If you have to call here for collision inspection and body work then make sure you get some drinks, maybe download some shows and be ready to wait. The quality of work … well I still don’t know. Jury is still out on that one.

I paid them $300 to repaint my front bumper of my GMC Syclone. They told me it had lifetime warranty on paint quality. Started to notice some fish eyeing in paint. Tried to take it back and turns out theres a new manager. He couldnt find me in the system so theres nothing they could do for me.
This auto/body shop exceeded my expectations! Beyond it ! They were friendly very informative and sent messages on the status of my truck . My vehicle was in and out within the estimated date and honestly I was shocked when they told me it was ready ! I was so happy to see my truck kinda like seeing your loved one for the first time in days . I was smiling so much I even talked to my truck lol call me crazy I know 😅😂 but I would highly recommend this place for all your auto/body/collision needs to anyone and EVERYONE ! Bandera Service King was the repair shop recommended by my insurance. They are super accommodating, walked me through the process, and kept me updated constantly. I hope I never need another repair, but Service King on Bandera is where Ill be returning if so.

The people that worked there were so friendly and attentive. Our Service advisor was Gabriel Pineda and he was so helpful and great with keeping me in touch with the work on my 2017 Ford Escape. My granddaughter had taken their car there to get fixed and recommended me to Service King. I have always used Caliber for any work, but they do not have the courtesy I felt with Service King. Also Caliber has not lived up to fixing the vehicles to the best running condition. At Service King the people there were so friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you all so much.
My service was pretty fast, and completed by the day that was promised. Job was done great and my car was very clean when i picked it up. At first, I was concerned with the reviews and ratings, but it was very smooth process. The team did a WONDERFUL JOB. Samantha was my service advisor and did a GREAT JOB. Dropped off my mustang after someone rear ended me yesterday 3/8/2019, Kristina I believe her name is was very patient with me and explained everything as well as she could to help ease my concerns and anxiety. I am praying they do everything in their power to get my car up and running and back to its original state. Will update rating at the end of my experience but so far so good.Update: kristina took great care of me despite the sad news that my car was totaled. She was amazing all the way around dealing with the insurance company and keeping me updated with any changes.

Please note they put the king in service! Mr. Donathan Hall went above and beyond to assist me with my sensitive time line. Everything was completed far ahead of schedule making my trip preparation all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this shop and its management team.
They are excellent! Not only is their work great, but they contact throughout the time they have your vehicle to keep you updated on the status. Also, I wasnt financially able to pick up my car until 2 weeks after it was ready, but they didnt charge me extra!

I took my car to service king because i saw there reviews on google and thought they would do a good job on my lexus nx. I was wrong. When i went to pick up my car after seven weeks, it was very apparent where they had painted the vehicle, as the did not blend the original paint and new paint together, the wheel panel was loose on the side that was hit, and there was an area that apparently needed to be re-painted again. I left the car there for another three days. I went to pick it up and it looked better. When i drove the car; however, the blind-spot and parking sensors did not work as well as they did before the accident. I took it back to service king, they still do not work. Apparently, the technology is too new and they dont know how to fix it. I asked them to take it to the dealer because they were working with the insurance, they threatened me, saying that the insurance wouldnt pay for it if there was nothing wrong with the sensors and I would be responsible for it. Oh, and on top of it all, they couldnt even install the rear windshield wiper correctly, it wipes the body of the car, instead of the window! I dont recommend this service king. Stay away, especially if you have a newer make and model.
They did great work on my front end. Carlos kept us very well updated with text messages and phone calls. I have 2 small children and Carlos delivered my car to my home and returned rental vehicle.

They did a phenomenal job both in the repair and service providing frequent updates via texts and personal phone calls taking time to provide clear details each step of the way and answering any questions I had. Service King seems to be in the parts replacement business mostly rather than in the complete repair and service industry. Theyve done repairs for me in the past. I was much more satisfied then than now. Im not making a final judgement till I get my 1995 Isuzu truck back. They said they couldnt find parts. I had to get my insurance adjuster involved. Etc,etc .More to come.
Update on my Corvette. After the first attempt on fixing my car its was done to satisfaction. Spoke with Chris the manager there, even tho I was really upset he kept his composure and kept calm. He reasured me that my car would be taken car of. Chris was true to his word and gave me updates. My car was ready by the weekend like he said it would be. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Chris and thank you Service King!!!! Great job!!!!
Everyone was fairly nice, however gave me vehicle back with greasy handprints on ceiling fabric, and one of the parts in the car was not installed correctly
A couple days before the vehicle was supposed to be ready, and just before our rental vehicle was due back, Service King called us to say they had to extend the repair to time to another month leaving us without a vehicle for the next month.However, Service King reached back out to us to make financial arrangements to compensate for the trouble. We appreciate their effort to appease the matter.

