Very Professional and Tony took great care of me. I would definitely take my car there again.This shop does great work and they’re very meticulous about what they do. That’s why I chose this body shop. They also kept me informed up until my car was done and it was ready exactly when they had estimated.

Words cannot describe how good this place is. Their integrity and work ethic shows from communication to the final delivery. None of my car buddies can tell where it was repaired and painted which is just how it should be. Not a single noise after almost all of the suspension was replaced. The panel gaps look exactly like it came from the factory. If you call your car your baby, named it, bought the hot wheels toy.. This is the place to go. I was already car shopping weeks before it was ready. The cliche of it never being right again. This place is a super rare gem and is leagues above your volume shops. The gentleman at the front was awesome. He was very upfront and disclosed everything. However thats where it ended. my vehicle was pushed back further and further which Iwas patient and ok with it so they didnt rush but this did not reflect the work done. From the stop light I could see the swirls on my truck. Orange peel everywhere im still finding to this day. The interior was filled with over spray . There were part of the truck scratched that were no where near the damaged area. I have spent thousands more in paint correction and interior detail just to clean up the mess. The truck still looks Dull and paint has a Matte finish look to it. Attached is a picture of how they left my headliner. its a small example of how the overall interior was left. The truck was only 6mos old at this point.

My vehicle was damaged in a hail storm and Superior did an amazing job fixing it- my car looks brand new! I also had a few places where sap from a tree had damaged the paint on my vehicle. I tried & tried to remove the sap without results. Superior also took care of that for me without my even having to ask! Lastly, when I went to pick up my vehicle it had been fully detailed and was ready to go. Thank you to Tony & the Superior staff.

Superior Collision Center did an amazing job with my 2016 Toyota Corolla. The day I dropped my car off they gave me a ride home. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed with the status of parts that were ordered. My car was ready in about a week and a half. Their paint and body work was amazing and still looks great. Looks like it was never damaged before. Will definitely recommend for insurance claims.

I had my hood painted here about a year ago, and they did a great job. After a year of normal use, I must have been driving behind a work truck while it was rainy outside that left small metal flakes because when the weather got dry again, suddenly small rust spots showed up on top of the paint. I took my car back over to Superior and they offered to buff out these spots at no cost. They do excellent work, and their customer service is even better! My car is back to looking great again! The Hail repair on my 2020 Cadillac looks great, tony told me that my car will look just like it did before the hail storm and they did deliver. superior has a customer for life.

The business does not keep the customer informed of important details regarding the repairs so that the customer is able to make informed decisions about the repairs on their vehicle prior to the work being done. They were very unprofessional. The owner Carlos Guzman refused to speak with me after making a decision that his manager Tony Medina offered me to repair my vehicle after a poor job was done on my vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone & I will never use them again.

From the very first time I contacted this business, I felt this was going to be a very different Customer Service experience. Lawrence, (I thought he was the owner) offered to stay after hours to receive my damaged vehicle. He got back with me the very next day with an estimate. Contacted my Insurance company for their adjuster to come out. Continued staying in contact with me concerning updates both via email and phone. The workmanship on my vehicle was just like their name Superior. I received my car back better than it looked before it got there inside and out.Lawrence even contacted the Rental Car Agency and arranged for me to be refunded a unauthorized ($7.50) charge.I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to use them again.

I cant recommend this place enough. We first took my car here after a parking garage scrape. I got quotes from a few of the other auto body shops up the street and they were several hundred dollars higher than what Superior quoted and would take weeks before even beginning the work. While in the shop, Lawrence called me regularly to provide updates on the status of the repair and I was thrilled with how it turned out. I couldnt tell it had ever been damaged. When my wife hit a deer last November we had her car towed to Superior and again they delivered. Her car looks great and they were able to remove all of the countless windshield glass shards from inside the vehicle. If youre looking for a repair shop that will provide great customer service and attention to detail for a reasonable price and will get your vehicle back on the road quickly, Superior Collision Center is the place.

This place is amazing! I had damage to my trunk from a fender bender and I initially went to collision center associated with the dealership I bought my car from. They quoted me a $3,000 bill with at least 6 days to repair my car. They guy mentioned that he was going to have to repaint areas of my car unaffected by the fender bender to “match” the repaired areas instead of getting the repaired area to match the rest of the car. I went home, did some research and came across Superior Collision, and man was I happy that I did. Lawrence was very friendly and upfront. He quoted me a bill of $1000 for three days of work to fix my car (1/3 of the price in half the time as the other place!). When I got my car back it looked good as new. The work was immaculate and Lawrence was great about calling me daily to give me updates on my car. I hope I never get in another fender bender again, but if I do I know exactly where I am going!
