car has been hit several times and never seen such thing paint t coming off the day I pick up my car was supposed ready it was rushed to get it out of the facility after been almost 3 weeks and went to pick it up the carpet inside the trunk was missing I had to go pick it up and also details that had the car were missing and they were placed when supposedly was ready,The point of all this paint is cracking they put also after market part.And like I said a scratch wont cause the paint to peel. Do not go to this place ever their sloppy, Now I have to pay out of pocket to redo the poor job they did.

I highly recommend this place! Wonderful service, the staff are very friendly, and they get what you need done quickly. Josh helped me get my bumper fixed and it looks great! I will be sure to come back if I ever need work done on my vehicle again.

I cant say enough about Auto Masters Collision! They did a fantastic job on my BMW! Its looks better than when I took it to them! Besides the fantastic work on my car, the customer service is the best! I was provided updates throughout the entire process. I never once had to call to request an update. Once the car was thoroughly assessed and the parts were secured, they gave me a completion day and time and my car was delivered as promised! I will never bring my cars anywhere else and I am going to tell everyone I know about how wonderful Auto Masters Collision!

This place did an amazing job on my car! I brought my car in with a damaged fender and bumper and got it back looking good as new. I loved the work done, the paint job, and most of all the customer service. The family atmosphere made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was leaving my car in good hands. I paid for everything out of pocket and they really worked with me to make sure the necessary things were fixed while keeping the cost low. I definitely recommend this place!

GREAT SERVICE, Monique is outstanding in customer service, she followed through with me step by step of the situation with my vehicle. SHE DEFINITELY MAKES THE PROCESS WORRY FREE. I NEVER felt like I was getting the run around. Even though my vehicle was a total loss Ive seen there work done, as my brother has had 3 vehicles repaired through them. It is outstanding service, in a timely manner.

My vehicle had been broken into and both doors were damaged. I brought my car here and they did an amazing job of making it look like nothing ever happened. I have a performance vehicle that I am super nit picky about and I was satisfied with the whole process. They were incredibly polite and made sure I was completely satisfied. I didnt have to wait so long for an appointment like other collisions places. They have good customer service.

GREAT communication and excellent repair. My last repair took over a month at a different collision center, and due to the length of time my rental car was not fully covered by my insurance. I communicated this with them, and they went above and beyond my expectations in their customer service. They even finished earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this repair center.

I have had work done at several auto collision repair facilities in the past but this place has been the best experience I have had and the easiest to work with, I took my truck to get repainted and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Super happy with my recent service here. This place has the best customer service from any body shop I have been too and does a great job in the body work.Im with USAA (Military), so normally I would head over to Caliber Collisions or Gunn Auto here in San Antonio. But my past experience with C.Collisions and GUNN were not the greatest in the past, so I took a chance with this place with 4.9 reviews.I can tell you that it did not disappoint and they are truly a 5 star body shop. They kept up with you on the repair status, very friendly, and provide great warranty on their work. The repair took a little longer than expected due to ordering parts from overseas, but they worked with USAA on the rental extension.Would come back here next time. Very honest people.

My daughters car was in bad condition. We didnt think that it was repairable but we were proven wrong. Gabriel did an awesome job on the repairs. These guys did an excellent job! I first took my car next door to Service King and they gave me an estimate of $3,500.00 to fix the damage to my Mercedes. I then took it to Auto Masters and they came in at $2,600.00. If you are thinking about going to Service King for any reason, please do yourself a big favor and also take it to Auto Masters for an estimate. You will wind up using them instead and wont regret it. Auto Masters made my Mercedes look as good as it did 13 years ago when I bought it!

I don’t even know if there’s enough words to describe the level of professionalism and just how great their customer service is. Someone hit my car and the whole process has been very stressful except for when it came to getting the vehicle repaired by this shop. Since the moment I reached out to them (Monique) was very helpful and made me feel that for once since my accident something was going to turn out alright. They did a discount on the deductible and kept me updated on the work being done to my car. The job they did was great, my car looks brand new again. I usually dont take time out to write reviews but I thought it was necessary this time. I was referred to this shop through my insurance adjuster when I messed up my car on a road under construction. He told me this would be the best place to go since most of the other shops were backed up with hail damaged cars. I am glad I decided to take my car here because this place went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they do a great job with fixing the damages on my car but they even took the time to vacuum out my car and wash it. It looked like new again and they only took about a week to get everything done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to get your car repaired. I had nothing negative to say about this place so I gave it five stars!

Kinda wanna start from the begining becasue id like to express my awesome expierence at auto masters..i showed up on a saturday needing a quote and i happen to catch the owner gabriel who usually didnt work saturdays.really cool guy btw..gave me a great price on a dent and paint reapir on my 2016 camaro..was told it would take 3 days to do it..and in 2 days my car was ready.the text me the progress on the car which was nice.the work they did was excellent..on the same car i went about a month later for a spoiler install and a detail and suprise suprise they finished earlier then expected. Auto master collision will always have my business and i never hesitate to reccomend them to anyone..thanks again