I walked in they wanted me to sign authorization for them to work on my car, but they didnt even reviewed what they were going to be working on. I asked and they worker had no answer on when he would be able to review the damages with me, therefore I could not sign their authorization. He just raised his voice at me and said you want to take your car somewhere else then! I said I was going to call USAA my insurance company to see what I should do because of the rental car situation expiring. I started to walk out and the front desk lady said in a rude voice leave the paperwork that belongs to us! I paused looked at her for a moment and before I could answer the guy said let her take it. I told her I would like to read over it and if I agree I can fax it back to her. They really wanted me to sign the authorization, but it clearly stated they have review the damage and repairs with me . They said they had 2 cars ahead of me and didnt know when they could get to it, but their werent any customers in the lobby at all. I dont understand why the guy couldnt just walk back there and look at the car with me. I would have taken 5 minutes of his time. Is a customer not worth 5 minutes of his time?

BEWARE CONSUMERS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! I took my vehicle here to repair a FENDER BENDER and my bumper started falling off a few weeks after I picked it up. Their workmanship is obviously not good and dependable. They accused me of doing damage to my car that caused it to start falling off and wouldn’t own up to their faulty work. The manger, Chris, wasn’t very helpful and very dishonest. If this shop can’t repair a bumper correctly, then what confidence does any consumer have in Service King to repair a more serious claim? Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle to a shop that will do quality work and who is trustworthy.

Odyssey towed in on Nov 5th, told will be ready in two weeks. I received texts verifying this. The day before I was to pick up the vehicle I called in to confirm. Manager told me that the texts were an automated system and that I should not have relied on it. I was also told that two different hoods had arrived that were damaged. Was then told that the vehicle would not be ready for two more weeks and that I should be able to pick up on Dec 2. On Dec 2 was given a call that vehicle was ready. Another call then came in and was told that another part had to be ordered. It is Dec 3rd, and I have just gotten off of the phone with Service King, the first of which said the vehicle was ready, the second 10 minutes later told me that the part has still not come in. One month and we are still ordering parts. I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone or something. Be very wary of taking your vehicle here. Managers are condescending and rude!
A couple of minor errors, but the vehicle was in a pretty bad accident. Service King did a great reaching out and scheduling the appointment to fix the mistakes made. Its good to know when these unfortunate situations happen, theyre more than willing to go out of their way and fix them.

My service was pretty fast but then again my damage wasnt huge. I was treated well from the begin to the end. Job was done great and my car was very clean when i picked it up. Samantha was my service advisor and did a very good job pay attention to any of my concerns. I like that I received updates on my phone via text of my cars progress. I would recommend their services if you have an unfortunate accidents and are looking to get your vehicle repaired. Thanks guys for taking care of my girl.

Brought my car in after someone rear ended my SUV and they repaired the bumper but told me they would take the back door off and sand it down and fix the damage then paint it. I asked them to check the back glass door as after being rear ended I was pretty sure it would have problems, long and behold about a month later the latch broke that holds it.I would not recommend this place.
Terrible! I have absolutely the worst time with this Service King. First I had to bring it here from the hail storm damages a year ago and they took significantly longer than what they had told me; when they called me to let me know my car was ready it really wasnt and I had to wait for them in the waiting room for another hour and a half to finally have my car! Next I had to come back today because the job they did on my car wasnt done correctly. When they replaced my roof they didnt fix it properly and now water leaks into my car. I am barely only getting my car in today because after weeks of attempts on my own I had to contact my insurance to even get a phone call back from Service King. Now I am stuck in a sub par rental car that isnt even comparable to my vehicle for who knows how long. You would think that Service King would at least give me a decent rental car or upgrade my rental car for the inconvenience they have put me through. Unfortunately I am not stuck with Service King for a lifetime warranty if anything else from their terrible quality of service happens. I should have just waited for Caliber Collisions, their service and quality of job is always top notch.
The work looks good, but it took me 5 visits to get it right -from the overspray, specialized employees that didnt show up, and somebody elses wheel put on my car, oops! Service manager was a little piggish...yeah maybe we did get that all that silver and yellow overspray on our red car while driving it home, but I doubt it. You have a choice where to take your car when you file a claim, and there are other options out there.
I just picked up my SUV and it was filthy inside. Dirt and footprints in my car that was left by the workers. I was told next time they will clean my car. Really? You get alot of money for repairs and you cant clean up your mess? I got a 2016 vehicle and it has never been this dirty!Update: My roof is leaking due to improper reinstall of Roof Rack and had to go back. Service King States they fixed the issue but will not know until it rains. Now there is a stain on my interior roof line from this. Also been waiting over a month to get parts in.

They only get one star because I had to select one in order to write this review. Brought my girlfriends car in here after she was in a collision. Originally came in to pick up the vehicle noticed that the paint had nibs, fisheyes, missing paint, swirls, hazy paint, and compound everywhere. In addition we drove the vehicle and the passengers side wheel was making noises. I spoke with several of the Service King staff and they assured me the problem would be taken care of. Came in a second time and nothing had changed. I asked if they inspect the vehicles before they release them to customers. They assured me someone does inspect them but they clearly need to be fired. We decided to give them one last chance if they couldnt do anything I informed them I would have to let the insurance company know its not up to standard. Came a third time to pick up the vehicle and not mention they failed to call us back, it was difficult to get in touch with the manager. The vehicle was still in poor condition it appeared they attempted to polish the vehicle but again paint was missing and compound everywhere. The manager I spoke with had nothing to say for the poor work of the shop except to contact the insurance company which we had already done. I pointed out some of the flaws to the manager and he didnt really seem to be that concerned. I wasnt expecting for him to kiss my ass but an explanation as to why we had to come out on 3 separate occasions would have been nice. The quality of work was poor and whoever inspects the vehicles before releasing them needs to be replaced or remediated with further training. Im not sure how this place is still in business, but stay away if you value your vehicle. Ive dealt with Service King in the past but at the De Zevala location and have never had issues. The Bandera/410 location was the worst experience we have ever had with paint shops. I also dont care for the default response saying you will address this issue...because we all know nothing will be done and our time has already been wasted. Thanks.
Terrible experience. The advisor and even manager was very rude and condescending. I dont recommend anyone to bring there vehicle here. They do horrible jobs and when you bring your vehicle back to get the work they initially messed up fixed they dont warranty it which they state to have a lifetime warranty( thats a joke)they make up reasons to get out off warranty work amd then walk off when your still talking dismissing your concerns. Horrible service & horrible work.I work in a shop and will be letting everyone in the auto industry know not to deal or refer anybody to this shop as well as all my friends & family

Geicko insured? Dont take your car here! They just rip you off!I met with an minor accident, there was a dent in the front bumper cover. As my Geico insurance agreed to fix the damages, I selected this service king body shop & took my car to them.First when I met them, they were very cooperative. They expedited my service request and got it done in 5 days. But the used low quality after market parts.Worse, Mirror was replaced with a faulty one, which just kept shaky during the drive. When I took my car and asked them to replace, they just kept saying the parts are on national back order, I later understood that they just didnt want to fix it.They also messed up the driver side window, while replacing the mirror. They couldnt fix it. Instead of fixing they started blaming it on the car, that the parts might have worn out. The window was perfect when I dropped the car with them, but once they fixed the mirror, it messed up the window, it doesnt close& gets stuck halfway. Thus just kept arguing with me that it was not their fault, when evidence clearly showed that it was theirs.They replaced the bumper instead of fixing it, also the headlight, which was also in perfect condition. When asked why, they blandly said that the parts were broken from the inside.After all of this, they agreed to replace the mirror, once they were available. Its been three months now, thers no word from them. They just dont care, after making a hefty bill of $2500, just for those things. I had to pay only $250 deductible, but finally I had to shell out more insurance premium.Bottom line is, never take your car here. Youll get ripped off, like they did to me & service is below par.

Do not take your car here. Had both my vehicles done here 2 2015 honda odyssey touring elite, multiple calls stating ready, drive down there still problems, fixed fraction of stuff each time, finally when they give it back one van missing bolts grease stains on interior, one van was backed into something while there (They repaired it) other van miss matched bolts who know how inappropriately van was put back together. How service king is approved for all insurance companies blows me away. WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST LEFT HAIL DENTS!!
I called 2 hrs before the appointment because I’m not gonna be at the time and they said they are not flexible with the time if I’m not there they have to cancel my appointment.
